建筑给排水管材的的选择近年来,建筑给排水的最大热点是新型管材的广泛应用。

目前,建筑给排水常用管材主要有塑料管,金属管和复合管三种。

一、塑料管常用塑料管有:硬聚氯乙烯管(PVC—U),高密度聚乙烯管(PE—HD),交联聚乙烯管(PE-X),无规共聚聚丙烯管(PP—R),聚丁烯管(PB),工程塑料丙烯晴—丁二烯—苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)等。

目前在建筑中用的最多的是:排水用普通UPVC管,室外排水用UPVC加筋管、双壁玻纹管,给水用PPR管、PE(X)管等。

塑料管的物理性能和钢管,铜管比较见表:塑料管的主要优点:(1)。

化学稳定性好,不受环境因素和管道内介质组分的影响,耐腐蚀性好,卫生。

(2)。

导热系数小,热传导率低,绝热保温,节能效果好。

(3).水力性能好,管道内壁光滑,阻力系数小,不易积垢,管道阻塞机率小。

(4).相对于金属管材,密度小,材质轻,运输,安装方便,灵活,简捷,维修容易。

(5).可自然弯曲或具有冷弯性能,可采用盘管供货方式,减少管接头数量。

其主要缺点:(1)。

力学性能差,抗冲击性不佳,刚性差,平直性也差,因而管卡及吊架设置密度高.(2).阻燃性差,大多数塑料制品可燃,且燃烧时热分解,会释放出有毒气体和烟雾。

(3).热膨胀系数大,在塑料管路中尤其是作为热水管,采用柔性接口,伸缩节或各种弯位等热补偿措施较多.其中以PE,PPR等聚烯烃类为最。

施工安装时必须采取相应技术措施,否则极易发生接口处因伸缩节而拉脱的问题。

(4)。

耐热性差,软化温度低,需限制排水温度,限制使用场所和控制与热源的距离来解决。

(5)抗机械冲击性差,需强化施工技术,精心施工来解决。

在超高层建筑中不能满足要求。

(6)隔声性差,塑料管的噪声大于铸铁管,管道明装且管道位置靠近卧室时,问题尤为突出。

降噪的方式,提高管道材质的隔声效果,芯层发泡管空壁管是基于这一思路而开发的;降噪的另一方式是改变水流条件,螺旋管是基于这一思路而开发。

(7)易老化,塑料管的在阳光明的照射下,即在紫外线的照射下,很容易老化,通常工厂在生产的时候需添加抗老化剂。

伴随新材料的发现,人类生活也总会发生巨大的变化。

比如石器时代,青铜器时代等对时代的命名都来自人类掌握材料的情况的描述。

进入科学技术日新月异的现代,人类对材料的认识也也不断深入。

易格斯新型工程塑料轴承也正是现代材料学发展的成果。

现今,它已广泛的应用于各个领域,从路上飞驰的汽车,到对卫生安全较高要求的包装设备,再到纺织机械,以及机器人等等。

什么是易格斯工程塑料轴承?易格斯工程塑料轴承均是由易格斯公司自己研发的iglidur® 材料制造而成。

所有iglidur® 材料的结构基本相同,均由工程塑料为基料,加入加强纤维和固体润滑脂均匀混合而成。

加强纤维提高了材料的整体强度,实现了高的抗压性,高散热性和抗蠕变力,同时其本身具有良好的摩擦性能。

而固体润滑脂会在运行时减少摩擦。

它由各种材料均匀混合,共同发挥作用,不会像其它传统表面涂层的轴套那样出现耐磨面脱落的情况。

iglidur® 工程塑料滑动轴承具有如下优点:精度高,热膨胀系数低、吸水率低、高抗压应力和抗高蠕变应力。

经过多年的研究,现在易格斯iglidur® 材料已经拥有近30种系列材料。

他们具有不同的性能,分别适用于不同的应用环境,比如有些吸水率低适用于水下使用,有些高耐磨适合于高载的的工况,有些可耐310℃高温适合高温环境等等。

在研发的过程中很多因素决定了工程塑料轴承的性能,比如散热、压力、温度、摩擦系数和磨损等。

我们将就这些问题进行简单的介绍。

散热性众所周知,工程塑料的导热性能很差,这也是设计师在设计工程塑料滑动轴承的首先遇到的障碍。

PV值是衡量散热性的一个重要参数,它的值越高散热性越好。

如何有效的提高PV值,是易格斯工程师首先面临的问题。

我们先了解什么是PV值:K1, K2 = 热传导系数(K1=0.5 及K2 = 0.042)s = 厚度(mm)b1 = 长度mmµ = COF (摩擦系数)lk = 轴承的热传导率ls = 轴的热传导率DT = 环境温度与材料允许最大使用温度的差异从公式上可以看出影响PV值的主要因素:s , b1, µ, lk, ls, DT 。

德标卡箍基本知识

所谓风管抱箍、德标卡箍,英文名clamping rings,又称卡箍,俗称为快速法兰装置。

是用一种管道专用材料抱住或箍住另外一种管道材料的构件,它属于五金中的紧固件。

抱箍主要有三种,一、排气管道抱箍,二、通风管道抱箍,三、除尘管道抱箍。

是一种适用于圆形风管采用抱箍式连接的无法兰风管,由风管、抱箍、锁紧机构、V型或U形密封O形圈组成,抱箍呈“__”型,对应抱卡风管管端的凸边,并用锁紧机构固定,实用新型无外突法兰机构,利用抱箍的弧形面抱住风管管端的凸边(管口机械翻边宽度7MM-10MM,管道壁厚0.6-3MM),连接紧固,密封效果好,方便实用。

应用于圆形风管连接,是角铁圆法兰的更新换代产品,具有角铁圆法兰不可比拟的优点。

标准组件设计,通过管件的灵活搭配,以抱箍,或者卡箍法兰等连接成任意形式和方向的输送管道。

卡箍产品规格只要有:φ80、φ90、φ100、φ114、φ125、φ140、φ150、φ160、φ170、φ180、φ200、φ220、φ250、φ273、φ300、φ350、φ400、φ450、φ500、φ550、φ600、甚至1000MM以上,管道均按外径算,其他规格可客户要求尺寸定制。

简称两大类卡箍,一、轻型手柄式,内带红色气密胶条(气密性一般,胶条中间断开连接),不能调节大小,定货前一定要精确管径,管径偏差2MM 会影响使用,材质有镀锌、不锈钢304,箍的厚度1.2MM。

二、重型螺栓式(推荐型),此箍可以调节大小,即是对开两半形两头(单头螺栓,一头手柄)内六角螺栓式内配套O形密封硅橡胶,温度可达200度无变形、无味,环保产品,可用于食品方面的管道、高压排烟输油、物料输送等管道密封,箍材质厚2MM,材质碳钢表面热镀锌。
