Good morning, everyone. It is an absolute privilege for me to stand here today and speak to you. As the co-founder of Apple, I have had the opportunity to witness the birth of the personal computer and the evolution of technology up close. I firmly believe that technology has the power to change the world and make it a better place. And we at Apple are committed to making this a reality. When we started Apple, we had a vision of creating tools that would empower people. We believed that everyone should have access to technology that would help them do whatever they wanted to do. Whether it was creating music, designing a building, or running a business, we strive to make technology accessible to everyone. And that is still our mission today. From the iPad to the iPhone, we are dedicated to bringing new innovations to people across the globe. But our success is not just about the products we make. It is about the people behind them - the dreamers, the thinkers, and the doers. We believe that innovation is key to success, and that is why we are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible. We are always looking for new ways to use technology to solve problems and make life easier. We challenge ourselves daily to create products that are not only useful, but also beautiful and inspiring. But we also know that innovation isn't easy - it requires hard work, perseverance, and creativity. And that is why we at Apple are committed to fostering an environment that encourages and rewards these qualities. We have built a culture that values risk-taking, collaboration, and diversity, and we believe that this is what sets us apart. At Apple, we believe that our products should reflect our values. We are committed to sustainability and reducing our impact on the environment. We work with suppliers who share our values and who are committed to treating their employees fairly. And we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and grow - which is why we are committed to education and empowering young people. But we also know that technology has its challenges. The same tools that have made our lives easier can also be used for harm. We are committed to using our resources to make technology safer and more secure. We are constantly working to improve privacy protections and to ensure that our products are not used for malicious purposes.I believe that the future belongs to those who are willing to embrace change, who are open to new ideas, and who are committed to making the world a better place. And that is why I am so proud of what we have accomplished at Apple. We have changed the world, and we are just getting started.Thank you for listening.。

He is among the greatest of American innovators — brave enough to think differently, bold enough to believe he could change the world and talented enough to do it.——President Barack ObamaWe all known that steve jobs is a great man, today my topic is not about what he have achieved, but why he could achieve this great success.Of course there are many reasons for his success, and today I summarize a few of them to share with you.The first reason: He has a High ideal to change the world He wants to change the world, that’s why he started apple and he returned apple 10 years later after ousted by an internal power struggle. He is always full of passion because he is doing what he believe is great work which he can change the world by his own hands. There is an example, in 1983, Jobs want to invite the exceo of pepsi John Sculley to be the ceo of apple, however, it was rather difficult, but when jobs said this to Sculley, he finally agreed.Well, what did jobs said?? He said:” you want to sell sugar water all your lifetime or to change the world?”The second reason: Steve Jobs is a perfectionistSteve Jobs is a perfectionist, he pays an obsessive attention to detail, he will notice every very small details. For example, when apple design iphone, designers gave jobs hundreds different colors to let him choose. There are only very small differences among each color, but he was not satisfied with any of them after he had compared carefully and let designers continue to find a proper color. He is such a perfectionist that many of his employees do not understand, but it is this pursuitfor perfection that makes apple so successful. The third reason c: he can forecast industry trends“visionary”, that’s the judgement president obama made on jobs.In 1970s, steve jobshas been almost the first to see the potential that lay in the idea of selling computers to ordinary people. He always said that the apple represents the future and he also tried his best to make it come ture. Now, obviously, he made it.Therefore, whether the idea of steve jobs or his apple is always ahead of time for 2 or 3 years. The fourth reason: jobs has a very good eloquenceI believe that we were all impressed by speeches of steve jobs.He can be endless to convince investors to invest in apple, and he can also introduce the latest products of apple like a star.In a word, the eloquence of jobs also helps apple a lot.Ok, these are four reasons I summarized for the success of steve jobs and his apple.Of course there are more other reasons: create a new business modelgood at identifying opportunitiesgood at identify talented people……Well, at last, let me show you several famous saying of him: Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower. The only way to do great work is to love what you do.If you haven't found it yet, keep looking.Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it.I would trade all of my technology for an afternoon with Socrates. We're here to put a dent in the universe.Otherwise why else even be here? He is among the greatest of American innovators — brave enough to think differently, bold enough to believe he couldchange the world and talented enough to do it.——President Barack Obama We all known that steve jobs is a great man, today my topic is not about what he have achieved, but why he could achieve this great success.Of course there are many reasons for his success, and today I summarize a few of them to share with you.The first reason: He has a High ideal to change the world He wants to change the world, that’s why he started apple and he returned apple 10 years later after ousted by an internal power struggle. Definition Of Success What is success? Nowadays, in the modern society, people always identify the concept of success with having a large sum of money, achieving fame, having a great career, possessing all the things they ever wanted. And for us, success is getting high marks in exams, winning games, making new friends, and things like that. However, when we’ve gotten all the thing s above, we begin to think about the same question: Is there supposed to be more to life than all those things? In fact, success comes in different forms and definitions.Itdepends on what you’re searching for in your lives. An athlete may find success as the first to reach the goals, a musician may find success as the hottest hits, an actor may find success as the one to win awards.λBut there’s one thing I believe, the real and ultimate definition of success is to realize our ideals and dreams, which are always inside our deepest hearts.λAs far as I’m concerned, one of the most important reasons for us to chase ideals and dreams is that they are eternal while money, high positions or fame are not.In the process of realizing our dreams, we get both our body and souls tempted, meanwhile, we’re also enlightened by the most precious qualities of human-beings —love, patience, perseverance and the sense of responsibility. So this is what success really means, and this is why success really matters.I believe, everyone here has his own interpretation of success, anyway, please believe in our dreams and ideals, please believe in ourselves, we, every one of us, can lead a bright future and obtain success!λ我国成功的定义是什么成功?

Ladies and gentlemen,Thank you for joining me today. I stand before you not as a man who has achieved great success, but as a man who has been deeply inspired by the pursuit of passion. It is this passion that has driven me throughout my career, and I hope that by sharing my story, I can ignite a spark of passion within each of you.The Early DaysI want to start by taking you back to my early days at Apple. It was a time of great excitement and innovation. We were a small team of dreamers, determined to change the world with our computers. We were passionate about our work, and that passion was infectious. We worked long hours, sacrificing personal time and comfort, because we believedin what we were doing. But success was not easy. We faced numerous challenges along the way. We had to compete with giants like IBM, and we often felt overwhelmed. However, it was our passion that kept us going. We believed in our vision, and we were willing to do whatever it took to make it a reality. The lessons of PassionOne of the most important lessons I learned during those early years was that passion is not just about loving what you do. It's about loving the process of doing it. It's about finding joy in the journey, not just in the destination. When you love what you do, you don't just work for a living; you live for your work.Passion also requires dedication. It's not enough to have a dream; you have to be willing to work hard to make it a reality. This means pushing yourself to your limits, taking risks, and never giving up, even when the odds are against you.The Apple StoryThe story of Apple is a testament to the power of passion. When I returned to Apple in 1997, the company was on the brink of collapse. We were facing a tough competition, and our products were not living up totheir potential. But we had a vision, and we were passionate about bringing great products to the market. We focused on design, simplicity, and user experience. We wanted to create products that not only worked well but also made people feel good about using them. This passion drove us to push the boundaries of what was possible, and it paid off. Over the next few years, Apple experienced a remarkable turnaround, becoming one of the most successful companies in the world. The World Beyond TechnologyWhile technology has been a central part of my life, I believe that the principles of passion can be applied to any field. Whether you're an artist, a teacher, a doctor, or an entrepreneur, the key to success isto find what you love and pursue it with all your heart.Passion is not just about finding your calling; it's about making a difference. It's about using your talents and skills to make the world a