人力资源薪酬体系的建立与完善

摘 要

随着现代企业管理的发展,员工薪酬管理成为了我国企业人力资源管理中必不可少的管理项目,是人力资源管理的核心内容,而薪酬体系设计是建立现代薪酬管理制度的前提和重要组成部分,合理的薪酬体系不但能有效激励员工的积极性和主动性,还能在人才竞争日益激烈的知识经济下吸引和保留住素质良好且有竞争力的员工,更能增加员工的“幸福感”。同时,员工通过企业提供的薪酬来保障自己的工作收益,进而提高劳动生产率为企业获取更多的利润。如果没有科学合理的薪酬管理制度则会导致员工士气低落,人心不稳,效率下降,企业效益下降。因而薪酬制度的建立与完善对企业来说至关重要。

Abstract

With the development of modern enterprise management, the staff salary management became our

country enterprise human resources management necessary management project, is the core content of human

resources management, and salary system design is to establish a modern compensation management system

of the premise and important part of reasonable salary system can not only effectively motivate their

enthusiasm and initiative, still can be in talent increasingly competitive knowledge economy to attract and

keep good quality and competitive staff, more can increase employee "happiness". At the same time, the staff

through the enterprise to provide remuneration to safeguard his work income, and improve the labor

productivity for enterprise get more profit. If there is no scientific and reasonable salary management system

will result in the low morale, the heart instability, efficiency drops, enterprise profits down. Thus establishing

1 and perfecting the salary system of enterprise is very important.
