针对升学的孩子来说，有以下几件事情在1-2月份最该做：
第一：积极备战期末考、调考以及区素质大赛
备战期末考试要以课堂内学习的基础知识为主。建议把书本知识全面复习一遍，然后再重点把学校平时考试试卷错误的部分认真复习，查漏补缺。
第二：备战各大比赛
对于数学优生来说，这个寒假是突击攻克各大赛事最关键的时段。先把整个知识点梳理一遍，然后再进行查漏补缺。基础题不要出错，对于难题可以根据情况攻克。
第三：各校真题实战
想在私立学校的考试中取得好成绩的学生，在系统复习后最重要就是做真题了。寒假一定要做几套意向学校的真题，尤其是要按照规定卡死时间来做，这样才能检测出自己的真实水平，为下一步择校做
好充分的准备。
第四：备战艺术人才选拔赛
想考公立学校艺体生的学生要积极备战明年2月份的艺术人才大赛，要准备出自己独立的节目并认真排练，以期获得艺术人才大赛奖项，拿到艺体生报名的敲门砖。
第五：整理获奖证书、准备简历
收拾整理一下孩子历年的奖状，最好按照重要性分类整理。下学期一开学就是各种“三好”“优干”“花”“星”之类的评选，展示一些过硬的本本，将非常有助于在选举中获胜。区一级的证书更是进入重点公立学校的敲门砖之一哦。
证书整理好了，就开始准备简历吧。一份简明扼要，清晰漂亮的简历一定会让学校对你印象深刻哈。能否获得电话的召唤，就要看这些证书和简历了哦。
第六：做好全家冲刺动员工作、统一思想，共同制定学习计划和择校目标。
