It is compatible with both fully and partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohols and will show no separation when formulated with any polyvinyl alcohol type. The water resistance of VINNAPAS® EP 709 can be improved by the addition of fully hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol. VINNAPAS® EP 709 has a shelf life of 9 months from the date of manufacture if stored in the original, unopened containers at temperatures between 5 and 40°C. Iron or galvanized-iron equipment and containers are not recommended because the dispersion is slightly acidic. Corrosion may result in discoloration of the dispersion or its blends when further processed. Therefore the use of containers and equipment made of ceramics, rubberized or enameled materials, appropriately finished stainless steel, or plastic (e.g. rigid PVC, polyethylene or polyester resin) is recommended. As polymer dispersions may tend to superficial film formation, skins or lumps may be formed during storage or transportation. A filtration process is thus recommended prior to utilization of the product. If the product is stored for a longer period, stirring is recommended before use.Preservation for Transport, Storage and further Processing[name:000009096VINNAPAS® EP 709 is adequately preserved during transportation and storage if kept in the original, unopened containers. However, if it is transferred to storage tanks, the dispersion should be protected against microbial attack by adding a suitable preservative package. Measures should also be taken to ensure cleanliness of the tanks and pipes. In unstirred tanks, a layer of preservative-containing water should be sprayed onto the surface of the dispersion to prevent the formation of unwanted skin and possible attack by microorganisms. The thickness of this water layer should be < 5 mm for low viscosity dispersions and up to 10–20 mm for high viscosity products. Proper procedures – periodic tank cleaning and sanitization – must be set up in order to prevent microbial attack. Contact your biocide representative/supplier for further plant hygiene recommendations. Measures should be taken to ensure that only clean air enters the tank when the dispersion is removed. Finished products manufactured from polymer dispersions usually also require preservation. The type and scope of preservation will depend on the raw materials used and the anticipated sources of contamination. The compatibility with other components and the efficacy of the preservative should always be tested in the respective formulation. Preservative manufacturers will be able to advise you about the type and dosage of preservative required. 环氧AB胶使用说明书
一、产品简介
本胶水为以环氧树脂为基础树脂的AB胶,可在室温下快速固化,适用于太阳能行业晶体硅棒切割过程中的粘接固定。

使用方法简单,粘度适中,易于操作,AB组分为不同颜色,易于辨别是否混合均匀;固化过程中固化收缩率小;固化后产品具有优异的粘接性能。

1、A剂和B剂按1:1重量称取后,务必充分搅拌混合均匀;如混合不均匀会
造成固化不充分,影响产品性能;
2、A剂和B剂混合后,开始反应,务必在操作时间之内完成涂胶操作,以免胶
水固化,影响使用;
3、B剂在储存过程中可能会出现结皮现象,使用之前小心将表面结皮去除即可
使用,注意不要将结皮固体残留到剩余的B剂中,以免有固体颗粒影响产品性能;
4、产品储存过程中可能有沉降现象,使用之前,请沿底部充分搅拌混合;
5、每次称取所需量后,请将产品包装罐密封,以免长期与空气接触影响产品性
能;
6、建议使用时戴防护手套,以免产品沾到皮肤或眼睛,沾到皮肤时请及时用清
洗剂洗净;如不慎沾到眼睛时,请先以水冲洗,再送医治疗。

六、储存与包装
1、包装规格为A剂1Kg/罐,B剂1Kg/罐;
2、本品需在通风、阴凉、干燥处密封保存。

PU水晶胶XBT-911PUAB硬胶一、特点:XBT-PU胶系列是双组份室温固化型聚氨脂树脂体系,不含有任何溶剂和挥发物,固化后形成清澈透明,晶莹夺目的保护涂层。

