演讲英文开场白（通用18篇）演讲英文篇1mr. chairman, senator thurmond, members of the committee, my name is anita f. hill, and i am a professor of law at the university of oklahoma. i was born on a farm in okmulgee county, oklahoma, in 1956. i am the youngest of 13 children. i had my early education in okmulgee county. my father, albert hill, is a farmer in that area. my mother's name is irma hill. she is also a farmer and a housewife.my childhood was one of a lot of hard work and not much money, but it was one of solid family affection, as represented by my parents. i was reared in a religious atmosphere in the baptist faith, and i have been a member of the antioch baptist church in tulsa, oklahoma, since 1983. it is a very warm part of my life at the present time.for my undergraduate work, i went to oklahoma state university and graduated from there in 1977. i am attaching to this statement a copy of my resume for further details of my education.i graduated from the university with academic honors and proceeded to the yale law school, where i received my jd degree in 1980. upon graduation from law school, i became a practicing lawyer with the washington, dc, firm of ward, hardraker, and ross.in 1981, i was introduced to now judge thomas by a mutual friend. judge thomas told me that he was anticipating a political appointment, and he asked if i would be interested in working with him. he was, in fact, appointed as assistant secretary of education for civil rights. after he had taken that post, he asked if i would become his assistant, and i accepted that position.in my early period there, i had two major projects. the first was an article i wrote for judge thomas' signature on the education of minority students. the second was the organization of a seminar on high-risk students which was abandoned because judge thomas transferred to the eeoc where he became the chairman of that office.during this period at the department of education, my working relationship with judge thomas was positive. i had a good deal of responsibility and independence. i thought he respected my work and that he trusted my judgment. after approximately three months of working there, he asked me to go out socially with him.what happened next and telling the world about it are the two most difficult things -- experiences of my life. it is only after a great deal of agonizing consideration and sleepless number -- a great number of sleepless nights that i am able to talk of these unpleasant matters to anyone but my close friends.i declined the invitation to go out socially with him and explained to him that i thought it would jeopardize what at the time i considered to be a very good working relationship. i had a normal social life with other men outside of the office. i believed then, as now, that having a social relationship with a person who was supervising my work would be ill-advised. i was very uncomfortable with the idea and told him so.i thought that by saying no and explaining my reasons my employer would abandon his social suggestions. however, to my regret, in the following few weeks, he continued to ask me out on several occasions. he pressed me to justify my reasons for saying no to him. these incidents took place in his office or mine. they were in the form of private conversations which would nothave been overheard by anyone else.i declined any comment to newspapers, but later when senate staff asked me about these matters i felt i had a duty to report. i have no personal vendetta against clarence thomas. i seek only to provide the committee with information which it may regard as relevant.it would have been more comfortable to remain silent. i took no initiative to inform anyone. but when i was asked by a representative of this committee to report my experience, i felt that i had to tell the truth. i could not keep silent.演讲英文开场白篇2各位亲朋好友、各位女士、各位小姐、各位先生：晚上好！今天是**年月日（农历初）在这风和日丽、天地之合的喜庆日子里，我们共同相聚在宾馆（大酒店）厅，隆重庆典先生与小姐喜结良缘。

1)开始时对听众的称呼语
最常用的是 Ladies and gentlemen，也可根据不同情况，选用 Fellow students, Distinguished guests, Mr Chairman, Honorable Judges(评委)等等。
2)提出论题

提出论题的方法有各种各样，但最生动，最能引起注意的是用举例法。

对提出的论题，不可主观地妄下结论，而要进行客观的论证。
这是演讲中最需要下功夫的部分。

1、根据听众对象，注意演讲的总体措词
演讲的总体措词是严肃一些还是活泼一些，是有较明显的说教口气还是用平等的口吻，等等，都要根据听众对象而定。
如果场下听众是同龄的学生，那么演讲的内容只要风趣一些往往就能引起共鸣。
但另一方面，如果听众大多是上了年纪的教师，太多的笑料反而会被认为不严肃，不尊重，而引起反感。

如果通篇全是 I feel, I think 的内容，会给人觉得缺乏说服力。
另外，perhaps, maybe 这样的词语，虽然有客气，谦虚的成分，但太多会让人觉得你演讲的内容有不可靠之处。
还有，在演讲中，要少用you，多用we。
用you等于把自己与听众对立起来，而用we则拉近了与听众的距离。
比如：You should not smoke.听上去像教训人，而 Let s not smoke听起来是一个不错的建议。
2、演讲要越短越好
英语演讲应该简洁扼要，直截了当。
除非特别需要，一般不要采用中文中的那种迂回曲折的表达形式。
据有关专家统计，一般人的注意力一次只能集中约13分钟。
所以，演讲长度以10～15分钟为宜。
下面是美国总统林肯所作的著名的盖茨堡演说，虽然全文只有短短200多个词，却带有振奋人心、扭转乾坤般的力量。
其中 of the people, by the people, for the people(民有，民治，民享)已成为不朽佳句。
对于中学生来说，这篇演讲现在读起来一定会觉得很难，但要写好英语演讲，这确实是值得认真研读的经典之作。