better place. When you do what you love, you not only find fulfillment but also inspire others to do the same. The Legacy of InnovationInnovation is a core value at Apple, and it's something I've always believed in deeply. Innovation is not just about creating new products; it's about challenging the status quo, questioning the conventional wisdom, and thinking differently. When we introduced the iPod, we didn't just want to make a better music player; we wanted to revolutionize the way people listen to music. When we launched the iPhone, we didn't just want to make a phone; we wantedto create a new platform that could change the way people communicate, work, and live.Innovation requires passion, and it requires a willingness to take risks. It's about pushing the boundaries of what's possible, and it's about making a difference in the world. The Future of PassionAs we look to the future, I believe that the power of passion will continue to drive innovation and change. In a world that is increasingly interconnected and complex, the ability to pursue what you love with passion will be more important than ever.We will see new technologies emerge, new industries born, and new ways of living and working. But at the heart of all these changes will be the human spirit, the desire to create, to learn, and to make a difference.A Final ThoughtAs I stand before you today, I want to leave you with one final thought. Passion is not just a feeling; it's a choice. It's a choice to live fully, to embrace challenges, and to pursue what you love with all your heart. So I challenge each of you to find what you love, to pursue it with passion, and to make a difference in the world. Whether you're an entrepreneur, an artist, a teacher, or a scientist, your passion can change the world.Thank you for listening, and may your lives be filled with passion, purpose, and success. The End。

Ladies and gentlemen,Today, I stand before you to honor the memory of a man who changed the world. A man who was not just a visionary, but a true artist. A man who believed in the power of innovation and the potential of human imagination. His name was Steve Jobs, and his story is one of perseverance, passion, and relentless pursuit of excellence.Steve Jobs was born on February 24, 1955, in San Francisco, California. He grew up in an unconventional household, with an unconventional upbringing. His biological parents were young, and he was adopted by a working-class family. Despite the challenges he faced early in life, Steve's curiosity and thirst for knowledge were never quenched. In his early years, Steve developed a love for electronics and technology. He attended Homestead High School, where he met his future partner in crime, Steve Wozniak. Together, they formed a lifelong friendship and shared a passion for building and tinkering with computers. In 1976, at the age of 21, Steve co-founded Apple Computer Corporation with Steve Wozniak. Their first product, the Apple I, was a hit among hobbyists and hackers. However, it was the introduction of the Apple II in 1977 that put Apple on the map. The Apple II was the first personal computer to use color graphics, and it revolutionized the industry.Steve's vision for Apple was not just to sell computers; it was to change the world. He believed that technology should be accessible to everyone and that it should be beautiful and intuitive. This vision guided Apple's product development for decades, leading to iconic products like the Macintosh, iPod, iPhone, and iPad.Throughout his career, Steve faced numerous challenges. He was fired from Apple in 1985, only to return in 1997 and lead the company to its greatest success. He battled cancer for years, yet never lost his passion for innovation. His unwavering commitment to excellence and his relentless pursuit of perfection led to the creation of some of the most groundbreaking products in history.Today, I want to share with you some of the lessons we can learn from Steve Jobs' life and legacy:1. Dream BigSteve Jobs once said, "Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do." He believed in the power of dreams and the importance of following one's passion. If you want to achieve greatness, you must first believe in your dreams and work tirelessly to make them a reality.2. Think DifferentSteve Jobs was known for his unconventional thinking and his willingness to challenge the status quo. He once said, "Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower." If you want to succeed, you must be willing to think outside the box and take risks. Don't be afraid to challenge the norm and push the boundaries of what is possible.3. Focus on What MattersSteve Jobs was a master of simplicity. He believed that less is more and that great products should be intuitive and easy to use. He once said, "Innovation is saying no to 1,000 things." If you want to create something great, you must focus on what matters most and eliminate distractions.4. Embrace FailureSteve Jobs failed many times throughout his career, but he never let failure define him. He once said, "I'm convinced that about half of what separates the successful entrepreneurs from the non-successful ones is pure perseverance." If you want to achieve greatness, you must bewilling to fail and learn from your mistakes.5. Surround Yourself with Great PeopleSteve Jobs surrounded himself with a team of talented and passionate individuals. He knew that great products are built by great teams. As we remember Steve Jobs, let us be inspired by his vision and commitment to making the world a better place.Thank you.。

