教学准备:PPT,录音机,教材,学生手册教学过程:Step 1: Warming up1.展示PPT,询问学生对体育运动的看法,引导学生讨论体育运动如何对身心健康有好处。
2.老师可使用一些图片给出体育运动对身心健康的好处,引导学生进一步探讨其好处。
Step 2: Listening1. 现在播放录音,让学生先听一遍,理解大意,并在听完之后回答一些概括性的问题,比如:这个录音的主题是什么?它是关于什么的?2. 再次播放录音,让学生听完之后,回答一些关注细节的问题,在解释时也要注意翻译某些生词。
比如:什么是心率?什么是肯尼亚人?等等。
3. 最后再次播放录音,让学生把所听到的内容和自己的想法联系起来,并提出更深入、更全面的问题。
让学生在听完之后,自己提出一些关于这个录音的问题,并口头回答问题。
这一步可以培养学生的批判性思维。
Step 3: Speaking1. 分成小组,进行口语练习。
让学生探讨体育运动如何对身心健康有好处,并以小组展示出来,引导学生通过合作思考和群体互动来提高口语水平。
2. 让学生在小组内共同创建一个小食谱,让学生思考要选择些什么食物,以保持身体良好的状态。
让学生思考一些各种蛋白质、脂肪、维生素和矿物质,以及适量的碳水化合物和膳食纤维,这些物质有助于保持体健康。

结合外研版英语(基础模块)第一册第三单元“I like playing badminton”的第一课时“Warming Up”进行初步探讨,以求更有效地运用教学设计促进老师备课能力的提升。

“I like playing badminton”是本书的第三单元,在继一二单元谈论学校生活和家人朋友之后,围绕健康的生活方式——运动这一话题展开进行活动,贴近学生的学习和生活实际。
本单元共分6个课时完成。
本节课为第一课时Warming Up,以体育运动项目为切入点,为后面的内容学习打下基础,起到承上启下的作用。
二、学情分析本课教学对象是我校海尔电子专业高中三年制一年级的学生。
本课在第一学期进行。
该班共有43名男生。
他们活力十足,好胜心强,喜好体育,对体育运动比较熟悉。
在初中已学过与其相关的词和词组,如basketball、play football等表达方式,为本节课的学习作了铺垫。
但是绝大部分学生英语基础较差,听说能力偏低,缺乏交流意识,部分学生甚至对英语产生了厌倦感。
如何利用他们对体育话题的熟悉和兴趣,扬长避短,激发学英语的热情,是我在教学中应把握的问题。
三、教学目标根据上述教材内容分析和学生的实际情况,从以下三个方面制订如下教学目标:1.知识目标:(1)掌握tennis,swim,hike,play badminton,go hiking,go jogging,ridea bike等。
