Between 1986 and 20xx, pixar was an independent business. In 1986, because of the divorce of George Walton Lucas, he decided to sell this team. Then Steve Jobs became the new Chairman of pixar. In cooperation with The Walt Disney Company, pixar produced many popular feature films. They include Toy Story, A Bug’s life, Finding Nemo and so on. These films not only brought pixar fame, but also gave it big profits. In 20xx, Steve Jobs sold pixar to The Walt Disney Company. The pixar name was guaranteed to continue, and the studio would remain. But the brand of films made post-merger would be “Disney·pixar” , beginning with Cars.
