Unit 4 What time is it?----说课稿一、说教材（一）教材分析本课选自高等教育出版社出版的《英语基础模块》（预备级）。
本课为第四单元的第一、二课时，包括Lead-in & Listening and Speaking两部分，具体内容为：各种时间表达方式，熟悉日常生活中常见的标有时间的场所，听懂并掌握询问和回答时间的方式。
（二）教学目标：1、知识目标：学生能够阅读英语时间表，用英语谈论不同时间的节目。
2、技能目标：通过学习，学生能够辨别不同的时间表达方式，能够用正确的方式表达时间。
3、能力目标：学生运用有限的英语知识进行基本的沟通和交流。
4、文化意识:学生掌握中国人与英美国家的人们在时间表达方式。
（三）教学重难点1、教学重点：①数字、地点词汇的表达②重点词句的掌握1)What time is it?2)It’s eleven fifteen.3)It’s two to nine.4)It’s a quarter past five.2、教学难点：各种时间表达方式以及询问和回答时间的方式。
二、学情分析本单元教学重点是使学生能够阅读英语时间表，能够用正确的方式表述时间，能够用英语谈论不同时间的节目，同时通过模仿、辨别，进一步熟悉音标的正确发音。
学生对英文数字反应比较迟钝，特别是听的时候对数字的输出问题比较大。
因此在教学设计中，需要复习数字的有关知识，训练学生对数字的敏锐反应，帮助学生克服时间表达的困难。
三、说教法在教学过程中，我将采用以下几种方法来教学。
1、Warming up：通过竞赛的形式让学生进行数数比赛，既可以调动学生的学习兴趣，也可以复习数字的表达方式，为后面学习时间的表达方式奠定基础。
2、演示法：通过电化演示，增强形象化，吸引学生的学习兴趣。
3、启发式教学法：通过问题来引领学生思考、讨论，解决问题，促进学生对知识理解和掌握。
4、角色扮演法：通过模拟现实的生活情景，让学生扮演剧中的人物，进入角色，在角色扮演中学习知识，理解知识，掌握知识，从而调动学生参与的积极性，从而提高学生运用知识的能力。

3.P54Skill Practice③的内容与本单元的主题联系不大，删去。另外，For BetterPerformance是针对基础较好的学生而安排的，我们的学生基础较差，所以这部分内容删去。
