大学开学第一天英语作文篇1:My First Day on the CampusI still remember the day when I first came to the college. Being a boy of 17, I was longing for a new life as a college student; but, at the same time, I had no idea what college life would be like. That morning when the bus carried me to the gate of the college. I was so excited that my heart was beating very fast as if it would leap out of my mouth. From now on, I would be a student of this college. After registration, we were led by an instructor to the dormitory, where, for the first time, we were going to live without parents but roommates. I was so clumsy that I did not know how to make the bed and fix the mosquito net.In the afternoon, I took a walk around the campus together with my roommates. To think of studying in such a beautiful place made me feel quite proud of myself. As we were walking along, talking and laughing, a voice came into our ears, "Oh, look at these freshmen!" It was our middle-school-students' looking that gave us away. We continued our tour of the college, inspecting every building and every garden until the sun began to set.In the evening, we sat together, talking about the past and the future. We were so excited that no one wanted to go to bed. 大学开学第一天英语作文篇2:The first day of my college school lifeThe first day of high school life, I have some thoughts and feelings. The passage of time can always give people somespecial things. In the new environment, I feel a bit excited. Be able to recognize the new students and teachers is my greatest gains. In the nextfour years, we will learn、work and progress together to make our dreams come true. I will have new friends, and share the joy and sadness with them. The process of learning is also a growing process.Similarly, I will also face many difficulties. I might have difficulties in learning and getting along with classmates , bearing some pressure in life. However, I will get stronger and get through every step of college school four years.大学开学第一天英语作文篇3:My first day in collegeMy first day in college was frustrating at first while pleasantly surprising at the end.The new campus was quite different from what I dreamed of. Actually it was as big as my high school. Besides instead of huge buildings, there were only some small ones. Although it took me some time to make my decision, I finally made up my mind not to beat a retreat. After all, you couldn’t judge a book by its cover, as an old idem told us, so did my college. And what happened next proved that I chose a wise choice. On entering the dormitory, I met 10 smiling faces that greeted me warmly, which made me pretty amazed and delighted. It was a great honor for me to be arranged to live with 10 freshmen who came from 9 different provinces. We liked each other at first sight. Sharing our experiences and talking without any embarrassment, we felt like long last friends.Visiting came in the afternoon when the college leaders and teachers came to our dormitory to give us worm welcome. Whenever we need help, someone always came to lend us a hand.I never felt myself a new comer, but a member of the big family. That life was not all roses was what I learned on my first day in college. I realized that difficulties in life couldn’t be avoided, but that if one didn’t run away but met unexpected hardship, one mastered all obstacles and at the came out victorious.。

My first week at USTB
With great expectation and curiosity, I came to the USTB Looking at the place I will stay at for 4 years, I felt as if I’ve already been involved in it.
It is the dorm that firstly surprised me. Compared with the room for eight, new room gave me more free space. The comfortable bed and the combinational shelf promised me a pleasant living surroundings. What’s the most, the public bath just located across from my room.
As for the dining hall, I couldn’t require it better. Although it’s not magnificent, its diversities of food and cheap dish price can make up. However, I hope one day it could be like the dining hall of Harford, another library, where everyone read and studied as well.
To be honest, there are many changed things, of which I felt the most different is the time schedule. There’s no one telling you what to do or when to do in college. You need to your time’s master. Balanced time schedule can not only help make you relaxed, but can also improved the quality of your life.
Those are what I felt and saw in my first week in USTB. To pave the way to my brilliant future, I’ll go straight hopefully and bravely.。
