管理英语1课程一体化教学方案一、课程地位、性质“管理英语1”是为国家开放大学管理类专业(专科)开设的公共英语课程;计3学分,54学时,开设1学期,建议第一学期开设。

“管理英语3”课程教学大纲为指导全国开放大学管理类专业(本科)开设的“管理英语3”课程建设与教学工作,根据开放大学利用现代信息技术手段进行教学的特点和成人学生群体学习的实际需求,特制订本大纲。

大纲的各项规定可作为教材编写、教学安排、教学质量检查与评估、教学资源建设、教学支持服务的依据。

第一部分大纲说明一、课程性质和任务1.课程性质“管理英语3”是为国家开放大学管理类专业(专科起点本科)开设的公共英语课程;计3学分,54学时,开设一学期,建议第一学期开设。

本课程将英语学习与行政管理、公共事业管理、教育管理、工商管理、农村行政管理等专业的职场活动相结合,以真实的语言素材为载体创设职场情景,在进行英语语言基础知识和基本技能训练的同时,培养学生在职场情景下使用英语进行交流的能力。

4. 课程衔接“管理英语3”的前导课程有“管理英语1”,“管理英语2”,后续课程有“管理英语4”。

二、课程教学基本要求“管理英语3”课程在加强学生的英语语言基础知识和基本技能训练的同时,使学生接触并了解与职业相关的基本知识,培养学生在管理活动中使用英语进行交际的实际能力。

本课程不同维度的基本要求如下:1.语言基础知识●在词汇认知方面,应能认知3,200个左右的词汇(含前期认知的2,600个左右)及其常见短语或固定搭配,以及一定量的职场相关词汇和短语;●在词汇掌握方面,应能熟练使用其中的2,000个左右词汇(含前期掌握的1,600个左右)及其常见短语或固定搭配,以及一定量的职场相关词汇和短语;●在语法知识方面,应能基本掌握基础语法知识(见附录1);●在功能意念方面,应能熟悉常见功能意念(见附录2)及其惯用表达方法等。

《公共管理专业英语》课程教学大纲一、《公共管理专业英语》课程说明(一)课程代码:03130013(二)课程英文名称:English of Public Management & Administration(三)开课对象:公共事业管理本科专业(四)课程性质:本课程是针对公共管理与公共行政专业高年级学生所开设的专业基础课程。

其目的是通过对公共管理与公共行政原版经典教材的阅读、分析、比较和研究,一方面提高学生阅读原汁原味英文专业书籍的能力、培养英语思考的思维方式;另一方面,使学生加深对公共管理与公共行政基本概念、术语、原理和典范的深层次的理解,从而掌握国外公共管理与公共行政的发展脉络,把握最新的国际信息和理论动态。

You examine the importance of governance and corporate social responsibility and the pivotal roles they play in developing, formulating and implementing strategy. The strategy-development section takes you through the process of environmental scanning and industry analysis and the development of corporate mission, vision and values, while strategy formulation looks at types of strategies, the evaluation of strategic alternatives and the measurement of their performance. Finally, the strategy-implementation section explores company characteristics and other factors that can positively or adversely affect the implementation of a strategy, including the management of change.As you progress through this module, you can expect to develop and strengthen both technical and enabling competencies. Your focus will be on the technical competencies found in the strategy and governance section of the competency map, and you will develop these competencies at B and C levels in preparation for your entry into the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP). 《管理英语》教学大纲
一、课程性质和任务
本课程为非英语专业选修课程。

进入本阶段学习的学生应已掌握基本的英语语音和语法知识,认知单词3000个,在听、说、读、写、译等方面具有一定的基础。

本课程的任务是通过32学时的教学,使学生在涉及管理基础知识的英语交际能力方面有一定的提高,在管理英语基础词汇、日常会话及应用文写作方面打下较扎实的基础,为进一步学习本专业英语作好准备。

二、课程基本要求
本课程必须在整个教学过程中加强语言基础知识和技能的训练,着重培养学生的语言运用能力。

通过本课程的学习,学生应达到下列要求:
1、语音
能够熟练拼读单词,语音正确。

2、词汇
认知4200个单词(包括进入本阶段学习前已有的3000词)以及由这些词组成的常用词组,对其中2500个左右的单词能正确拼写、英汉互译,并能掌握580个常用词组的用法,同时掌握300个管理专业词汇。

3、语法
熟练掌握语法规则,阅读和翻译中基本无语法问题。

4、阅读能力
熟练掌握阅读技能,能阅读难度较大的一般题材文章和初级难度的管理题材文章,理解基本正确。

在阅读生词不超过总数的3%的材料时,阅读速度达到每分钟60个单词。

5、英译汉能力
熟练掌握英译汉的基本方法,能借助词典把难度较大的一般题材文章和初级难度的管理题材文章翻译成汉语,理解基本正确,译文达意。

在翻译生词不超过总词数5%的材料时,笔译速度每小时300个英语单词。

6、听、说、写的能力
能听写没有生词、结构较复杂的句子,能听懂一般性的会话和短文,语速为每分钟110个单词;能进行一般性的日常会话;能进行一般性的应用文写作,要求词、句基本达意,无大的语法错误。

五、教学方法
充分发挥多媒体和网络的教学优势,运用以学生为中心的情景式交际法和案例教学法,结合小组讨论和课外调研等形式进行教学;充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,贯彻因材施教、精讲多练、讲练结合的原则;突出管理英语的语言特点及难点和重点,强调培养英语实用能力及自主学习、协作学习的能力。

六、考核方式
公共外语选修(《管理英语》)考核含形成性考核和终结性考核。

形成性考核重点考察学生平时作业、课堂表现、课外调研、阶段测试、自主学习和协作学习等反映学生学习过程的各方面,占总成绩的40%。

终结性考核即期末考试,占总成绩的60%,考核形式为笔试。
