How times fly! By the time 20th-Oct-2015 I joined Zhongla, according to the regulation of our company these will be 3 months for the probation period. And till now more than 2 months passed, I am ready to become a regular worker. Therefore, I make a self-review to summarize my strengths, focus and weakness, to see if you can accept me by the performance of this period.
I was on schedule in working days, and I could finish scheduled work that you arranged me. Besides, I am very confident for I have a belief in my own ability to do things successfully and quickly. In addition, I am very hard working. And of course, for something new for me I need spend some time for learning. Duo to my outgoing personality, I could always get along well with my colleagues, not only our commercial team, but also other teams in Zhongla.
However, due to my special position: Purchasing/Quotation. This is from the contract, but I recognize it as foreign sales. I’m still on the process of developing foreign market. To be honesty, I can say that this is really difficult at this moment, especially at the initial stage, especially that this is new field for our company.