固化后涂层厚度通常在1.5-2mm形成三维立体的效果,可广泛用于标牌、铭牌和装饰品。

该产品特别适合标牌、铭牌及其它产品的滴塑。

该产品分为A胶和B胶两种包装,使用时要按重量比比例混合均匀,最终形成透明的树脂。

XBT-911PUAB胶固化后具有极为优良的耐候性和耐紫外线的性能,可以在户外长期使用,可以充分满足客人对材料的苛刻要求。

二、组成:XBT-911PUA胶为多元醇组份,XBT-911PUB胶为异氰酸酯组份。

三、产品特性1、可使用时间长,加温固化快,可提高生产效率。

2、粘度低,消泡性能好,硬化后表面光滑亮丽,不粘手。

3、透明度好,具有较好的弹性和附着力。

4、固化后具有极佳的耐候性和耐紫外线性能,并且在高低温(-30℃~100℃)的情况下使用性能良好。

四、固化前物性:五、工艺流程a、控制环境温度在15~25℃,相对湿度<70%,XBT-911PUAB胶在此条件存放12小时后使用.b、将准备好的各类底材,如:PVC,塑料商标,金属商标放入烘箱种60度预热1H处理,目的去除表面的湿气。

然后置标牌于水平表面,并用不干胶固定。

c、清洁标牌表面沾附的灰尘与油污。

d、正确称量XBT-911PUAB胶,按重量比1:1充分搅拌均匀。

e、抽真空脱除混合料之气泡。

(AB混合料在真空机内脱泡3~5分钟)f、取清洁干净的针管,将消泡后的水晶胶吸入针管内,然后计量并均匀的滴注在预先准备好的底材之表面,一般水晶胶厚度2mm,让其自然流平即可。

g、底材在滴注水晶胶后5分钟内,观察胶面有无气泡或尘粒,如有小气泡,可用大头针将其刺破,若发现死角没有胶液的地方,用大头针引流即可。

h、置滴注好的标牌于温度在65℃烘箱中4小时硬化,成为表面不粘手的水晶标牌。

六、配比:重量比:911PUA/B =1:1七、固化后特性:八、包装规格:包装为5KG塑料PE桶。

绝缘防水密封胶使用说明
使用说明:
1.先将A组份与B组份密封胶之间的间隔棒打开,然后充分揉和2-3分钟,直至均匀。

2.立即将混合好的密封胶倒入绝缘防水盒中,如耽误时间太长容易使密封胶变稠甚至固
化。

注意事项:
1.安装时戴好PE手套(随配件一起附送),如条件允许,可戴上眼镜和口罩。

2.固定时间受环境温度影响,在常温25℃下固化时间为1小时,温度越低,固化时间相应
加长;温度越高,固化时间越短。

3.施工现场应保持较好的通风条件。

4.未进行灌胶密封胶的置于通风阴凉处,在保质期内使用。

密封胶不可暴晒,或与其他化
学类产品堆置。

PVB产品使用说明书目录1.绪论1.1公司简介:浙江杭州鑫富药业股份有限公司坐落于浙江杭州临安经济开发区,深交所上市(股票代码002019),国家高新技术企业,企业产品涉及医药、化工、环保等行业。

鑫富®PVB胶片由鑫富药业的全资子公司—湖州鑫富新材料股份有限公司专业生产,公司拥有先进的PVB树脂及胶片生产线。

PVB胶片所用的PVB树脂由我公司自行生产,胶片生产过程中不使用回收料。

我司已通过ISO9001、ISO1400、TS16949 、OHSAS1801质量体系及安全体系认证。

产品已经通过国家安全玻璃质量监督检验中心的检验,同时产品也通过了UL认证。

1.2鑫富®PVB产品概述湖州鑫富新材料有限公司生产的鑫富®PVB胶片是由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂与增塑剂塑化,并根据不同用途加入相应配方的添加剂经挤压成型的高分子材料。

