用英语介绍自己喜欢的一本书五年级作文

用英语介绍自己喜欢的一本书五年级作文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1Here's a 2000 word essay introducing my favorite book in a 5th grade tone, written in English:My Favorite Book Ever - Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's StoneHi there! My name is Alex and I'm a 5th grader. Today, I want to tell you all about my absolute favorite book in the whole wide world - Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone! It's the first book in the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling and let me just say, it's magical! Literally! The story starts with a young orphan boy named Harry Potter living with his mean aunt and uncle, the Dursleys. Poor Harry has to sleep in a tiny cupboard under the stairs and gets treated really badly. But then, on his 11th birthday, everything changes! Harry finds out that he's actually a wizard and gets invited to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. How cool is that?So Harry goes off to this amazing magic school and that's when the real fun begins. He makes two best friends, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, and together they go on the most thrilling adventures. Like, they have to get past a gigantic three-headed dog named Fluffy. Yeah, you read that right - a THREE-HEADED DOG! And that's just the start of it.At Hogwarts, Harry learns all about magic and how to cast spells. He takes classes like Potions, Defense Against the Dark Arts, and even gets to play a super intense game called Quidditch (which is kind of like soccer but you fly around on broomsticks - so wicked!). But amidst all the magic and fun, there's also a dark secret lurking in the school. You see, years ago an evil wizard named Voldemort (even just saying his name gives people the chills!) tried to take over the wizarding world. Luckily, he was stopped by Harry's parents who sacrificed themselves to save their son. But now, Voldemort's followers are trying to bring him back and they're after a powerful object hidden somewhere in Hogwarts! So Harry, Ron, and Hermione have to use all their courage and smarts to figure out the clues and stop Voldemort's return. They face challenges like deadly plant vines, flying keys with minds of their own, and a massive life-sized wizard's chess set(the pieces actually try to smash you!). It's all wildly exciting and keeps you on the edge of your seat. What I love most though, is the incredible magic world that J.K. Rowling has created. Hogwarts itself feels like an extra character with its moving staircases, talking paintings, and ghosts roaming the hallways. There are also fun magical creatures like owls that deliver the mail, goblins that run the wizarding bank, and even unicorns roaming the grounds. It's all so richly imagined that you can't help but wish you could dive right into the book. But beyond the magic and adventure, Harry Potter is also about the powerful bonds of friendship, family, and love. Despite his tough start in life, Harry finds a true home at Hogwarts with people who really care about him. His friends Ron and Hermione stick by him through every dangerous situation and it's their loyalty to each other that helps them defeat the bad guys in the end. That's why I adore this book so much - it has everything! Non-stop excitement, lovable characters, valuable lessons about courage and friendship, plus an entire wizarding universe to explore. Whenever I'm feeling down, I can crack open Harry Potter and instantly get transported to the magical world ofHogwarts. J.K. Rowling is a literary genius for creating this modern-day classic. So if you haven't read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone yet, you're seriously missing out! It's a book for all ages that will capture your heart and imagination from the very first page. I've read it about a zillion times already but it never ever gets old. In fact, I think I might go read it again right now! Thanks for listening to me gush about my favorite book. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a broomstick to catch!篇2My Favorite Book: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's StoneHi! My name is Tommy and I'm 10 years old. Today I want to tell you about my absolute favorite book - Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. Rowling. This book is seriously awesome and super magical! The story is about an 11-year-old orphan boy named Harry Potter who lives with his mean aunt, uncle, and cousin. Harry doesn't know it yet, but he's actually a wizard! On his 11th birthday, Harry finds out he's been accepted to the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. A giant named Hagrid has tocome rescue Harry from his aunt and uncle's house and tell him all about the magical world. At Hogwarts, Harry makes two best friends named Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. Ron comes from a big wizard family and Hermione is a Muggle-born witch, which means she was born to non-magical parents. At school, the three friends go to classes to learn all sorts of magic like potions, herbology, charms, transfiguration and defense against the dark arts. It's like nothing I've ever imagined! The biggest thing that happens in the book is Harry, Ron and Hermione discover that someone is trying to steal the Sorcerer's Stone from Hogwarts. The Sorcerer's Stone is a powerful magical object that can give immortality to whoever possesses it. They think their evil potions teacher, Professor Snape, is trying to steal it. So the three friends have to go through a bunch of challenges and use all their magical skills to try and stop Snape from getting the Stone first. There are so many cool and exciting parts in this book! Some of my favorite things were:• When Harry gets his wand and crazy things start happening with magic• The big troll that gets loose in the school and Harry, Ron and Hermione have to fight it off• Quidditch, which is a super intense game played on flying broomsticks• Getting to imagine what the different magic classes at Hogwarts would be like• The big three-headed dog named Fluffy that is guarding the Sorcerer's Stone• All the twists at the end when they finally get t o the Stone! What I love most about Harry Potter is that it makes me feel like magic could actually be real. J.K. Rowling