Are you carrying(背) too much on your back to school? Experts(专家) in the United States say that young students are having back and neck problems because of carrying too much in their backpacks or schoolbags.
“It hurts my back when I run,” said Jerry Rice, a student in Virginia. “It’s hard to get up the stairs with my backpack, because it’s too heavy.”
