前期准备
(1)、活动场地分布
操场深绿色草坪共13块,供13个班级由东向西摆放摊位,每条东边留两个摊位的地方,14和15班由北朝南摆向,14班靠东,15班靠西。

(2)、准备活动所需物品:
1、爱心星星,爱心标牌,班牌
2、塑料袋,各班各组自制海报,叫卖的工具,
3、照相机(自主)
(3)、工作人员工作安排
1、活动总负责:1人,卢黎霞
活动执行人:18人,班主任及英语教师
2、宣传人员: 9人,(各班英语教师)
3、负责二手物品的收集工作并做好详细的登记:各班各组组长及
副组长(登记后要签字)
4、活动场地的布置工作及活动结束的收尾工作:9人(英语教师)
5、活动现场维持秩序(校学生会初二学生)
6、营业人员:各班各组自定(每组可有一个摊位,一摊位最少
安排两人,一人销售,一人收钱记账,当天活动结束即将钱物汇总整理)
7、活动拍照:德育处1人,其他各班自定
(注:由于部分工作岗位尚未确定人选,且工作人员有限,所以活动中部分工作人员身兼多种工作。


活动期间
(1)、物品定价原则
物品定价由活动举办方建议、物主决定,确定底价(最低1元,最高5元),可以由买方还价;若没卖出,便将物品退还本人。

(2)、物品的分类:
1、书籍
2、学习用品
3、工艺品
4、饰品
5、电子产品
6、其他
活动后期
(1)、清理活动现场,领回没卖出的物资
(2)、清算、整理物品及资金
(3)、评选爱心大使和爱心班级
(4)、做好后期的宣传工作

七、注意事项
1、宣传力度要到位
2、登记所售的物品时要记清楚
3、活动现场要有组织有纪律的进行社团活动,各班各组要听从指挥
4、跳蚤市场活动如遇天气等不可抗因素,考虑延期至下一周举行。
