第四，A319,A320和A321的应急门的结构差别巨大。
一般人只了解前两种机型的小型逃生门的使用，对于A321的应急门使用，不熟悉，导致部门曾放过A321的应急门的滑梯。
现在新同事比较多，以前部门的门安全培训新同事并没有参加。
因此籍此机会共同研究一下关于A320系列飞机的应急滑梯原理和注意事项。
本资料只用于学习交流，不应该作为实际工作的依据。

�滑梯由上下两个充气腔体组成并且链接在一起，分别有独立的充气组件，但两个腔体的气体都来自同一个气瓶。
�滑梯和气瓶通过包装组件连接在登记门里面的下部，外面用快卸保护盖盖住。
�翼上逃生滑梯气瓶位于后货舱前部左右壁板里，每个气瓶都有充气调节阀组件，这个调节阀用于控制充气气流，并在维护的时候可以被抑制。
�当登机门预位手柄在预位状态下将登机门打开，相应的滑梯就会自动释放，如果不会自动释放，可以人工使其释放。
�翼上逃生门滑梯安装在大翼上面，藏在储存舱里，如果应急门在预位状态下打开，翼上逃生滑梯会自动释放。
滑梯放出后向后伸展充气。
�当应急门在预位情况下打开时，警告灯会亮，驾驶舱会有音频警告。
�对于A320飞机，一侧有两个翼上逃生门，只要同一侧的任何一个应急门在预位状态下打开，该侧的翼上逃生滑梯都会释放。
�对于A319飞机，一侧有一个翼上逃生门，一侧的应急门在预位状态下打开，该侧的翼上逃生滑梯都会释放。
�滑梯的释放机构是全机械连接，通过钢索链接释放连杆和气瓶阀门。
�登机门的滑梯解除预位是通过将预位手柄放在DISARMED位来实现的，�翼上逃生滑梯的解除预位是通过人工将预位销逆时针方向旋转使其弹出脱离释放机构来实现的�翼上逃生滑梯正常情况下一直处于预位状态，新同事务必要知道。
只要一开门滑梯就放了！B.A321�A321飞机的登机门及其滑梯和A320A319的登机门和滑梯一样，其工作原理也基本一样。
�这里着重介绍客舱应急门滑梯，因为上次放滑梯就是这种应急门滑梯。
�飞机共有8个门，其中位于中间部位的的四个均为客舱应急门，正常情况下不使用。
�门的尺寸和结构和登机门有区别，这种门的尺寸较小�门框上装有滑梯释放机构和人工释放机构！！！这种特殊的结构是很多人不知道的。
在门正常打开的情况下，只要触发到这种机构，就会使滑梯释放。
�滑梯一旦放出，其伸展的方向和A320A319有区别，这种滑梯是安装在机身上储存舱内，一旦放出是往外伸展的。
�因此与登机门不一样，这种门上没有滑梯，同时门助推机构也与登机门不一样。
�滑梯气瓶安装在应急门的上面，在中厨房的上面，而不是在货舱上。
�滑梯的预位操作和A320A319飞机是一样的。
但是检查方式不一样，这种门不能观察到地铆和挂杆的挂接情况。
第二章：释放机构原理A.A319A320A321登机门和滑梯的原理�登机门具有两种功能，第一，正常的开关锁紧功能，第二，在紧急情况下有紧急逃生功能。
�门能够通过开关门手柄从外面和里面锁紧和打开。
�滑梯的释放是通过操作里面的“emergency control handle”应急手柄来实现的。
�如果在预位的情况下从外面开门，那么滑梯就会自动解除预位。
�门的锁紧是通过上部的锁钩钩住结构门框来实现的�内外的开关门手柄通过齿轮组件来连接并且实现互相抑制。
�齿轮组件和锁轴和减速轴连接，当从里面的手柄开门的时候抑制外面的手柄。
当关好门后，里面的手柄会自动地将外部的手柄恢复手柄槽里。
�登机门的滑梯在门的底部，滑梯自带快速释放机构。
也就是挂杆当预位手柄放在ARMED位置时，挂杆挂入地铆。
当手柄放在DISARMED位置时，挂杆从地铆脱离。
