Control Type (M)
Remote control of the PAVC output pressure can be achieved by controlling the pressure in the low signal “B” port when the pump is set up for Control Type (M). A manual, hydraulically piloted, electrical or electroproportionally controlled pressure control device is installed in the line from the low signal “B” port to tank. The pump will then maintain pressure approximately equal to the pressure in the “B” port plus the pump differential setting.

Nowadays it is widely adopted in the army, navy and air force, with a net cover the armed forces said. In the early 1980’s our country had began the research on 1553B bus technology. In recent years, the 1553B data bus have become the most advanced avionics system data bus, and in the ship and vehicle field, which plays an important role in raising the technology level of our army tanks and ships and other weapons. However, because of the 1553B standard’ s core technology for a long monopolized by European and American companies, based on independent research and development 1553B bus standard protocol chips and products has important strategic significance. The base address of the SRAM is located in the IP Memory Space of the Host. Only 16-bit accesses are allowed. Arbitration between the Summit and the IP Bus is made by the local hardware. Summit access to the SRAM takes priority over any pending host access. 怎样设置温度上下限? 按“选择”键使数码显示器上显示温度上限(下限),然后用“”或“”键改变设定值(“” 键增 0.5C, “”键减 0.5C,按住不放超过 0.5 秒则快速增减) 。注意控制器会自动保证“上 限温度”比“下限温度”至少高出 0.5C。 怎样设置告警温度? 按“选择”键使数码显示器上显示“告警温度” ,然后用“”或“”键改变设定值(“” 键增 0.5C, “”键减 0.5C,按住不放超过 0.5 秒则快速增减) 。 注意:温度上下限和告警温度设置好后,必须按“选择”键回到显示当前温度状态,才能将 设定值保存起来。如果在没按“选择”键之前断电,则所设定的值不会被保存。 怎样消除告警音? 在有告警音时按任何键均可消音。 怎样处理告警? 发生外部告警时控制器会在一段时间内锁定告警状态,告警指示灯闪烁,出现这种情况时应 首先根据告警指示灯查找故障原因,待故障排除后再按“恢复”键解除告警状态。这里的“锁 定”是指外部告警信号撤消后,控制器还是维持在告警状态。其中“水泵过载”和“高压”告 警锁定 1 小时(这个时间可以设置,见高级操作:参数 F51) , “缺水”和“高温”告警不锁定。 怎样开关机? 按住“开关”键不放保持 1 秒,即可打开或关闭控制器,控制器的开关状态由“电源”指示 灯指示。注意控制器“关”时,只是关闭压缩机、风机和水泵,温度显示和告警部分仍在工作。

本控制器可以对一些内部参数进行调整,以适应不同的需要。这些参数是为专业技术人员 提供的,普通用户不必了解。也请非专业人员不要随便改变控制器的内部参数,以免造成控制 器工作异常。内部参数设置方法如下: 使用一组密码进入参数设置状态, 密码为 “上下上下上上下” , 按照这个顺序连续按 “” “” 两个键,要在三秒钟之内完成,如果密码输入正确,会进入参数设置状态,这时数码显示器上 显示“Fxx” ,其中 xx 是两位数字,表示参数代码。 用“”或“”键可选择参数代码,选择一个参数后按“选择”键则显示该参数的值,这时 再用“”或“”键即可对参数进行设置,设置完成后再按“选择”键,回到显示参数代码状 态。 (注意:参数改变后要按“选择”键回到“Fxx”状态时才会被保存) 内部参数代码如下表所示:

注意事项: 2、控制器接地端请同电控箱接地端可靠连接,保证接地良好。 3、请使用本公司随机配置的电源变压器。 4、 水泵过载告警和高压告警如果不使用的话应将对应端子短接, 否则控制器会进入告警状态, 不能正常工作。 5、如果不使用水压检测开关,请将对应端子短接。

温度控制 温度控制根据“上限温度”和“下限温度”两个参数进行,假设“上限温度”为 20C,“下限 温度”为 18C,则当温控探头上感知到的温度高于 20C 时启动制冷,一直到温度低于 18C 时 停止制冷,将温度控制在 18C --20C 之间。 压缩机开机延时保护 控制器内有一个“压缩机停机计时器” ,当压缩机停机时开始计时,下一次启动前首先检查这 个计时器,如果已满三分钟则立即启动压缩机,如果不满三分钟则等满三分钟再启动;另外控 制器刚通电的三分钟之内也不会启动压缩机。 (以上说明是假设“压缩机停机保护时间”为三分 钟,这个时间是可以设置的,如果不需要延时,可设为 0) 风机控制 风机和压缩机同时启动和停止。 水泵控制 控制器一进入开机状态就打开水泵,并且检测水压信号。只有当检测到水压正常(水压开关 闭合)时才能开压缩机。如果水泵开后 1 分钟水压仍不正常,或者正常供水时水压信号中断 5 秒以上,则产生缺水告警,关闭水泵和压缩机。缺水告警过一段时间后会自动撤消,这个时间 可以设置(请参见高级操作) 告警输出 当发生“水泵过载” 、 “高压” 、 “缺水”和温度传感器失效(显示“EE”或“-EE”)等故障时, 关闭压缩机、风机和水泵,并输出一个告警信号。 高温告警输出 当温度高于设定的“告警温度”或温度传感器失效(显示“EE”或“-EE”)时,会输出一路独 立的告警信号,用于关闭激光机。