Speech 1: “Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish”Ladies and gentlemen,Thank you for being here today. I stand before you as a humble individual, but one who has been fortunate enough to witness the incredible power of technology in shaping our world. Today, I want to share with you a message that has guided me throughout my journey, and I hope it will inspire you too.“Stay hungry, stay foolish.”These words were famously uttered by the great Stewart Brand in his publication, The Whole Earth Catalog. They encapsulate a mindset that has driven me and countless others to push the boundaries of what is possible. It is the spirit of curiosity, of never settling for the status quo, that has propelled humanity forward. To stay hungry means to never lose that fire within us that drives us to seek knowledge, to innovate, and to explore new frontiers. It is this hunger that led me to co-found Apple, a company that has revolutionized the world of technology. But, it is not just about creating products; it is about creating experiences that enrich people’s lives. To stay foolish means to embrace our naivety, to not be limited by what others perceive as possible. It is this foolishness that allowed me to dream big and envision a world where technology is seamlessly integrated into our daily lives. It is this foolishness that led to the creation of the iPhone, a device that changed the way we communicate forever. But staying hungry and staying foolish is not just for the dreamers and the innovators. It is a message for all of us. It is a reminder that we should never stop learning, never stop questioning, and never stop pushing ourselves to be better. It is a reminder that we all have the power to make a difference. So, my message to you today is simple: stay hungry, stay foolish. Embrace your curiosity, embrace your dreams, and never be afraid to take risks. In doing so, you will not only shape your own future, but also the future of our world.Thank you.Speech 2: “The Power of Simplicity”Good evening, ladies and gentlemen,Today, I want to talk to you about the power of simplicity. In a world that is becoming increasingly complex, it is easy to get lost in the noise. But, it is simplicity that allows us to cut through the clutter and find clarity. At Apple, we have always believed in the power of simplicity. We strive to create products that are not only beautiful and elegant, but also intuitive and easy to use. We believe that technology should enhance our lives, not complicate them. But simplicity is not just about design; it is about mindset. It is about focusing on what truly matters and eliminating the unnecessary. It is about distilling complex ideas into simple concepts that everyone can understand.Steve Jobs once said, “Simple can be harder than complex: You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. Butit’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains.”And move mountains we did. We simplified the way we listen to music with the iPod, we simplified the way we communicate with the iPhone, and we simplified the way we interact with technology with the iPad. And we will continue to simplify, innovate, and push the boundaries of what is possible. But simplicity is not just about technology; it is a way of life. It is about decluttering our minds, our homes, and our lives. It is about finding joy in the simple pleasures and focusing on what truly matters. So, my message to you today is this: embrace simplicity. Look for ways to simplify your life, your work, and your relationships. Cut through the noise and find clarity. And remember, simplicity is not about taking away; it is about adding value.Thank you.Speech 3: “The Power of Failure”Good evening, ladies and gentlemen,Today, I want to talk to you about the power of failure. It may seem counterintuitive, but failure is not something to be feared; it is something to be embraced. It is through failure that we learn, grow, and ultimately succeed.Throughout my career, I have faced numerous setbacks and failures. But it is these experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today. It is through failure that I have gained resilience, determination, and the ability to persevere. One of Apple’s most famous failures was the Apple Lisa. It was a commercial failure, but it laid the groundwork for the Macintosh, which went on to become one of the most successful products in Apple’s history. It is a reminder that failure is not the end; it is just a stepping stone on the path to success.Failure also teaches us humility. It reminds us that we are not infallible, that we make mistakes, and that we can always learn and improve. It is through failure that we gain the wisdom and experience to make better decisions in the future. But perhaps most importantly, failure fuels innovation. It is through failure that we discover new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions. It is through failure that we push the boundaries of what is possible and create breakthroughs that change the world. So, my message to you today is this: embrace failure. Don’t be afraid to take risks, to step outside of your comfort zone, and to try new things. Learn from your failures, grow from your setbacks, and let them propel you forward.Remember, failure is not the end; it is just the beginning of a new chapter. It is through failure that we find success.Thank you.。

