我认为，金融危机它只是全世界的人们在玩一个巨大的数字游戏，到一定的时候价值与数字不负，它需要寻找新的平衡点，当然这次来的可能猛一些，这个过程是个优胜劣汰的过程，它不可能让我们几千年的丝绸文化就此消失，它只是在考验我们在这个关键的时候，能不能站的住，过的去，所以我们要更加有信心，做全世界最好的丝绸企业，行业天下还是我们的。
说到这里，大家不能又忘乎所以，高枕无忧了，怎么样才能让我们顺利的度过这个难关，我没有很高的水平，很深的资历去要求大家怎么怎么的去做，我只能告诉大家我想我应该怎么去做的，如果在座的各位认为我做的是对的，也希望大家能和我一样，如果有不对的，希望大家批评指正
当金融风暴来临的时候，要知道怎么样才能不被市场所淘汰，只有踏实的做好本职工作，努力提高产品质量，只要还有市场需求，那就有我们的一席之地！我搞蚕桑，倘若公司现在拥有万亩优质桑园基地，无疑是战胜金融风暴的一把利剑，遗憾的是我们遇到了许许多多的困难，基地的发展没跟上，但是我们还在继续，在不断的总结经验，培训一次不行，两次，技术指导不到位，八个小时不够用，我们就十个小时。

还有就是不能再看到自身岗位之外的损害公司利益的事情而视而不见。
伸出你友好的双手，帮助别人解决你可以解决的困难。
当金融风暴来临的时候，我们更应该巩固和发扬勤俭节约的精神，节约一切可以节约的资源，汽车一公里就是块多，而公交车一块可以坐几公里；复写纸能再用一次就不要提前淘汰；文稿五号字能看清，就不要用三号字浪费更多的纸张；曾经有个很俗的故事，讲的是冬天大雪纷飞片雪压断树枝，眼看着一片一片微不足道的雪花落在粗壮的枝头，它依然坚持着不断裂，可是当第N片雪花落在上头的时候，咔嚓，它就这样断了，反过来看，如果我们能够让这第N片雪花不落在枝头上，那么它就不会断裂，它依然会坚持到艳阳高照，冰雪融化的时候。
我们不要小看宛如一片雪花这么微小的东西，关键的时候就是决定胜败乃至
生死的因素。
一度电、一粒茧、一寸丝就好比那片雪花，我们不能小看它，它们都是京九丝绸宏伟蓝图伟大支撑。
当金融风暴来临的时候，我们应该加大营销力度，无意中听经营刘经理说了这样一句话：“行情好的时候，成绩不算能力；行情不好的时候，成绩才算真本事。
”当然我不懂经营，但是在这个关键的时候，经营是风暴的直接屏障，就像中国功夫，是不是到了关键时刻还有绝招，是不是十七掌眼看就要输了，还能速练降龙十八掌。
公司尝试开辟国际市场，直接参与国际贸易，我略懂英语，我很努力，时差的原因，经常深夜还在电脑前发邮件，有时候短短的邮件能想好半天，是的，感觉自己真没用，为什么关键的时候才发现自己的外语水平不够用，遗憾的是，到目前为止没有和外国朋友完成一次交易，但是我相信，有心的人们一起行动起来，把英语补习好，将来日趋强大的京九丝绸一定会国际化，员工也要国际化，我们就做那连接国际的桥梁。
当金融风暴来临的时候，我们的领导，我们的同事，一定要加强锻炼身体，保证健康的体魄，每天都以最好的状态投入到工作中去。
公司南区一楼多功能厅里的体育器材都是免费提供给所有的京九丝绸员工的，可以在每天下班之后从我这拿钥匙。