describes everything so vividly - the moving staircases and talking paintings at Hogwarts, the different magic spells and potions, the incredible creatures like unicorns and dragons. Her writing really brings the wizarding world to life in such an amazing way.The other best part is that Harry is such a great main character. Even though he's famous in the wizard world, he's really just a normal kid who keeps getting thrown into these crazy magical adventures he has to find his way out of. At the start, he doesn't know anything about being a wizard, so the reader gets to learn alongside Harry. Despite facing so muchdanger, Harry stays brave and loyal to his friends. By the end, I was rooting for him so much!I also love the strong friendship between Harry, Ron and Hermione. They may be very different, but they always have each other's backs and work together using their different strengths. Their bond is tested a bunch of times, like when the troll attacks or when Ron gets the courage to sacrifice himself in the wizard chess game guarding the Stone. But no matter what, the three friends stick together through it all.If you haven't read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone yet, you are seriously missing out! This book opened my eyes to the most magical world full of wizards, spells, flying broomsticks, and much more. J.K. Rowling's incredible imagination and writing made me feel like I was right there at Hogwarts, learning about the wizarding world alongside Harry, Ron and Hermione. Their brave adventures and heroics had me on the edge of my seat. And even after finishing, the story sticks with me and makes me wish I could be a wizard too! This first book hooked me on the series and I can't wait to read all the other Harry Potter stories. If you love magic, adventure and friendship like I do, then you have to give this book a try! Just make sure you have your wand ready.篇3My Favorite Book - Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's StoneHi there! My name is Jamie and I'm a 5th grader at Oakwood Elementary School. Today I want to tell you all about my absolute favorite book - Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. Rowling. Get ready because I'm going to give you ALL the details on why this book is just so awesome! The book is about an 11-year-old boy named Harry Potter who lives with his mean aunt, uncle and cousin. His parents died when he was a baby so he has to live with his relatives who treat him terribly. But then on his 11th birthday, Harry finds out he's actually a wizard! A giant named Hagrid shows up and tells Harry all about the magical wizarding world that Harry comes from. Harry's parents were a witch and wizard too before they were killed by an evil wizard named Voldemort.Hagrid takes Harry away from his aunt and uncle's house to get his school supplies like robes, a wand, books and other cool magical items from a place called Diagon Alley. It's this awesome shopping street just for wizards with all sorts of weird but brilliant stores! After getting his supplies, it's off to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry where Harry will learn magic. At Hogwarts, Harry makes two great friends - Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. Ron comes from a big wizarding familyand is so funny. Hermione is the smartest witch in their year and helps Harry and Ron out of tons of tricky situations with her brainpower. Together, the three of them go on the most exciting adventure! It turns out that the evil wizard Voldemort who killed Harry's parents isn't actually dead after all. He's just been waiting around to come back and take over the wizarding world again. Voldemort is trying to steal a powerful magical object called the Sorcerer's Stone that is hidden at Hogwarts. With some help from Harry's friends and teachers like Dumbledore, they have to figure out how to stop Voldemort from getting the Stone. There's this awesome three-headed dog named Fluffy that guards a trapdoor where the Stone is hidden underneath the school. Harry, Ron and Hermione face so much danger getting past Fluffy and the other enchantments put in place by the Hogwarts teachers. Things get really intense as they come head-to-head with professors who have been bewitched by Voldemort to help him get the Stone. In the end (don't worry, no spoilers!), Harry beats Voldemort again and saves the Stone from falling into his evil clutches. Although it's a fantasy book about magic, the lessons Harry learns about friendship, bravery and doing what's right evenwhen it's hard are so powerful. That's why this book means so much to me.From the very first chapter, you become completely hooked on Harry's story. The magical world that J.K. Rowling creates is soincredibly imaginative with quirky characters, a stunning Hogwarts castle, magical creatures and spells, and the looming threat of the sinister Voldemort. Even ordinary things like candy and sports become extraordinary when they are "wizarding" versions like chocolate frogs and quidditch. My favorite character is definitely Harry himself. Even though he's just 11, he's tough, loyal, and never gives up, especially when it comes to protecting the people he loves like his friends Ron and Hermione. Harry is the ultimate underdog hero you can't help but cheer for loudly! I also love the Weasley twins, Fred and George, who are the biggest pranksters at Hogwarts. Their endless schemes to prank the meanies at school always give me a good giggle. The reason this book is so meaningful to me is because of the powerful theme of friendship. Harry meets and becomes best friends with Ron and Hermione on their very first day at Hogwarts. From facing a giant troll in the bathroom to getting sucked into a treacherous life-size wizard's chess game, theystick together through every scary challenge. By being there for each other, helping out with their own unique talents, and demonstrating true friendship, that's how they survive all the obstacles trying to stop them.I've read this book about a million times and it never ever gets old! Every time, I'm transported right into the magical world alongside Harry, Ron and Hermione. The vivid descriptions make me feel like I'm really walking down Diagon Alley, getting swept up in a quidditch match, or setting foot in the magnificent Hogwarts castle for the very first time. Just writing about it makes me want to crack it open and start reading it again right this second!I really hope I've convinced all of you to go pick up a copy of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. Whether this is your first time or your hundredth, I just know you'll fall in love with Harry's world like I did from the second you open that very first page. With unforgettable characters, non-stop action and adventure, and powerful life lessons, this book has absolutely everything. It's the most spellbinding, magical story ever told!