As the co-founder of Apple, Steve Jobs was a master of communication and innovation. He was known for his engaging and inspiring speeches, which turned him into an icon of personal branding and entrepreneurship. Today, he remains a source of inspiration for both aspiring entrepreneurs and public speakers. In this essay, we examine how one could write an English speech inspired by Jobs' speeches. To begin with, Jobs was known for his ability to tell stories that captivated audiences. His speeches would always begin with a relatable anecdote, followed by a clear and concise explanation of the topic he was there to address. In order to replicate this approach, a speaker must start by defining the theme or main argument they intend to make in their speech. This will ensure they stay on track and lead the audience to a clear and pertinent conclusion. It is essential to have a strong opening statement that grabs the audience's attention, such as a humoristic quote, a personal experience or a striking statistic. For instance, Jobs once started his speech with the sentence "Today, I want to talk about a revolution" which energized the audience, and conveyed the magnitude of the topic he was about to broach. This opening statement must then be followed by an engaging anecdote that helps the audience relate to the topic.Next, Jobs was famous for his use of powerful and provocative language. His speeches contained strong adjectives and words that epitomized his company's philosophy. He would not simply talkabout creating products, but would use words such as "revolutionary" or "game-changing" to describe them. For instance, when he presented the iPod, Jobs called it "a thousand songs in your pocket," a tagline that is still remembered today. Therefore, in order to inspire an audience, it is vital to use language that generates excitement and passion. In addition to choice of language, Jobs was meticulous in his useof visuals and presentation aesthetics. He would use powerful and engaging slides that highlighted the key points he wanted to make. This helped keep the audience engaged and alerted, while emphasizing important messages. The use of memorable slides and visual aids can greatly enhance the speaker's impact on the audience.Lastly, Jobs was a master of stage presence: he knew how to captivate the audience and keep them engaged throughout the speech. A great way to do this is to use body language, hand gestures and tonality in a way that reinforces the message and makes the speech more persuasive. To achieve that, the speaker must be fully comfortable with both the content and delivery. In conclusion, Steve Jobs was a brilliant public speaker. He knew how to captivate an audience with engaging anecdotes, powerful language, stunning visuals and excellent stage presence. By taking these strategies into account, anyone can follow his example and learn how to write and deliver a compelling English speech. Whether you are an entrepreneur, a student, or a professional, Jobs' insight into the art of public speaking can help you make a lasting impression and inspire others to take action.。

比如,乔布斯在XX年斯坦福大学毕业典礼上的演讲中,开篇稍微寒暄之后就进入正题:“today i want to tell you three stories from my life. that’s it. no big deal. just three stories.”
乔布斯在随后的演讲中分别提到,“the first story is about connecting the dots.”“my second story is about love and loss.”“my third story is about death.”
乔布斯在演讲开篇说道:“i am honored to be with you today for your commencement from one of the finest universities in the world. truth be told, i never graduated from college. and this is the closest i’ve ever gotten to a college graduation.”
乔布斯在斯坦福大学的毕业演讲中明确给出了三个要点:① thefirst story is about connecting the dots. ② my second story is about love and loss. ③ my third story is about death.
比如在讲到死亡时,他引用了一句格言:“if you live each day as if it was your last, someday you’ll most certainly be right.”
他说自己是幸运的,因为“woz and i started apple in my parents’ garage when i was 20. we worked hard, and in 10 years apple had grown from just the two of us in a garage into a $2 billion company with over 4000 employees. we’d just released our finest creation—the macintosh—a year earlier, and i’d just turned 30.”
他在结尾说道:“stewart and his team put out several issues of the whole earth catalog, and then when it had run its course, they put out a final issue. it was the mid-1970s, and i was your age. on the back cover oftheir final issue was a photograph of an early morning country road, the kind you might find yourself hitchhiking on if you were so adventurous. beneath it were the words ‘stay hungry. stay foolish.’ it was their farewell message as they signed off. stay hungry. stay foolish. and i have always wished that for myself. and now, as you graduate to begin anew, i wish that for you. stay hungry. stay foolish.”
他在结尾时说道:“is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? forbid it, almighty god! i know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty, or give me death!”③首尾呼应。
