实际上,教育投资已然成为中国家庭一项最主要的支出。
根据调查,中国人的教育开支目前已占到所有消费开支的15%左右,仅次于食品消费。
也有经济学家指出,中国95%以上的行业和产品已基本满足了供求平衡或供大于求,唯独教育远远未满足需求,仍是卖方市场,英语教育尤其如此。
有关调查显示,近些年来,中国的培训市场发展迅速,作为其中重头的“英语培训”更是得到了快速发展,各培训机构如雨后春笋般纷纷出现。
当前国内英语培训市场的市场总值已接近200亿元,全国的英语培训机构总数量不下5万家,虽然已出现局部竞争过热现象,但英语培训市场在未来一段时间内仍将保持高速增长。
外语培训市场“钱景”诱人,外语培训行业这块肥沃的市场也成了众多品牌教育机构的必争之地。
目前,随着培训市场消费者的逐渐理性,培训行业也全面进入了“竞争时代”,比较著名的外语培训机构有新东方、新动力、亚美欧、环球雅思、新航道、博顿、昂立、巨人、李阳疯狂英语、世纪博文。
(二)少儿英语培训行业现状一项关于城市家庭的随机抽样调查显示,几乎每个家庭都希望自己的孩子从小就开始进行英语方面的培训。
从家长的认识和市场的认识,大家都觉得没有英语对孩子来说没有一个好的未来;从家长来说,需求也是非常旺盛的,希望孩子有好的英语,好的未来。
这说明少儿英语培训的市场前景相当广阔。
但是,纵观国内的各培训机构,不论是新东方、环球雅思,还是李阳疯狂英语,大家都是着眼于为应对各种有考级考证压力的学生,而很少有甚至于几乎没有真正专业化为少儿进行英语培训的教育机构,这就造成了目前少儿英语培训行业鱼龙混杂,没有一个真正的品牌机构为顾客提供选择,让各位家长无所适从。
而且儿童学习英语有其特殊性--完全从兴趣出发,依赖于语言环境;并且需要经常使用,与生活密切联系,才能得到巩固。
因此,从这个现状出发,我们充分考虑到家长们的需求,进行了英语培训市场的细分,希望可以创办一个少儿英语培训中心,以专业化专一培训少儿英语来创出自己的品牌。
(三) 潢涌英语培训市场现状1、缺少专业的英语培训机构。
在潢涌,没有一家培训机构是专门致力于提高学员英语口语水平的,都是着眼于辅导学员的英语成绩,因此缺少可供口语训练的环境氛围。
2、许多想让小孩从小接触英语的家长没有可供选择的英语培训中心,他们只能考虑东莞的外语培训机构,但由于路程远、交通不便利,导致许多家长力不从心,不得不放弃这一美好的想法,因此成立一家本土的、专业化的外语培训中心,无论是对家长还是潢涌村整体的教育事业都有一定的好处。
3、潢涌村作为全东莞最富裕村之一,经济发展迅猛,村民的生活水平逐年提高,因此对教育的要求越来越高,传统的英语教学模式已不能适应社会发展的要求了,学校的英语课堂学生人数多,学生基本上没有机会练习口语,因此“哑巴英语”现象屡见不鲜,许多学生学了十几年的英语,到大学毕业出来找工作还是不会用英语介绍自己或与人交流对话,这可谓是一大悲剧,因此成立本土的英语培训中心,为本地学生提供一个学习交流英语的地方,为他们提供专业的培训教师以及训练口语的环境氛围可谓是刻不容缓啊,从小培养小朋友的听说读写的能力,让他们赢在起跑线上,形成一个学习的良性循环,为潢涌教育事业更进一个台阶作贡献。
(三)与品牌培训机构的比较分析优势:虽然国内已经出现了清华少儿英语、新东方泡泡少儿英语、瑞思学科英语、迪斯尼少儿英语等知名少儿英语培训机构,但就新东方来讲,泡泡英语的知名度还是远不及新东方的四六级和GRE培训。
在其先前阶段成果的光芒下,大家也许会忽视其涉及的新的少儿英语培训的领域。
所以,开设一个专业进行少儿英语培训的机构有利于我们迅速打入市场。
专业化就是我们最大的优势。
另外,通过学校的人脉关系,我们可以在短时间内网罗到一批高素质人才,进行短时间有针对性的培训之后就可以进行授课,所以,在收取学费方面我们拥有价格上的,当然主要是成本上的优势。
另一方面,品牌培训机构由于多为大班授课,课堂内学生人数太多,缺少师生的互动,没有学生自己练习的机会。
而我们可以在一定程度上避免这种情况的发生,尽可能的照顾到每一个学生,让每一个孩子都有与老师面对面交流的机会,因人制宜。
我们的口号是不仅教英语,还要是用英语培养孩子学习的方式。
这是那些品牌培训机构短时间内不能实现的。
劣势:品牌培训机构由于进入市场较早,存在时间较长,有一定的顾客基础,再加上拥有一定的口碑,所以顾客满意度和顾客忠实度在一定程度上是我们暂时无法比拟的。
同时,由于品牌号召力,这些培训机构拥有一批全国知名的讲师,这种师资优势我们在目前阶段也是无法超越的。
另外,品牌培训机构的培训理念也是我们需要一定时间去摸索的。
(四)顾客市场目标分析针对幼儿园小朋友:教学中融入游戏、儿歌、故事、舞蹈等快乐元素,轻松活泼的教学将会在很大程度上激发小朋友的学习兴趣,使小朋友对英语流连忘返。
可根据小朋友的英文基础选择适合的辅导教材,常用的教材包括:剑桥、朗文、新概念、学乐、巧虎等等。