�地铆(如图)是最可靠的检查滑梯是否预位的最有效的方式.�预位手柄通过凸轮与外面的开关门手柄相连，当在预位状态下从外面开门，滑梯自动解除预位，挂钩销用于防止当门打开的时候预位，�门助推充气机构撞针链接在曲柄上，是释放机构的部件之一�门的状态指示有机械指示和电子指示，其中有门开关的目视指示，还有挂杆的挂接指示。
电子式指示是通过临近电门来获得的，这些点们分布在预位手柄，门开关轴，还有门框的上挂钩。
�滑梯预位灯警告人员不要乱开门，客舱压力警告灯亮起时客舱内外压差大于2.5bar，不能开门。
�登机门滑梯的工作模式有两种，第一种是正常模式，在正常模式下，滑梯手柄是在预位状态的。
第二种是维护模式，在此模式下，滑梯解除预位�登机门的滑梯组件安装在门的底部,它由以下几个部件组成:里面有双腔体滑梯,充气系统,包装组件,保护盖.�滑梯包上面有销子,在维护的时候用于抑制气瓶工作.�当滑梯在预位状态下打开的时候,开门的动作使挂杆拉动滑梯的包装板(如右图),这时滑梯就会掉下来,同时系留绳会拉动气瓶的活门,滑梯会充气打开.�包装板上有快卸螺杆,如果放出的时候滑梯包不往下掉,可以人工拉动螺杆上面的拉绳使其掉下.�如果掉下来的滑梯没有释放,可以人工拉动气瓶的的人工释放拉绳.B.A319&A320翼上逃生门和滑梯原理�每一个应急出口都有两个工作模式，第一种是正常模式，在此种模式下滑梯释放机构出于预位状态，这时打开应急门会放滑梯。
第二种是维护模式，滑梯释放机构出于解除预位以防止滑梯释放。
�释放机构是通过钢索来传动的,钢索的绕线是从应急门门框,经过机身一直连接到后货舱两则(如图).�图中列出了A320的应急门构型,两个应急门的作动是等效的,在预位状态下,只要任意一则的任何一个应急门的释放机构被触发,对应一侧的翼上滑梯就会放出.�锁定装置有临近电门感应锁定状态并且传送到ECAM。
�翼上逃生滑梯的预位主要是通过门框右上角的预位销进行的，这个预位销是弹簧负载的，除预位的时候，将销子向顺时针方向旋转90度，这时预位销子卡在释放扳机上，相反如果将销子逆时针方向旋转90度，预位销脱离扳机，滑梯解除预位。
�翼上逃生滑梯可以从外面打开，如果滑梯处于预位，从机外打开同样会导致滑梯释放。
�释放机构里的扳机有插销孔,用于抑制其误作动.�当从里面打开应急门时，先要拆下手柄保护盖，当保护盖打开后，滑梯预为状态灯就会亮，告知人员滑梯预位情况。
当保护盖被打开后，有以下信息：驾驶舱的注意灯亮，门页面会跳出，对应的门标志指示会变琥珀色，同时客舱的滑梯预位指示灯亮。
�从里面开门顺序：1.打开手柄保护盖，2.将预位销往逆时针方向旋转，锁销弹出，解锁。
3.拉下手柄,扶住应急门,此时门上部与机身门框的钩接点松开,门会往下掉,先让上部的挂钩松开,再将门提起使下部的挂钩脱离从而完全脱离机身结构.�从外面开门顺序:1.向下压机身外面的整流面板,抓住开关拉杆,这个操作将拉杆拉下并且释放锁钩,这时如果滑梯处于预位状态,会释放滑梯.2.由于机身是圆的,如果从外面打开应急门,门会往里面掉.�从里面安装门顺序:1.确保滑梯的预位锁销处于解除预位状态.(如果你安装了扳机的抑制销,记得将它移除)2.安装的时候先将扶住门将下部的接点对准.要注意不要压住封严.3.将门扶起按入上部的挂钩使挂钩顶住止动快.4.检查是否有封严条被压住.5.将手柄往上提,直到止动为止.这个动作将锁轴与门框上面的挂钩结合.6.然后克服弹簧力,将销按入并且向顺时针方向旋转90度将滑梯预位.�滑梯包安装在大翼机身上面的储存舱内,盖板采用快卸链接.�翼上逃生滑梯气瓶安装在后货舱前部两边的151CW 和152CW 盖板里面�逃生门门框的右上角有个,如果紧急时候手柄是其放出.大家维护的时候一定要注意.C.A321应急门滑梯滑梯原理�A321的客舱应急门相比尺寸小,但是工作方式和功能和登机门一样.