中英文国际技术咨询服务合同甲方（顾问方）：___________________乙方（委托方）：___________________鉴于甲方拥有在______领域的专业技术知识和丰富经验，乙方寻求甲方的技术咨询服务，以解决乙方在生产或经营中遇到的各类技术难题及问题。
