如制造商决定在销售领域内销售其他任何产品，应告知代理商并讨论是否有可能将其纳入条款1.1 所规定的产品范围。但如由于新产品的特点和代理商的专业原因认定代理商不可能代理该产品（如一个完全不同领域的产品），则不承担以上告知经销商的责任。
2. 第2 条－诚信和公平交易

双方在履行本协议责任时，应坚持诚信原则和公平交易。