篇4My Favorite Book: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's StoneHi! My name is Emma and I'm 10 years old. I love reading books, especially fantasy adventure stories with magic and cool characters. That's why my favorite book is Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. Rowling. It's the first book in the Harry Potter series and it's so awesome! The book is about a boy named Harry Potter who lives with his mean aunt, uncle, and cousin because his parents died when he was a baby. On his 11th birthday, Harry finds out he's actually a wizard and gets invited to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Can you imagine finding out you could do magic? That would be the best day ever!So Harry goes off to Hogwarts and it's like nothing he's ever seen before. The school is a huge castle with moving staircases, talking portraits, and ghosts flying around. Harry makes two best friends named Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. Ron comes from a wizarding family but Hermione is Muggle-born, which means she has non-magical parents just like Harry did.At Hogwarts, the kids take classes to learn all sorts of magic spells and drink potions that can do crazy things like let you breathe underwater or transform you into a different animal. Harry's favorite class is Quidditch, which is kind of like ahigh-flying basketball game but on broomsticks and with four different balls. It's really dangerous but looks super fun!The big adventure in the book starts when Harry, Ron, and Hermione figure out that someone is trying to steal a powerful magical object called the Sorcerer's Stone that's hidden inside Hogwarts. They have to sneak through a bunch of challenges and trick teachers to get to the Stone before the bad guys do. I don't want to spoil what happens, but it's really intense and exciting! There are so many things I love about this book. The magical world of Hogwarts is described so vividly and creatively, it feels completely real. You can picture the grand feasts in the Great Hall, the moving portraits chatting with each other, and kids zipping around on broomsticks outside. All the different witches, wizards, ghosts, and magical creatures like house elves and centaurs seem so alive. The three main characters are also super awesome. Harry is brave and determined but also feels like a regular kid learning about the wizarding world for the first time. Ron comes from an amazing wizarding family and is Harry's best mate who is always cracking jokes. Hermione is the super smart one who saves the day a bunch of times with her quick thinking and book smarts.Their friendship and adventures together are the heart of the story. But I think my favorite part of the book is all the imaginative magic and spells. There are so many cool ones like the Disarming Charm that makes an opponent's wand fly out of their hand, the Levitation Charm that makes objects float through the air, and spells that can unlock doors, give you a light at the end of your wand, or even make your ears grow massively huge! The potions class sounds really hard but wicked fascinating too.Although I've read the first Harry Potter book like a million times, it's still just as fun and exciting as the first time. I've read all the books in the series and they just keep getting better and better. I can't wait to introduce my own kids to the wizarding world of Harry Potter someday. It's a true classic that sparks your imagination and proves that even ordinary kids can become real-life heroes. If you haven't read Harry Potter yet, you seriously have to give it a try! I'm sure you'll wind up loving it as much as me. Thanks for reading my essay on my favorite magical book!篇5My Favorite Book: The Lion, The Witch and The WardrobeHi everyone! Today I want to tell you all about my absolute favorite book - "The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe" by C.S. Lewis. It's part of the Chronicles of Narnia series and oh boy, is it ever amazing! The story starts off with these four siblings - Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy Pevensie. They're living in England during World War II and have to be evacuated from London to escape the air raids. They go to live in an old professor's house in the countryside. One day, the youngest sister Lucy discovers this awesome secret world behind an old wardrobe in one of the rooms!Lucy steps through the wardrobe and finds herself in a magical land called Narnia. It's this crazy cool place filled with talking animals and mythical creatures. But when Lucy tells her siblings about it, they don't believe her at first. Until one day, Edmund follows her through the wardrobe too.In Narnia, they meet this super awesome lion named Aslan. He's basically the true king of the whole land. But there's also an evil White Witch who has taken over Narnia with her dark magic. She makes it always winter but never Christmas, which is just the worst! The witch is super mean and turns all kinds of Narnians, like fauns and talking animals, into stone with her wand. She even turns Edmund against his siblings by tricking him! The witch is terrifying but Aslan eventually arrives to help the children defeat her. There's this epic battle between Aslan's forces and the White Witch's army. Aslan even gets sacrificed to save Edmund but then comes back to life in this crazy resurrection scene. In the end, the Pevensie kids help Aslan win and he crowns them as the new kings and queens of Narnia! They rule for years until one day they're wandering in the woods and find themselves back in the wardrobe room as kids again. That's the basic story but there's just so much more amazing stuff that happens! Like when Lucy meets Mr. Tumnus