1 前言
对经过考验的评审标准 VDA 6.3(1998 年版)进行了全面的改版。目的是对过程评审进行 重新编排、细化以及调整,使其适应汽车制造业变化了的要求。
对过程开展的分析的目的,是为了在工作流程以及它们之间的归口当中,发现存在的风险 以及薄弱环节。
为此,必须对企业的过程开展连续的监控以及改进。这样一来,一方面可以保证过程的可 靠性,另一方面,一旦出现偏差,也就能够借助合适的反馈反应机制,投产整改措施。
过程评审是实现过程监控的一种非常重要的工具。 正如下图所示,过程评审是“德国汽车工业联合会质量标准(VDA 6)”战略的组成部分。

12864LCD液晶显示屏中文资料一、概述二、带中文字库的128X64是一种具有4位/8位并行、2线或3线串行多种接口方式,内部含有国标一级、二级简体中文字库的点阵图形液晶显示模块;其显示分辨率为128×64, 内置8192个16*16点汉字,和128个16*8点ASCII字符集.利用该模块灵活的接口方式和简单、方便的操作指令,可构成全中文人机交互图形界面。

可以显示8×4行16×16点阵的汉字. 也可完成图形显示.低电压低功耗是其又一显著特点。
