(What is the meaning of bargaining?)
Bargaining refers to the repeated disputes between the two sides over the terms offered in the sale or negotiation.
First, we ask the seller how much the goods cost, and then let the seller analyze the price of the goods themselves. Then we have to constantly pretend that we are not satisfied with them. We don't accept them. At the same time, we are "pretending" that we are going to leave slowly. In most cases, the seller will be afraid that you will leave and keep you, so he will offer you a lower price.2.

bargain
make a bargain
haggle over price

It's the answer that led those who have been told for so long by so many to be cynical, and fearful, and doubtful of what we can achieve to put their hands on the arc of history and bend it once more toward the hope of a better day.
It's the answer that led those to put their hands on the arc of history and bend it once more toward the hope of a better day.
it is ...that中间强调the answer,去掉强调结构整句话就是the answer led those (people) to put their hands on the arc of history and bend it once more toward the hope of a better day.
for so long是“长久以来”,by so many是“被很多人”,后面的to be是接在told后面的,所以这个定语从句的结构就是who have been told to be cynical of what we can achieve长久以来很多人告诉前面提到的“那些人”要cynical, fearful, and doubtful怀疑、批判。
就是of后面说的what 引导的宾语从句what we can achieve 我们所能达到的获得的成就。
It's the answer that led those who have been told for so long by so many to be cynical, and fearful, and doubtful of what we can achieve to put their hands on the arc of history and bend it once more toward the hope of a better day
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to .....
I would to extend my heartfelt thanks to ...
I would to extend a deep appreciation to ....
I stand here today humbled by the task before us, grateful for the trust you have bestowed, mindful of the sacrifices borne by our ancestors. I thank President Bush for his service t to our nation...
