摘要雁栖湖畔北京日出东方凯宾斯基酒店作为2014年APEC会议使用的主要建筑之一,其建设过程是建设各方通力合作的过程,也是设计方案不断调整二修改二完善和思考的过程三作为高档星级酒店,项目对给排水系统设计内容和系统安全性要求较高,并且由于该项目的造型特殊,其给排水和消防系统的设计也具有不同于其他项目的特点三就该项目给排水及消防设计内容进行介绍和总结,为今后类似建筑的给排水及消防设计提供参考三

Abstract:Bei j in g Sunrise East Kem p inski Hotel,which located b y the side of Yan q i lake,was used as one of the main structures for the APEC Summit2014in Bei j in g.Its construction p rocess was the result of coo p eration of different p arts and its desi g n also ori g inated from the p rocess of ad-j ustment,revision,o p timization and ex p loration.As a hi g h-level hotel,it had hi g h re q uirements on p lumbin g s y stem desi g n and its safet y.Due to its uni q ue sha p e,its p lumbin g s y stem and fire p rotection s y stem also had its s p ecial characteristics.This p a p er summarized its p lumbin g s y stem and fire p rotection s y stem desi g n,which would be reference for similar p ro j ect.

1项目背景

北京日出东方凯宾斯基酒店(见图1),是2014年APEC第22次领导人峰会官方举办地的主体建筑,位于北京市怀柔区雁栖湖畔三项目总用地面积约4.8万m2,地上19层,地下局部2层,裙房2层,地上部分总建筑面积约为5.7万m2,地下1层建筑面积2.1万m2,地下2层建筑面积0.37万m2,总建筑面积约8.2万m2,建筑高度约90m三该项目自2012年初设计,到2014年APEC会议前投入试营业三作为百年酒店管理集团凯宾斯基在中国的最大一家酒店,本项目机电系统设计,既要满足欧式奢
