我给大家朗诵一首诗，是贺敬之的《桂林山水歌》：云中的神呵，雾中的仙，神姿仙态桂林的山，情一样深呵，梦一样美，如情似梦漓江的水。
”如果语气平平、毫无节奏，如同念经一般，这叫用口讲话，没过脑子。
用心讲话是这样的：“亲爱的朋友们，我们今天上的是语言艺术课程。
既然是语言艺术课，我们就从一个美好的氛围中开始，我给大家送上一首诗——贺敬之的《桂林山水歌》。
云中的神呵，雾中的仙，神姿仙态桂林的山！情一样深呵，梦一样美，如情似梦漓江的水！水几重呵，山几重？水绕山环桂林城……是山城呵是水城？都在青山绿水中……马鞍上梦见沙盘上画：‘桂林山水甲天下。
’……”情真意切、起伏跌宕，再配合手势的话，效果就更佳了。
所谓用心讲话，就是脑子里要有画面感，像一幅一幅画面衔接起来的电影似的。
为什么中央三令五申要求领导干部要心怀人民群众？就是要有对象感。
最后略谈一下用生命讲话。
用生命讲话就是要做到神我合一，达到忘我的演说境界。
失去自我的同时，你也就和听众完全融合到了一起。
当然，我希望各位读者朋友们在对待工作和生活时，不必做到用生命讲话，能做到用心讲话就可以了。

电视台技术播出部副主任竞聘演说竞职演讲尊敬的各位评委和同事们：大家好！我竞聘的职位是****电视台技术播出部副主任。
首先作一下自我介绍我叫XX****，**年出生。
****年毕业于****大学******系，本科学历。
毕业后就分配到****电视台。
先后在播出发射部和技术播出部工作。
20xx年被聘为广播电视工程师。
有线和无线合并后，我的岗位是灯光技术，主要从事的是演播室灯光技术。
任职以来，工作认真负责。
除了完成日常节目主持人的布光外，还参与各演播室灯光设备的维护和维修，参与大型晚会的灯光设计、调试；熟练掌握了演播室编辑设备、转播车视频系统的操作使用，多次参与各类节目的直、录播工作。

我熟悉播出部门的工作情况，熟悉播出发射业务。
xx年我被调整到技术播出部，在工作期间，先后从事新闻串片和演播室灯光技术等工作，除了参与日常节目的制作外，还参与各演播室视、音频和灯光设备的日常维护。
合并后，我的岗位是灯光技术，主要负责日常栏目主持人的布光以及晚会的灯光设计、调试和演播室灯光设备的维护与维修。
我参加过“电视制作与灯光技术”培训班的学习，系统学习了电视制作专业知识和各类电视节目的布光原理以及演播室灯光技术。

其次，是我对职位的理解技术播出部在电视台内主要是配合节目部门，提供设备、器材，具体进行节目制作和负责电视节目信号的播出与发射。
作为技术播出部副主任，主要是配合技术播出部主任，参与对机器设备、演播室和工作人员的管理，协调节目部门与技术部门以及技术部门各工种间的工作，确保电视节目优质安全的制作与播出。
第三，工作设想我将在节目制作和播出发射两方面从技术支持、技术服务、技术保障和技术管理上配合技术播出部主任开展工作。
节目制作方面合并以后，我台的技术制作水平有了很大的提高，能更好地为节目部门提供技术支持和技术服务。
但是，在节目制作和播出中，技术质量还不够稳定，各类事故时有发生。
因此，要进一步提高技术支持能力和技术服务水平，必须先从提高电视节目技术质量入手。
工作中我将从以下五个方面着手做好电视节目技术质量的提高：1、电视设备的增置和更新改造应统筹兼顾、合理配置在添置设备时，既要考虑到节目制作能力的提高，还要考虑到提高硬件的档次，以满足节目技术质量不断提高的需要。
要有计划、分阶段地引进数字系统和设备，先从新闻、专题节目的采编数字化入手，逐步实现我台设备由模拟向数字化的过渡。
对影响播出质量的设备，坚决引进质量好、工作稳定的。
2、加强设备的统一管理，定期维护和检修，并制定统一的系统指标进行测试为确保正常节目的制作，设备的完好和系统的正常运转非常重要。
因此，全台的设备应统一维护、集中维修并统一进行测试，以利于设备的完好和标准的统一。
3、加强技术标准的实施和监督加强相关行业标准和技术规范的监督和实施。
技术部门除了按技术标准和技术规范为节目部门提供服务外，还必须监督节目部门在节目制作过程中技术标准和技术规范的执行情况。
4、加强对节目制作人员和技术人员的岗位培训与管理随着电视技术的进步，设备的技术指标已接近完美。
技术质量的进一步提高，在很大程度上取决于制作人员的制作水平和设备的完好情况。
这就要求加强对节目制作人员和技术人员的培训，积极开展技术交流5、增强全台人员的节目技术质量意识节目技术质量的提高不仅仅是技术部门的事，也与节目部门有关，采编播人员也必须树立技术质量意识，自觉执行正确的工艺流程。
要建立和健全技术审查和监督机制，在节目制作阶段就严把质量关。
