二、早上是记忆力最好的时间因为大脑经过了长时间的休息，所以我把需要记忆用脑的“背单词”都放在早上和和中午休息过后。
三、精力不是很好的下午我用来学课文，练习阅读，分析听写的文章，通过这几个活动我可以保证每天我会有至少10—20个新单词抄到我的单词本上，这样我明天就可以重复复习了。
四、听，说，读，写，背。
海陆空全面结合。
学英语切忌今天一天背单词，明天一天练听力。
效果很不好而且大脑容易疲劳。
你最是可以把听，说，读，写，背结合在一起。
反重练习。
如果你的时间只有2—4个时，你只是把做每一件事情的时间缩短。
对于你的一些建议：
1、把听和说放在上下班的空档上，如果你开车就更好了。
可以在车上练口语。
2、善用单词本，把一些零碎闲散的时间用来扫几个单词，你可以参考我的

3、一天一定要把晚上的时间空出来，两个小时以上做阅读练习和听写练习
4、如果有时间就写日记，如果没有时间可以保持一周2—3篇日记。
5、如果你不喜欢你现在的工作，不防牺牲掉，找一份时间空闲多一些的工作让你有时间去学习。
6、如果你要和朋友去聚会，去结交那些英语圈子里的人，这样在玩的时候也会提升英语。

课后每天花一些的时间来听英语，并做记录，培养听感。
说：坚持课上同学老师积极交流互动，锻炼自己的口语能力。
