本节课是一节对话课,学习的核心句型是:Arethesecarrots?Yes,theyare.No,theyaren’t.以及Whatarethese?They’retomatoes.教材通过Mike与Sarah参观农场并与农场主任对话的情景让学生感知上述句型的语义及语用情景。
首先总结一下本节课的成功之处:
1.在教学过程中,我努力创设一种轻松、愉悦的课堂气氛,通过各种手段激发学生的学习兴趣,利用多种评价方式来充分调动学生的学习积极性。
2.通过本节课的学习,大部分学生能够掌握并运用核心句型。
不足之处:
1.很多学生把Theyare…错用为Itis…,也就是不理解it的复数形式是they;
2.我的教学设计过分地注重小组合作,注重培养学生的.小组合作精神,而培养学生个体意识的练习只有一两个。
改进措施:
1.需要通过进一步讲解和练习,帮助学生理解;
2.应设计一些既能体现个体又能发挥整体性的教学环节,使学生个体与整体联系起来,达到学以致用的目的。

本单元主要是教学关于农场里的动物及蔬菜,而本课时是本单元的第一课时,学生虽然初次接触本课的新单词,但对于这些内容学生并不陌生,所以这是个与生活紧密联系的话题。
通过与现实生活的结合让学生将所学的语言用于生活之中。
2.教学目标知识目标:能够听、说、认读本课时的4个单词;能够听懂指示语,并做出相应的动作。
能力目标:能够听懂句型What are these?作出简单的回答They are…。
情感目标:激发学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生积极参与语言交际活动;知道多吃蔬菜有益健康。

可以用英语进行简单的交流,他们活泼好动,记忆力好、模仿力强、求知欲强、表现欲强,多数学生能够积极主动发言,对英语保持着较浓厚的学习兴趣。
但这个阶段的儿童注意力不稳定、不持久,难于长时间地注意同一件事物,容易为一些新奇刺激的事物所吸引。
所以在教学设计的时候,要充分考虑学生的年龄特点,围绕教学目标,创设情境,设计生动活泼、形式多样的教学活动,调动学生的积极性,活跃课堂、真正做到寓教于乐。
使学生始终都对英语学习保持兴趣。

我从一句英语谚语An apple a day keeps the doctor away.开始新授课,自然进入蔬菜的学习。
符合本年级学生的学情,整节课的教学思路清晰,重难点突出。
通过本节课的学习,大多数学生能够准确的掌握主句型What are these? They are carrots.are these …?Yes ,they are./no, they aren’t.并可以运用相关句型进行自由的交流,谈论农场里的蔬菜,真正做到了学以致用。
在整个教学过程中,始终对学生进行了情感的渗透,eat more fruits and vegetables, they are good for our health.告诉学生要多吃水果蔬菜,并且告诉他们的朋友也要多吃水果和蔬菜健康意识,也配合了全国在小学生中开展的“三减”(减糖,减盐,减油)活动。