the faun or when Edmund first encounters the witch. Or the scenes with Father Christmas bringing the kids gifts to fight the witch. And you can't forget the beavers who help guide them or the epic talking lion vs. witch battle. It's all just so incredibly awesome!I love how the book has this perfect mix of adventure, fantasy, talking animals, good vs. evil and family at its core. The world of Narnia that C.S. Lewis created is so rich and detailed too. You can tell he put so much thought into every part of thismagical realm. From the different Narnian creatures to the landscape and history - it all feels so real when you're reading it.The characters are amazing too, especially the Pevensie kids. Even though they're just regular kids from England, they're brave and loyal. They make mistakes but learn from them. And you can't help but cheer them on as they face the witch, join Aslan's army and become the rulers of this fantasyland. Aslan is the best character though - he's wise, powerful yet gentle and serves as a protector for the kids and all of Narnia.Honestly, every time I read this book it takes me on such an exciting journey. One minute I'm in World War II England, then I'm magically transported to this snowy forest realm of mythical beasts and evil queens. The imagery and descriptions make me feel like I'm right there alongside the Pevensies, fighting battles and attending royal ceremonies at Cair Paravel. It's pure escapism at its finest!I've read The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe like ten times already and it never ever gets old. The story is just endlessly entertaining and rewarding to experience over and over again. I know the whole Chronicles of Narnia book series is beloved by many. But this first installment will always be my undisputed favorite. There's so many amazing scenes, characters and magical elements jam-packed into this one book. Yet it's all woven together so perfectly by C.S. Lewis's brilliant storytelling and imagination. I can't rave enough about how awesome and special The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe truly is! It's an enduring classic for a reason. If you haven't read this book yet, you seriously have to fix that right away! Even though it's considered a kids' fantasy novel, the stories and themes resonate just as much when you're an adult. This book opened the door to the wondrous realm of Narnia for me at a young age, and stepping through that wardrobe continues to be my favorite literary adventure no matter how old I get.So that's my little book report on The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe - the book that made me fall in love with reading fantasy tales filled with mythical magic, talking animals and epic adventures. I really hope me gushing about it has made you excited to pick it up and experience the awesomeness of Narnia for yourselves! Because truly, this children's classic is a must-read for all ages. Thanks for listening, guys!篇6Here's an essay introducing my favorite book in afifth-grader's tone, written in English with around 2,000 words:My Awesome Book Adventure!Hi there! My name is Alex, and I'm a fifth-grader who loves reading exciting books. Today, I want to tell you about myall-time favorite book, "The Mysterious Island of Wonders" by Lila Dreamweaver. Get ready for an incredible adventure that will blow your mind!It all started when I was browsing the school library, looking for a new book to read during summer break. That's when I spotted this thick book with a really cool cover. It had a picture of a huge island floating in the sky, with waterfalls pouring down the sides and a castle perched on top. I was immediately hooked! The story follows three best friends – Jake, Emily, and Zack –who stumble upon a magical portal in their treehouse. Without thinking twice, they jump right in and find themselves transported to the Mysterious Island of Wonders, a place unlike anything you've ever seen!First of all, this island is not on the ground but actually floats high up in the clouds. Can you imagine walking on clouds and seeing the world from way above? It's like living in a dream! Butthat's not even the coolest part. The island is home to all sorts of incredible creatures and places that seem to come straight out of fairy tales. There are talking animals like wise old owls who can teach you magic spells, playful unicorns that let you ride on their backs, and even fire-breathing dragons guarding ancient treasures. Jake, Emily, and Zack quickly befriend a mischievous fairy named Sparkles, who becomes their guide through this enchanted world. One of my favorite parts of the book is when the friends stumble upon the Candy Cane Forest, where the trees are made of delicious candy canes in every flavor you can imagine –chocolate, strawberry, mint, you name it! They have a blast exploring the forest and stuffing their faces with tasty treats. But they have to be careful not to get caught by the grumpy Gingerbread Guards who patrol the area.Another amazing place they visit is the Underwater City, where merpeople live in a beautiful palace made of coral and seashells. The friends get to swim with friendly dolphins and discover sunken pirate ships filled with glittering treasures. However, they also have to watch out for the Giant Squid that rules the deep waters!Throughout their adventures, Jake, Emily, and Zack face all kinds of challenges and dangerous foes. There's the evil witch who wants to steal the island's magic for herself, the tribe of mischievous goblins who love playing tricks on unsuspecting visitors, and even a fire-breathing dragon they have to outsmart to claim a mystical gem.But with their courage, quick thinking, and the help of their newfound friends, the three kids always manage to save the day. They learn valuable lessons about friendship, bravery, and believing in themselves along the way. What I love most about this book is how vividly the author describes the Mysterious Island of Wonders. Every page transports you into this magical realm filled with vibrant colors, wonderful smells, and incredible sights. You can almost taste the candy canes, feel the soft clouds beneath your feet, and hear the merpeople singing their enchanting melodies. The book is also filled with plenty of humor and excitement