你好！你现在已经21岁了，我相信，你也一定工作了。我想你和我预料的一样，已成为一名培养祖国花朵的园丁了——老师了吧！我曾听过一首歌，《教师颂》，今天我歌唱你吧！“别人从生活中获取黄金，您只能获取花香，您的黄金是早晨的太阳，您的银子是十五的月亮，但您依然快乐的吹着口哨，您的自豪是桃李芬芳。”
我猜你一定成为了一个爱管人的老师，当然，你也可能遇到管不了的学生，上课时也会有学生问一些刁钻的问题，但我的朋友，你别急，巴尔扎克说过：“挫折就像一块石头，对于弱者来说是块绊脚石，让你却步不前，而对于强者来说是块垫脚石，使你站得更高。”“深山有古寺，恐惧是心魔。”遇到一些不可预料的事，你要学会面对，在完美自身的同时，你也不要不分青红皂白的冤枉你的学生，一个孩子的心就像一块水晶，美丽、纯净，但易碎，你千万别忘了，你曾经也是个孩子，你曾经也有颗孩子的心。
当然，你也有可能是一个班主任，你也可能会面临分别的场景，但我的朋友，你别悲伤，离别是为了下一次的相聚，你不要想他们（她们）即将离你远去，你要换一个角度想想，他们离开了你，迎面与他们相拥的是辉煌的未来，为人师，即为人母，你的学生有出息了，你也跟着沾光呀！或许当你习惯了一切的悲欢离合，就再也不会悲伤。
对你的学生，你要一视同仁，可不要对待一个学生特别好或者特别不好，你不光要公开对学生说你一视同仁，平时待人做事也要这样去做，你要在学生心中有个好印象，说话也要说到做到，绝不反悔。对于学生，你要有奖有罚，奖励是为了鼓励一些有进步的同学，罚是为了鞭策落后的同学。你要对你的学生说，每一个人并不是一生下来就比别人聪明多少，愚笨多少的，每个人都是一样的，成绩好不好取决于你是否用功、刻苦。

Last summar, I went to the Great Wall with my family. It was fine that day. We went there by bus early in the morning. When we got there, there were many other visitors there. When my family and I went onto the Great Wall, we saw beautiful scenery(风景). We all were amazed(惊讶的) by how beautiful it was. We took quite a few photos there. We had a good time there.
