《商务现场口译》课程标准 一、课程的性质 本课程是高职商务英语专业的一门核心实践课程,其功能在于培养既通晓商务知识,熟悉国际商务环境,善于跨文化交际,又掌握口译技巧的商务口译人才。同时注意培养学生良好的职业道德素质、社会活动能力与应对各种商务场合的方法。 二、设计思路 本课程标准在设计上本着懂理论,重应用的总体思路,突出体现职业教育的技能型、应用性特色,着重培养学生的实践应用技能,力求达到理论够用,技能过硬的目的。 在教学设计上,充分考虑到学生实际语言应用能力的培养,让学生通过口译材料接触真实的商务语言环境并进行大量的现场模拟练习,突出强调学生的主动参与和自我提高。借助多媒体设备向学生讲解商务口译的基本理论与技巧,充分利用模拟实训场所让学生进行大量的模拟现场演练。课后,要求学生以各种方式查阅资料,拓展知识面,扩大词汇量,建立商务词库,自觉进行口译技巧练习。鼓励并指导学生参加外事接待、商务陪同、商务会议、产品推介等真实的商务口译实践活动。 课程内容的学习,注重学生实际应用技能,主要发展学生的认知、归纳分析、迁移的能力。 三、课程教学目标 (一)课程总体目标 通过本门课程的学习,使学生具备既通晓商务知识,熟悉国际商务环境,善于跨文化交际,又掌握口译技巧的能力。同时树立良好的职业道德素质、培养社会活动能力与应对各种商务场合的方法。 (二)具体目标 1)知识与技能目标 通过本课程的学习,掌握基本的口译方法及原则,熟悉商务接待的基本工作流程,掌握基本的交通信息,掌握举办展览会的基本流程,熟悉商务谈判的流程,熟练使用各种商务场合的词汇和基本句型,掌握各国文化背景知识,饮食文化,培养跨文化意识,掌握各国外交礼仪,商务礼仪。 2)方法能力目标 在课程的教学过程中,突出学生为主体。启发学生善于观察、自主思考、独立分析问题与解决问题。通过以学生为主体的学习,使学生提高观察、思维、推理、判断、分析与解决问题的能力,掌握不同行业的背景资料,相关专家的资料。针对目标客人进行访谈,能够独立处理商务活动中出现的意外状况。 3)社会能力目标 在教学过程中,通过讨论,分析,决策以及团队实践活动让学生领会并认识到敬业、守信、高效、协作、精益求精等职业道德与素质在个人职业发展和事业成功中的重要性,使学生能自觉树立培养良好的职业道德及职业习惯的意识,树立较强的责任感,使命感,具备细致、周到、全面、体贴的服务态度。