that keeps you turning the pages. One moment, you'll be laughing at the goofy antics of the fairy Sparkles, and the next, you'll be on the edge of your seat as the friends narrowly escape the clutches of a hungry dragon.By the time I reached the end of the book, I felt like I had been on the most amazing adventure alongside Jake, Emily, and Zack. I was sad to leave the Mysterious Island of Wonders behind, but I knew I could always revisit it by opening the book again. If you're looking for a book that will whisk you away to a fantastical world filled with magic, talking creatures, and thrilling escapades, then "The Mysterious Island of Wonders" is the perfect choice. Trust me; once you start reading, you won't be able to put it down! So, what are you waiting for? Grab a copy of this book and get ready to embark on the adventure of a lifetime. Who knows, maybe you'll even discover your own secret portal to the Mysterious Island of Wonders!。

四年级英文作文介绍一本书50字全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Favorite Book: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's StoneI absolutely love the book Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. Rowling! It's such an exciting and magical story that really lets your imagination run wild. I've read it like five times already and I never get tired of it.The book is about an 11-year-old orphan boy named Harry Potter who learns on his 11th birthday that he is actually a wizard! Can you believe it? A regular kid like Harry finds out he has magical powers and gets invited to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. I would be so stoked if that happened to me!At first, Harry doesn't know anything about the wizarding world because the meanies he lives with (the Dursley family) kept it all a secret from him. But then a half-giant named Hagrid shows up and tells Harry the truth about his parents being a witch and wizard. Turns out the evil wizard Voldemort actually killed Harry's mom and dad when he was just a baby, but Harrysomehow survived the killing curse. From that day on, he became famous in the wizarding world as "The Boy Who Lived."When Harry starts at Hogwarts, he makes two best friends named Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. Ron comes from a huge wizarding family and Hermione is a Muggle-born witch, which means she was born to non-magical parents. At Hogwarts, they have to take classes to learn all sorts of magic like Potions, Herbology, Charms, Transfiguration and Defence Against the Dark Arts. How cool is that? But here's the really wild part - Harry, Ron and Hermione soon realize that somebody is trying to steal the powerful Sorcerer's Stone that's hidden at Hogwarts! The Sorcerer's Stone can give you immortality, which means you would never die. The three friends have to put the clues together and go through a bunch of obstacles to try and stop the sinister one who wants the Stone for themselves.Without giving too much away, they end up comingface-to-face with Professor Quirrell, one of their teachers who has been possessed by the spirit of Voldemort! He's been trying to get the Stone for Voldemort so the dark lord can use its powers and become immortal and unstoppable. But at the lastminute, Harry's courage and loyalty to his parents helps him overcome Voldemort. Phew, that was a close one! There's just so much I love about this book. The world of Hogwarts is simply dazzling, with its moving staircases, talking portraits, ghosts, enchanted ceilings and more. I wish I could go there! And the different magical items and spells they learn about are endlessly fascinating - hippogriffs, invisibility cloaks, remembralls, chocolate frogs, the amazing gamekeeper Hagrid and his weird pets. It's all so incredibly imaginative.More than anything though, I love how brave and loyal Harry, Ron and Hermione are to each other through all their adventures. They are willing to risk everything to protect the school and the wizarding world. Their friendship is so pure and strong, despite their differences. It shows you that your friends really can become like a second family.I cannot recommend this book enough! It has action, suspense, humor, creativity, and wonderful life lessons about friendship, love and doing what's right - all woven into an unforgettable magical tale. The Harry Potter series honestly sparked my love for reading from a very young age. J.K. Rowling is an absolute genius when it comes to storytelling andworld-building.If you haven't read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone yet, drop everything and go pick it up right now! You'll get transported to a whole new realm of wizardry and whimsy. Just keep an open mind about muggles like you and me potentially having special powers too. After all, the magic was inside Harry all along, even before he knew it. Who's to say the same can't be true for us? Now if you'll excuse me, I have a broomstick riding lesson to get to!篇2My Favorite Book – Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's StoneOne of my all-time favorite books is Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. Rowling. It's the first book in the Harry Potter series and it's absolutely amazing! Let me tell you all about it.The story begins when Harry Potter, an orphan, turns 11 years old. On his birthday, he finds out that he's actually a wizard! Can you believe it? A wizard! Harry gets invited to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, which is a magical school for young wizards. He's so excited because he never knew his parents were a witch and wizard before they were killed by an evil wizard named Voldemort. At Hogwarts, Harry makes two best friends named Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. Ron comes from a family of wizards, but Hermione is like Harry - her parents are not magical at all. The three of them go on the most unbelievable adventures together at the school. They have classes where they learn how to cast spells, brew potions, and even fly on broomsticks! My favorite class that they take is definitely Potions with Professor Snape. He's a little bit mean and strict, but I think his potions lessons are super cool. I'd love to learn how to make a potion that can change your appearance or give you extra strength. Wouldn't that be awesome?Another