2008年我小学二年级，离开锦州保二小学，随父母来到澳大利亚，在语言学校学习了半年英语后，转到了现在的学校，学校叫北墨尔本小学，是一所较大的公立小学，有500多学生。
学校一部分是楼房，一部分是平房，一个体育馆，两个操场。
今年我小学4年级。
我们班有23人，10名男孩，13名女孩，我们班有白孩子、黑孩子和黄孩子。
我的朋友叫汉斯，下课时我们喜欢在一起玩。
我们女老师叫丽萨。
我们班的教室里有5张长方形桌子放在教室四周，教室里有地毯，我们听课的时候大家随便坐在教室中间的地毯上，老师喜欢我们盘腿坐。
写字的时候围着长方形的桌子坐在椅子上，每人有固定的位置。
我每天早上9点上学，下午3点半放学，一天5节课，我们有英语、数学、音乐、体育、跳舞、美术、园艺、厨艺、外语（意大利语）共9门课。
我们没有教科书，本和笔放学也不拿回家。
我的书包里只装着一个作业本和老师发的课外读物还有带的午饭。
上课时老师拿着书给我们讲，让我们发言时要求举手？但有的同学有时不举手。
如果有的同学捣乱，老师会说“你不应该这样做！如果别人对你做你会喜欢吗？”
和中国的小学比，这里的学校让我们背的和记的少，四年级才开始让我们背乘法表。
我来到这里两年了，学校只有一次考试，成绩也不是多少分，妈妈看了成绩单后说；我的数学成绩在100个孩子里，是前5名里的好学生，英语是排在中间的一般学生。
放学后很少留作业，如果留作业10分钟就会做完。
老师最关心的是我们的快乐和学习兴趣。
这里每年4个学期，放4次假。
除
了常规课程之外，我们每学期要有一门主题课，学习不同方面的知识，我已经学了简单机械、植物和人体三门主题课程。
这学期我们班的主题课是“海洋”。
老师告诉我们海水是咸的，让我们看关于海洋的录像，让我们去图书馆或者在电脑上查阅有关海洋的资料，发给我们海豚和鲨鱼等一些海洋动物的图片，带我们乘大吧去海洋馆参观，在海边的沙滩上玩耍。
这样的学习使我感到快乐。
园艺和厨艺课我也感兴趣。
学校里有让我们种植物的土地。
我们每周都会在那干一点活。
园艺课老师把我们分成了五个小组。
这五个小组都每次做不同的工作，如种花，种菜或除草。
我在地里种过胡萝卜、菠菜、西兰花、大头菜、草莓、白菜花、生菜等。
在园艺课种出的菜会被我们的厨房老师采摘走。
在厨艺课我们学做咖喱、玉米饼、面条、面包、沙拉、脆饼、炒饭、小蛋糕等一些澳大利亚人常吃的食物。
这门课老师把我们分成四个小组，每次厨艺课我们要做两道热菜，一道凉菜和一种甜点。
用自己种的菜，自己做，东西吃特别好吃。
这就是我在澳大利亚的学习生活。