它对无机玻璃有很好的的粘结力,具有透明、耐热、耐寒、耐湿、机械强度高等特性,是制造夹层安全玻璃的最佳粘合材料。

鑫富®PVB胶片所用的PVB树脂均由本公司自行生产,PVB胶片生产过程中不使用回收料。

鑫富®PVB胶片为半透明的薄膜,无杂质、柔软性好,膜表面平整,有一定粗糙度和较好的抗拉伸强度和断裂延伸率。

鑫富®PVB胶片非常坚韧,即使破裂,玻璃与胶片仍牢牢的粘在一起,能保持结构的完整性起到防盗作用。

鑫富®PVB胶片能增强玻璃弹性,减缓外来冲击力,保护人体安全,免受意外伤害。

鑫富®PVB胶片具有对声波的阻尼作用,能有效阻隔噪音的传播。

鑫富®PVB胶片能有效的阻隔紫外线的穿透,大大降低紫外线对人体及物品的损害。

鑫富®PVB胶片在储存方式上分为冷藏膜和常温膜两种。

为防止胶片自身粘结,冷藏膜要求在2-10℃范围内储存和运输,保存期为3年。

常温膜利用膜间衬隔离膜来防止胶片自身粘结,在没有经过日光照射、雨淋、干燥的室内,可保存3年时间。

1.2.1 PVB树脂的生产聚乙烯醇在酸性介质中与丁醛发生羟醛缩合反应,从而生成聚乙烯醇缩丁醛:聚乙烯醇丁醛聚乙烯醇缩丁醛PVB树脂的分子构成:因此,PVB也可视为乙酸乙烯(x),乙烯醇(y)和乙烯丁缩醛(z)的三元共聚物。

1.2.2 PVB胶片的生产PVB树脂为白色粉末,当单独形成膜时十分坚硬,无法用在夹胶安全玻璃的中间膜。

它与增塑剂的相容性主要取决于PVB树脂的分子构成。

适合的增塑剂类型和数量决定膜的特性。

特定用途最重要的特性是机械特性、耐寒特性、吸水能力以及膜在玻璃上的粘结力。

其中,含6至8个碳原子碳酸的三甘醇酯可广泛应用于高弹性产品的生产。

三甘醇二庚烷(3G7)己二酸二己酯(DHA)三甘醇二个乙基已烷(3G8)首先是将PVB树脂、增塑剂和一些添加剂注入挤出机,在挤出机中所有成分充分混合并塑化。

在这个过程中,均化十分重要,因为不均匀将影响产品的机械和光学性能。

通过一个模头挤出上述混合物。

为了使整个幅宽达到精确的厚度,使用厚度扫描及厚度自动控制系统,对PVB胶片的厚度进行精密的控制,然后经过拉伸、定型、卷绕成卷。

除表面视像检测系统外,目测检查膜是否存在污垢或异物也是非常重要的。

卷绕室需装有净化空调并进行湿度控制,避免膜的水分含量发生变化,下卷后要立即包装。

带隔离膜的PVB 胶片可在室温下保存,内包装必须在温湿度可控的合片室内(温度20±2℃,相对湿度25~30%)开启,胶片开封后,最好一次用完,如不能用完,须进行包装并存放于温湿度可控的合片室内。

不带隔离膜的PVB 胶片开封后,必须一次用完。

3.2 玻璃玻璃按一定尺寸从玻璃板上切割下来(利用模板以机器或手动方式切割玻璃后),将玻璃边缘用磨床或金刚石砂轮抛光。

然后,将玻璃放入玻璃洗涤器中清洗。

玻璃洗涤器通常是水平运行,且配备了旋转刷,仅用水就能完美清洁玻璃表面。

由于洗涤水质与玻璃表面的清洁程度会影响PVB 在玻璃上的粘结力,因此应在洗涤器的最后一个区中使用完全去矿化的水≤20μS (如可能≤5μS ), 洗涤水的电导性对鑫富®PVB 胶片粘结力的影响如下图所示。

在这一范例中,约150μS 的电导性将使PVB 膜对玻璃的粘结力减少一半。

洗涤水电导性对PVB 与玻璃粘结力的影响自来水通常含有一定量的溶解盐-主要是通常所说的造成硬度的碱土离子,如钙++、镁++、钠+、钾+和低浓聚物。

前两种物质会严重降低本来就不强的玻璃粘结力,而碱离子(在这种情况下为氯盐)对粘结力的影响更大,影响程度难以估算。

碱土离子对玻璃粘结力的影响强玻璃吸附力低玻璃吸附力电导性 (μS/厘米)对于特别脏的玻璃,使用清洁剂清洗后,必需使用去离子水冲洗,将玻璃表面的清洁剂冲洗干净,然后才能用高压过滤热风干燥玻璃。