really neat teacher is Professor McGonagall. She's the deputy headmistress and she teaches how to transform things from one object into another. Like she could turn a desk into a pig! I'm not sure I'd want her to transform me into an animal though. I think I'd maybe rather just learn how to make things hover and fly through the air.The wizarding world that Harry enters is filled with so many fascinating things. Many wizards have owls instead of phones to deliver their mail. The stairs and hallways at Hogwarts move around, making it easy to get lost. And the pictures hung on thewalls are actually alive - they can talk to you! Everything is just so imaginative and brilliant.Throughout the book, Harry starts to uncover the mystery of why Voldemort tried to kill him as a baby. He discovers that Voldemort is still out there, waiting to regain power and wreak more havoc. Harry has to brave an intense series of challenges to stop Voldemort from getting an extremely powerful object called the Sorcerer's Stone. The challenges Harry faces are truly scary at times, but also exciting. He has to get past a huge three-headed dog named Fluffy (who doesn't seem very fluffy to me!). Then there are other obstacles like devilish flying keys, a life-size wizards' chess game, and evil spirits. With the help of Ron and Hermione, as well as other friends he makes, Harry manages to overcome each daunting task.I don't want to give away too many details and ruin the amazing surprises in the book. But let's just say that the climax at the end, when Harry comes face-to-face with his parents' killer, had me totally on the edge of my seat! It's a page-turner for sure. What I love most about this book is that the characters seem so real, despite living in a make-believe world. Harry is a very regular kid in many ways - he attends school, has friends, gets introuble sometimes, and feels insecure about not really knowing who he truly is. But he's also unbelievably brave, kind-hearted, and determined. I find myself rooting for Harry the whole time and cheering him on.His friends Ron and Hermione are great too. Ron can be a little funny and goofy at times, providing humor to the story. While Hermione is the opposite - she's a total brainiac andrule-follower. But the way their different personalities balance each other out is perfect. You can tell they share an incredibly strong friendship bond. The writing by J.K. Rowling is wonderful as well. She paints such a vibrant, imaginative picture in my mind of this secret magical society that exists alongside the normal human world we know. The descriptions of the different spells, charms, and creatures like unicorns and trolls are so captivating. Her creativity seems absolutely boundless!Overall, I can't rave enough about how much I adore Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. From the entrancing story to the amazingly developed characters to the engrossing magical world, it's an absolute must-read in my book! Once you get started, you'll quickly find yourself getting hooked on the entire Harry Potter series because each book is even more spellbinding thanthe last. I'm already dying to crack open the next one to see what Potter and his pals get up to. If you haven't read this book yet, what are you waiting for? Do yourself a favor and add some magic to your life!篇3My Favorite Book: The Wonderful World of NarniaI absolutely love the book "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" by C.S. Lewis! It's the first book in the Chronicles of Narnia series and it's just so amazing. Let me tell you all about it!The story starts off when these four siblings - Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy Pevensie - have to go and stay in an old, huge country house because of the air raids happening in London during World War II. On their first day there, the youngest sister Lucy discovers this awesome magic wardrobe that leads into the fantasy world of Narnia!Narnia is the coolest place ever. It's this land of talking animals, mythical creatures, and it's ruled over by the great lion Aslan. But when Lucy first stumbles into Narnia, it's been taken over by the evil White Witch who has cursed it to be in an endless winter without Christmas! How awful is that?At first, Lucy's siblings don't believe her about the magical land in the wardrobe. But then Edmund follows her in and meets the Witch, who tricks him into joining her side with enchanted Turkish Delight. When the four children all finally get to Narnia, they end up having to go on this epic quest to defeat the Witch and restore peace and freedom to the land. There's so many exciting things that happen along the way! They get help from Mr and Mrs Beaver, who are actually talking beavers. Then there's Father Christmas who shows up and gives them all awesome gifts like a sword and a magical horn to aid them. My favorite parts are the huge battle scenes where Peter leads the army against the Witch's evil forces. It's just non-stop action and adventure! But amidst all the thrills and chills, there are really meaningful messages too about being brave, staying true to yourself, and doing what's right even when it's hard. Aslan, who represents Jesus, sacrifices himself to save Edmund but then gets resurrected in the most amazing scene. It shows that good will always triumph over evil in the end. What I love most though are the four siblings at the heart of the story. They have their squabbles for sure, but they learn to put aside their differences, face their fears together, and becomethe kings and queens of the new golden age of Narnia. I can really relate to their sibling relationships and I aspire to have courage like Lucy! The world of Narnia that C.S. Lewis created is just so rich and magical. From the talking animals to the intriguing characters to the captivating plot twists, every page sucks me into this incredible alternate universe. The descriptive writing is top-notch too - when he describes the White Witch's sledge going over the frozen waterfall, I get chills down my spine!I've read this book over and over and it never gets old. I keep discovering new things each time. My copy is totally worn out and dog-eared from reading it so much! I hope the Chronicles of Narnia series never ends because I never want to leave this spellbinding world. Narnia will always have a special place in my heart and imagination. If you haven't read The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe yet, then you are seriously missing out! Do yourself a favor and dive into its enchanting pages right away. You'll embark on the ultimate fantasy adventure and make memories that will stay with you forever. Narnia is truly one of the most wonderful make-believe lands ever created. I can't wait to experience it all over again!