高考英语教学研讨会发言材料：以学定教，巩固提高
随着高考的临近，高三备考复习也到了最为关键的时刻。今年的考生整体来说心理素质比较稳定，但在具体的学习过程中还存在较为明显的不足，这些不足在4月份的统一考试中也有明显的体现：1、词汇障碍一直困扰着学生，影响学生的发挥；2、基础知识运用在最近一个月中混淆现象极为明显，不但语法无章法，更不注重体会语境的运用；3、在处理阅读理解的易混选项时缺乏到文中进一步验证和理性的推敲能力；4、作文审题不严，在这次考试中可以明显看出这一不足。提纲式作文，分三个方面来写，学生把三个方面写成了三篇独立的片段，没有进行有机结合。
其实在整个的高三备考中我们一直坚持着一些好的做法，并在不同的阶段进行及时地调整。
1、首先创造一种英语氛围，一入高三，我们英语学科就完全垄断了教室后面的黑板，让学生记录词汇表和高三练习题中的词汇，经典句型，有写必有查，多角度扩大词汇量。
2、熟读3年真题，研讨重要语法项目、词汇、阅读话题、写作话题，熟练掌握以上内容之后，研究2011年出现的新现象，新话题，对于没有涉及的话题、题材进行补偿性训练。
3、积极探讨高三讲评课模式，提高高三课堂教学效率，使课堂教学达到最优化。
4、强化训练，规范应考。每周两次综合训练，教师精心编辑习题，时间控制在两个小时，和高考统一，提
高学生做题速度。教师及时批阅，及时反馈学生的做题情况，帮助学生查缺补漏，从细节抓起，避免低级失误。尤其是卷面的规范性。
5、针对最后的备考和学生的突出问题，我们学校以学科组为单位对考试说明进行详实的解读并进行媒体展示，通过细致研讨考试说明，进一步明确对于学生学法以及不同试题类型的策略指导，师生获益颇多。
6、高三进行大量的专项和综合训练，但是学生所能掌握和积累的并不多，即使不定期的配有错题重做、典题重组也主要以单项为主，因此为了进一步的提升学生的能力，我们在进入四月之后开始综合训练的巩固提升，对做过的综合试题要求学生完型进行任意词填空，让学生体会文章的结构和情感态度的变化；同时对阅读理解中的AB两篇进行变式训练，在读文章之后，阅读题干回答问题，以提高学生的语言概括能力从而提高阅读及阅读表达的得分率。
7、4月份的写作事实上我们在高三一月份的质量检测中已经写过一次80%相似的作文，但是学生还是发挥不好，因此除了每周两次必写的作文之外，课前给学生一个话题，结合话题要求学生写一个片段，并及时介绍景点的句型，和多样化的表达方式。
8、针对后期的综合训练也要求学生和老师对于得分进行反思即明白值，及时发现暴露点并进行定点清除。
这些是我们高三备课组的一些具体做法，可能我们每一位学校都有很优秀的做法，但是所有的措施只有在做好落实的前提下才能确保学生颗粒归仓，获取好的成绩。

专题讨论会发言稿 生产部 各位领导、同事： 你们好！下面我从生产角度对四个方面存在的问题进行阐述，不足之处，望各位领导批评指正。 一、产品创新方面的队伍和能力存在的问题 产品创新队伍建设需要更加完善，把“提高产品品质，有效控制成本，增加市场利润”作为着力点，使我们的产品能更好地适应生产需要和市场需求。技术岗位人员的创新能力水平还存在差异，需要整体提升。一些技术人员的专业水平和实践经验还不能够满足产品创新的能力要求，今后还需要着力培养和提高，为提升产品的市场竞争力起到有效的助推作用。 二、生产工艺、技术、设备模具存在的问题 1、设备、模具的材质及制造工艺可能存在的差异，也对产品生产起到了一定的影响。鼓式片生产中，磨床的棘轮、导轨材质不耐用、易磨损，加工过程中，影响了产品的头弦等尺寸的精度。盘式的顶出模在使用中也同样存在性能不稳定，造成加工产品精度偏差。设备及模具可能存在材质与实际生产要求不匹配、制造过程中热处理和调质环节欠缺的问题。 2、德国的小长弯片加工难度大，存在内弧间隙和厚度的精度很难控制。通过与客户积极协调，对方适当地放宽了公差范围。同时，对夹具工装进行了改进，比如在内外弧磨床上增加了挡板。目前此问题已基本得到了有效的控制。 3、热压模具老旧，多为免冷型工艺切换前的浅腔模具，容易出现跑料。操作中，要及时清理干净，一定程度上增加了劳动量，降低了生产效率。生产工艺中
投料量较之前也有所增加，这既增加了原材料的投入成本，也对半成品加工精度有一定的影响。除了需要申报的新模具都要采用深腔模式进行制作，还对老模具进行了模腔加深，尤其是一些使用频次高、加工量大的产品模具。目前此项工作正在实施中。 4、产品配方调整，压力值提升，一些压机在生产中易出现漏油现象。为了降低压机在压力大的情况下工作影响设备自身性能的风险，在符合工艺要求的范围内，实际生产按照压力下限值进行半成品加工。一方面，确保产品按照工艺要求加工，达到加工精度要求。另一方面，保障设备在生产中的安全运行。 三、今年的产品质量问题及解决方法 1、产品在钻孔过程中易出现钻裂的问题比较突出。目前我们生产上主要从三个方面采取积极举措。一是改用专用钻胎和增加钻头的磨刀次数，以提高手动钻床的加工精度。二是加强员工的质量培训，提高员工的质量意识，着重强调不同配方的产品，其性能也有区别。要在加工此类产品时，以“求稳保质”作为首要原则。三是增加检验项目和频次，质检员不但要对其孔位进行测量比对，还要对外观等细节严格把关。操作工和质检员如发现问题，要立即停机、及时反馈。 2、多孔位的产品，加工时孔易错位的现象比较普遍。为此，通过升级设备，投入自动钻床，来破除目前的生产加工瓶颈。 3、免冷型工艺切换后，半成品采用包袋工序加工，工艺材料产生变化（如包袋中使用的薄膜袋），致使后续产品喷码附着力下降。汉德等主机厂家在装配过程中，出现了喷码字迹掉落，造成标识不清。为此，车间进行了多次产品喷涂底漆后的喷码附着力试验，最终从盘式调用的黑色漆料在实际加工中的效果明显，现已基本解决。但喷涂此底漆过程中，一方面，工序的增加，一定程度上增加了员