�有两种模式,解除预位和预位模式,解除预位模式用于维护和地面使用.预位模式在空中使用�如果在预位的状态下但是门没有锁好,门的助推气瓶会在10s内将门打开.同时滑梯释放机构触发气瓶释放,滑梯释放.�如果门在解除预位的状态下从外面开门,门会解除滑梯预位.�三个临近电门,一个用于监控预位手柄,一个用于监控门手柄开关状态,一个装在门框上,监控门的开关状态.�门傍边有个slide armed滑梯预位指示灯用于提醒门的状态.�与319A320飞机一样,A321飞机应急门也有助推装置,正常情况下,助推气瓶起一个阻尼作用,这种阻尼作用是通过助推机构的液压阻发气瓶,使门快速打开.�门的开关手柄结构和A320本一样.开门操作和A319样.�个红色的扳机(右图).�预位的时候,预位手柄驱动释放轴旋转,将释放杆卡进去红色的那个扳机里.�在门框上部有一条应急人工释放第三章：维护注意事项A.A319A320A321登机门维护注意事项�开登机门AMM52-10-00-010-001�警告(安全检查程序):1.首先检查观察窗的红色预压指示灯是否亮起,如果亮起不能打开登机门,同时不要靠近.2.如果你在门附近工作,确保预位手柄放在解除预位位置并且插上抑制销.同时还要将门助推气瓶抑制.3.从里面开关的时候,不要使用门的开关手柄来推拉门.这样会损害里面的锁机构.�从外面开门:1在执行安全检查措施后,,将门手柄的档板按下拉起手柄,这时滑梯解除预位.将手柄提到止动为止.这时门往外移动.2.将门往前推知道门阵风锁定为止.�从里面开门:1.执行完安全检查程序后,必须确保预位手柄在DISARMED为止,并且止动销已经插入.(最可靠的方法是检查地下面的挂杆是否离开地铆)2.提起开门手柄往上.门会升起,检查指示片确保在unlocked位.3.扶住辅助手柄将门往前推知道阵风锁定.4.如果该门前没有梯子,一定要将安全带拉出,防止人员不慎坠落.�关门程序:AMM52-10-00-410-001�从外面关门:1.首先移除安全带,检查区域有没有FOD.2.按压阵风索按钮解除阵风锁.3向后平移将手柄往下拉恢复到手柄槽里面.4.检查门和机身是流线型的.手柄档板复位.�从里面关门:1/首先移除安全带,检查FOD,2.按压阵风锁,扶住辅助手柄将门往后平移,将门往里面拉住.3.将关门手柄往下按,检查门状态指示为locked.�在登机门上面工作时要注意的事项:1.门是解除预位的并且销子插在预位手柄上面2.插销子将门的助推气瓶抑制(剪断定位螺杆的保险丝,将撞针螺杆往右平移,上紧定位螺杆这时插销抑制撞针,完成了整个抑制的程序)�在完成工作时记得要将上述两个部件解除预位.B.A319A320翼上逃生门的维护注意事项�开关步骤和注意事项在前面的原理介绍里面已经说过了,在这里就不说了.�这里详细讲述如何在维护的时候如何防止放滑梯.�在翼上滑梯工作是要注意的事项:�安装气瓶抑制锁销�在安装销子的时候,要确保锁销完全插入调节阀门上面的孔.这样才能防止气瓶的突然释放和人员的受伤.�如果销子不能插入,这可能是温度补偿导致钢索有虚位.千万不要动粗,这时需要调整孔的位置.�调整方法如下:1.用3/16的内六角匙插进中心部位的调节孔处,然后顺时针转动,同时留意图中所标的6指示销,转动到图中7所示的黑色三角形.这时校装孔对对齐.C.A321应急门的维护注意事项�应急门的开关注意事项和A319和A320一样.这里主要讲解一些和他们不相同之处.这个不同之�不同之处主要是触发滑梯释放的扳机的抑制.右图A就是释放的扳机.里面有个校装孔,插上销子以防止意外释放滑梯.�气瓶的抑制和A320和A319是一样的,只不过气瓶的位置不一样而已.完。