篇4Title: My Favorite Book - The Adventures of Tom SawyerHi there! My name is Emily, and I'm a fourth-grader at Oakwood Elementary School. Today, I want to tell you about my all-time favorite book, "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" by Mark Twain. Get ready for an exciting adventure because this book is simply amazing! The story is set in the fictional town of St. Petersburg, Missouri, during the 1840s. The main character, Tom Sawyer, is a mischievous and clever young boy who always seems to find himself in exciting and sometimes dangerous situations. From the very beginning, the book captured my imagination with its vivid descriptions and engaging storytelling. One of my favorite parts is when Tom and his friend Huckleberry Finn witness a murder in the graveyard. It was so thrilling and suspenseful! They make a pact to keep it a secret, but it's not easy when they're being questioned by the authorities. I found myself on the edge of my seat, wondering what would happen next.Another memorable moment is when Tom and his friends decide to run away and become pirates. They camp out on anisland in the Mississippi River, living off the land and having all sorts of adventures. It's every kid's dream to be a pirate and explore uncharted territories! But Tom's adventures aren't just about fun and games. He also learns valuable lessons about friendship, responsibility, and growing up. When his friend Becky gets lost in a cave, Tom risks his life to find her, showing how much he cares for his friends.I love how Mark Twain's writing brings the characters and settings to life. His descriptions are so vivid that I can easily picture the quaint town, the mighty Mississippi River, and the sprawling forests and caves. It's like being transported back in time to a world of childhood adventures. One of my favorite things about the book is Tom's wit and cleverness. He's always coming up with ingenious plans and finding creative ways to get out of trouble. Like when he tricks his friends into whitewashing a fence for him by making it seem like a fun game. Brilliant! The book also has a lot of humor, which really appealed to me. Tom's antics and the silly situations he finds himself in often had me giggling out loud. It's a perfect balance of adventure, suspense, and comedy that keeps you engaged from start to finish.I think what really sets this book apart is its timeless themes of friendship, family, and growing up. Even though it was written over a century ago, the struggles and joys that Tom experiences are still relatable for kids today. We all have that desire for adventure, that need for acceptance, and that fear of growing up too fast.Overall, "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" is a classic that I believe every kid should read. It's a rollicking adventure that will keep you entertained and engaged from start to finish. And who knows, it might even inspire you to go on a few adventures of your own (but maybe without the piracy and witnessing murders!).So, if you're looking for a book that's exciting, funny, and heartwarming all at the same time, give "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" a try. You won't be disappointed! Trust me, Tom Sawyer and his friends will forever have a special place in your heart, just like they do in mine.篇5My Favorite Book: The Wonderful World of NarniaHi there! My name is Emma and I'm in fourth grade. Today I want to tell you about my absolute favorite book series - TheChronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis. This series is made up of seven books, and they are some of the most magical, adventurous stories I've ever read! The first book is called The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. It's about four siblings - Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy Pevensie - who stumble through an old wardrobe and end up in the amazing land of Narnia. Narnia is this fantastical world filled with talking animals, mythical creatures, and it's ruled by the great lion Aslan. When the children first arrive, Narnia is under the spell of the evil White Witch. She has made it always winter but never Christmas! How unfair is that? The children team up with the brave Narnians like Mr. Tumnus the faun and the beavers to defeat the Witch and restore Narnia to its former glory with Aslan's help. There are huge battles with stone statues coming to life and Father Christmas showing up! It's an epic tale of good versus evil.My favorite part is when the Witch turns Edmund against his siblings because he was tempted by her Turkish Delight treats. The other three have to go on this daring rescue mission to save him. I won't spoil what happens, but let's just say Edmund learnsa very valuable lesson about listening to his family and doing the right thing. The other six books continue the adventures, taking the children (and some others) back to Narnia during different time periods. Prince Caspian is about the Pevensies helping the young prince claim his rightful throne from his evil uncle. The Voyage of the Dawn Treader has them sailing on a ship to the Eastern islands. In The Silver Chair, the heroes have to journey underground to find the missing Prince Rilian. The Horse and His Boy is about a talking horse and a young man having crazy adventures across the Narnian deserts and archenemy countries. The Magician's Nephew is actually a prequel, showing how Narnia was first created by a boy named Digory and his friend Polly. The very last book is The Last Battle where an ape tricks everyone into worshipping a false Aslan. What I love most about these books is the richness of the world C.S. Lewis created. Narnia feels so real, like you could step right through that wardrobe door. The landscapes are vividly described, from the snow-covered forests to the shining Eastern