1 结构本产品的结构设计合理美观,工艺性好,维护方便。
表内功能板、和标牌全部经过合理的设计,采用了卡式安装,可靠方便;功能板是密封安装在有阻燃功能和较高的机械强度的外壳内,保证仪表在GB/T 17215—2002标准规定的防尘和防水条件下,能够正常工作.本产品的输入、输出、接线端子及接线图见图2:图2注:S+、S-为测试脉冲输出端,测试脉冲信号采用光耦隔离。

正泰售电机管理系统软件(RW666型IC读卡器)一、安装好售电系统后(不要安装在C盘),装好读卡器的电源线、数据线连接上后,系统提示发现新硬件,安装好驱动后。
将电表包装盒内的“购电卡”插入读卡器(箭头指示的方向朝上,推进出用力压到位,直到不能弹出后松手)。
拔卡方法:再压-松手弹出。

三、进入软件:系统默认管理员123,密码123,进入.四、修改电价:用户管理→电价维护→删除不需要的电价类型→双击需要修改的电价单价值→改成小区售电电价→保存五、修改密码(此步骤由用户决定是否修改)用户管理→修改密码→原密码123→输入两遍新密码→确定六、建档用户管理→档案管理→增加→用户编号、电表编号任意编制数字(用户号可以与电表号相同但不能与档案中已存在的其他用户相同,即一户一号),输入用户名称(如张三,可不写)、输入用户地址(如1号楼1单元101),证件代码、用户电话可输可不输,电表类型选择单相电能表(如果是三相表就选择三相表,当选择三相表后弹出CT值,一般为1,加互感器的除外,后面有说明。

这里需要注意一点:做好的初始化卡第一次插入哪块电表后,以后该表只认这张卡,而这张卡也只能给这块表充电,所以第一次卡一定插对。
七、初始化后的售电(第二次及以后售电)初始化卡插入用户电表后将自动变为售电卡,只有在变成售电卡后才进行以下操作:插入售电卡→选择“IC卡操作”→售电卡→读卡→写卡→选择电价类型→选中“度数或金额”→输入售电度数或金额→点击“确认写卡”之后会自动弹出“打印发票”的对话框,如果不需要打印就可以退出了。

NZ7系列双电源说明书1、适用范围NZ7系列自动转换开关电器适用于交流工频50Hz,额定工作电压AC400V,额定工作电流至630A的三相四线双路供电电网中,自动将一个或几个负载电路从一个电源接至另一个电源,以保证负载电路的正常供电。

无功补偿问题与分析
• 我们镇上的电压不稳定,主要是电压过低,有人建议我们安 装一个无功补偿装置,说可以提高电压。请问:该方案是否 可行? 1、这要具体分析一下:如果你们镇的电压低是由于你们镇 内有乡镇企业或是较大型的农用用电设备(如水泵等)而造 成的,这时使用无功补偿装置可以将电压提高一些。 2、如果你们镇上没有以上的用电设备而是由于距离变电站 太远而造成电压过低,这时就应该使用馈线自动调压器,可 以大幅度提高电压。当然,如果你们镇上既有乡镇企业,又 离变电站很远,可以使用柱上变电站分段补偿。 3、如果是农村,在末端线路采用柱上式就地补偿一定的电 容器提高电压,效果也很明显。

12、对于极少数用户反映控制器下班后不切除电容 器或仍投切电容器? • 一般,客户的负载特性为:仅有一两台大功率电 动机(50KW以上),下班一次性切除负载,造 成电网呈容性状态,控制器出现误判断; • 解决办法:用户尽量不要一次性切除负载,否则 请更换不具有采样电流无极性判断的控制器,或 者四象限采样型控制器(例如ABB公司的RVC; 乐清爱科电子ANR/ARC) (正泰三种产品:均为二象限采样,180°~360° 反相计算。)

IC卡预付费售电管理软件说明书(单机版V1.2)1功能概述IC卡预付费售电管理软件主要用于管理IC卡预付费电能表用户,对IC卡进行日常操作,并能完成对各种数据的处理、统计和单据打印等功能。
2系统主要组成预付费售电管理软件、RW666型IC卡读写器、DDSY666电能表。
3应用环境IC卡预付费售电管理软件采用Delphi6.0语言和Sqlserver7.0数据库开发,该系统可安装在WINDOWS98、WINDOWS NT、WINDOWS2000、WINDOWS XP等操作系统中。
4安装说明本软件配有安装光盘,运行安装光盘中的SETUP.EXE,根据提示操作,安装程序会自动进行软件安装,然后需要安装Sqlserver2000数据库。
5系统功能介绍本系统在功能上分为:用户管理、IC卡操作、电量查询、统计报表、系统维护等五大模块。
5.1 用户管理5.1.1 档案管理其功能主要包括:1.建立用户档案的基本资料;2.修改用户的基本资料;3.删除档案记录;4.浏览全部用户档案及查询某个档案的详细资料;5.打印档案成册;6.用户过户;7.用户销户。

5.2 IC卡操作5.2.1 通讯连接本管理软件的数据通讯是通过连接在PC机的串行通讯口上的IC卡读写器对IC卡的读写来实现的,当读写卡不成功时需检查通信接口、IC卡读写器、电源和IC卡等的连接是否正确。
5.2.2 IC卡类型和功能本系统中IC卡类型分为:初始化卡、售电卡、补卡、检测卡等四种类型。