通常会以一本教材为主线,整合其他教材的适合的内容进行辅导,进度更灵活,效果更好。
针对小学生:以提高口语会话能力为主,同时教授好的听说技巧,强化发音,帮助小学生营造完美的英语环境,在交流中学习和进步,在同龄人中英语口语出类拔萃。
(五)竞争品牌定价策略的比较分析在培训中心刚刚进入市场的初期,为维持机构的生存,主要采用成本导向定价法,采取渗透定价的策略,并考虑品牌竞争对手的定价以及后期发展所需的成本,把价格定得相对比品牌机构低一些,以争取吸引大量顾客,提高市场占有率。
竞争品牌,主要是知名培训机构,他们采取的定价策略往往是声望定价,利用自己积累的品牌知名度转化成价格。
所以,我们也不能将价格定到很低,以免使顾客产生低价低质量、低价低服务、低价低档次的印象。
其次,我们还将采取折扣定价的策略,以鼓励老顾客继续在本培训中心学习或给予介绍新顾客多的客户一定的折扣,以达到打开市场,吸引更多消费者的目的。
二、培训中心介绍(一)师资准备大学生由于受到各方面,譬如四六级、考研英语等的压力,所以英语水平在一定程度上还是比较高的。
在校学习期间,我还接触到许多个高级英语的讲师,所以可以聘请到人员进行英语方面的培训还是可以办到的。
当然,在投入教学之前,我们会请专家人员进行少儿教育方面的培训,例如教育心理学、儿童心理学方面的知识,以使我们的师资达到少儿教育要求的标准。
(二)宣传手段第一阶段:1.印发传单,主要宣传我们培训中心的优势和高质低价,并介绍一下我们的授课讲师。
发放传单的区域主要是在校门口、附近的家属区以及周边的小学以及幼儿园。
2.还可以采取发放问卷的形式进行宣传。
3.参观试学,然后再去决定是否报名学习。
第二阶段:1.让现有顾客与亲戚朋友交流宣传2.广告的投入。
在茂名主要的报纸媒体和电视广播频道投放广告,增加品牌知名度。
3.多与周边的幼儿园和小学的负责人联系,多了解有用信息,并向他们宣传我们的培训中心。
(三)培训特色专一性专业化针对少儿英语,即学前班和小学生的英语进行培训。
进行授课的讲师将会是英语成绩很好、英语能力也很强的大学毕业生或在校生或大学的英语教授。
我们着眼于发展孩子们的英语能力,包括听、说、读、写各个方面,但最注重的是培养他们的英语学习能力和与人交流的能力。
对幼儿阶段的孩子更多用的是歌曲童谣,注重孩子特别能够接受的方式激起他们的兴趣。
对于小学阶段的孩子他们可能除了重视兴趣以外也需要一部分的意识在这里,除了对孩子的兴趣培养以外,还会加上一些认读方面包括语法方面和应用技能方面的培养。
硬件设施方面,与青少年和成年人教育不同,少儿培训的教室的设计应该富有童趣,所以学习的消耗品(文具、玩具等)都是针对儿童的特点,会专门购置,就是为了给孩子提供一个好的学习环境,并让他们在游戏中学到知识,培养兴趣,提高自己的英语水平。
在培训中心走上正轨之后,我们还会为入学的孩子提供英语能力测试考试,根据他们已有的英语水平进行更细致的分级,以达到让每一个孩子都能得到最适合的训练。
(四)“教”后服务我们首先详细了解客户的当前情况和目标诉求,然后再根据客户的特点制定相应的培训辅导或解决方案,一成不变的服务或产品在日益激烈的竞争市场环境下显然是很难赢得客户青睐的。
对于参加了培训的学生,我们会在结课后免费提供英语水平测试,让家长可以更直观的看到我们的努力成果;还会进行电话辅导,和家长、孩子沟通孩子的学习情况。

因此,各培训机构必须具有自己的品牌、特色和竞争优势才能在市场上立足,获得发展。
因此,我们以年龄为因素做了市场细分,确定了目标市场——少儿英语领域。
趋势之二:英语学习的群体不断扩大,英语培训市场尚有较大的发展潜力。
趋势之三:培训质量成为英语学习者关注的焦点。
英语培训提供的是一种服务,而且是长期的、要对结果负责的服务,高质量的英语培训机构将获得消费者的青睐。
趋势之四:英语学习热点由应试培训转向能力的培养,英语交际能力日益受到市场和消费者的青睐!(二)经费预算按照一个班级30名学员的标准去进行计算。
需要配备一名专业教师和一间宽敞的教室。
一般这些专业教师可以从大学里聘请到,普通讲师的费用是100元/小时,教授的费用一般为200元/小时,每一次培训授课时间为两小时,一个培训周期按照15次课程计算,那样教师工资为3000—6000元。
可以租用一个教室,一般一次为100元左右,那么场地租用费为15×100=1500元。
从业人员工资固定为1200元/月,一个培训周期为三个月,则从业人员工资成本为3600元,管理人员工资为2000元/月,则工资成本为6000元。
另外,其他费用估算为:广告费用为2000元,管理费用为1000元,其他费用为2000元。
则一个培训周期的成本约为17100—20100元。
两个班级约4万元。
收入估算:少儿班(幼儿园)1000×30=30000,少年班(小学)1 500×30=45000,则一个培训周期的收入约7万元。