Sea. And the characters are all so vibrant - you can't help but love the loyal beavers or be in awe of the powerful Aslan.Aslan is based on the legends of Jesus, which gives the stories a beautiful layer of spiritual meaning about faith, sacrifice and doing what's right. Yet the books never preach and let you discover the deeper truths yourself as you follow the adventures. At the same time, the stories are flat-out exciting! There's always some quest or impending doom the heroes have to overcome, whether it's battling sea monsters or escaping underground mazes. The battle scenes are intense but not too scary. The Narnian world is brimming with wonder around every corner - you never know if you'll meet a marshwiggle, Dryad or Minotaur next!I've read the whole series three times already and I pick up new details each time. The authors' imagination and storytelling is just endless. Part of why I love the books so much is because my mom read them to me first when I was little. We would snuggle up and she would do different voices for all the characters! Those are some of my most cherished memories.I really can't recommend The Chronicles of Narnia enough, whether you're a kid or a grown-up. They are the perfect blend of epic adventure, life lessons, and pure magic. C.S. Lewis said it best: "Once a King or Queen of Narnia, always a King or Queen." Reading these books will make you royalty in one of the greatestimaginary worlds ever created. So what are you waiting for? The wardrobe door is open!篇6My Favorite Book: Charlotte's WebI love reading books, but my absolute favorite is Charlotte's Web by E.B. White. It's a story about a pig named Wilbur who is saved from being killed by a kind spider named Charlotte. Even though it's a book for kids, it has so many deep meanings that even adults can appreciate. The book starts out on a farm where Wilbur is born as the runt of the litter. The farmer's daughter Fern takes care of Wilbur and treats him like a pet. As Wilbur grows bigger, he gets sold to her uncle's farm down the road. This is where Wilbur meets Charlotte, a spider who lives in the doorway of the barn.At first, Wilbur is really lonely on the new farm with no friends. But then Charlotte speaks to him and they become best friends! Charlotte is not only smart and caring, but she's an amazing writer too. She spins words into her web like "Some Pig" and "Terrific" to convince the farmer that Wilbur is too special to be killed for food.My favorite part is when all the animals on the farm band together to protect Wilbur from being killed. The rat Templeton helps bring Charlotte fresh foods for energy to spin more words. The goose and sheep help spread word of Wilbur's talents far and wide. It shows how powerful friendship and working together can be.Even though Charlotte saves Wilbur's life, the book has a really sad part too. At the end, Charlotte is so old that she doesn't have much longer to live. Before she dies, she has hundreds of children and helps Wilbur take three of her egg sacs back to the farm barn. It's heartbreaking but also beautiful how she lives on through her offspring. This book teaches so many important lessons in a touching story. I learned about the cycle of life, the value of friendship, and how language has great power. The characters show qualities like loyalty, bravery, and sacrifice for others. Charlotte's Web makes me laugh one minute and then cry the next - it really tugs at your heartstrings!I've read this book over and over and I never get tired of it. The storytelling is wonderful and paints such a vivid picture of farm life. The animals all have distinct personalities that come tolife. I can vividly imagine Charlotte in her web, Wilbur's foolish gosling friends, and Templeton's gruff but helpful ways.Charlotte's Web is a true classic that I think everyone should read, both kids and adults. Even after reading it 10 times, I still find new meanings and lessons in the story. It's an entertaining book but also has profoundand beautiful messages about life. This masterpiece by E.B. White will always have a special place in my heart as my favorite book of all time! I hope my kids and grandkids will read it over and over too when they're older. It's just that good!。

When we are childern, we rely on Andersen‘s fairy tales, we thought we fall back on(依傍) the whole world.Such as the Little Match Girl immersed in(沉浸于) the fantasy of the match. Now every time we fall, looking back, which we fall back on is the soul of the world. Stories is phantom[’fæntəm幻想] , but warming our whole life.
Andersen„s Fairy Tales were characterized by their unique style: the poetic beauty and the bouffe(喜剧性的) humor. The former was predominant[pri„dɔminənt主要的] style that embodied[im‟bɔdi体现] itself in the chantable(’tʃa:ntəbl可歌的) stories while the latter in the sarcastic[sɑ:kæ ztik讽 刺性的] ones .
Andersen was not only a fairy tale writer but a poet, a playwright and a traveler. And he was also good at paper cutting(剪纸).Poor family background in his childhood and no opportunities to learn made him strong feel that there was nobody who was in want of reading more than poor children .In order to strive(争取) for the next generation , Andersen made up his mind to write fairy tales for kids, and published his book named The Story Told to The Children .In the following years the same type of fairy tales were published at each christmas. He had continued producing his new works until he was cancered. There were total 168 fairy tales written by Andersen in his nearly 40 years.
Andersen said: "fairy tale is like a seed, as hidden in my heart, only needs to gently touch, a kiss of the sun, a drop of rain, it will bloom." “My story is not just written for children to see but also for children's parents to see”.
Three periods :
1. Early fairy tales full of beautiful fantasy, a spirit of optimism, reflecting the combination of the characteristics of realism and romance Note. 2. Mid-term fairy tale, fantasy component weakened and reality ingredients[in‘ɡri:diənt 要素] enhance the relative ,performance of the pursuit of a better life , it also revealed a lack of confidence and depression. 3. Late fairy tale ,more reality ,focus on the description of the underlying people's miserable fate, and expose the social life of the cold, dark and human injustice.
