作为公司业务员,我的任务是以公司业务员身份给客户发一封建立业务关系的建交函。

在制作单据尤其是通过英文函电进行交易磋商的过程中,我犯了很多错误,我的英文函电大多数都是中文式的翻译,这让我再一次认识到外语的重要性。
其次,就是填制单据,不小心填制的话,也会造成少许的错误。
要解决这些问题,我们必须加强外语的学习,同时加强口语的练习,这是我们搞外贸的基础,因此必须掌握好这门工具。
在填制单据时,我们必须做到“四一致,五要求”,“四一致”指的是单证一致、单单一致、单货一致、证同一致,“五要求”说起来共十个字,正确、完整、及时、简明、简洁。
