一、专业介绍
国民经济学专业是国家重点应用经济学学科，是我国高校国民经济学专业建立最早、培养人才层次最为齐全、培养人才规模最大的教学和科研单位，1988年即被评为重点学科，研究方向覆盖国民经济学的主要领域。该学科坚持从我国改革开放和现代化建设的实际出发，围绕我国经济发展和体制转轨过程中宏观经济调控的主要理论和现实问题开展系统的理论研究和政策分析，在宏观经济管理、投入产出分析和产业经济学领域取得了的开创性研究成果，居国内同类研究领先水平。
北京大学光华管理学院的企业管理专业在博士招生方面，划分为4个研究方向：
120202 企业管理
研究方向：01.组织行为与人力资源管理；02.战略管理与国际经营；03.市场营销；04.国民经济运行与管理
此专业实行申请考核制。
二、考试内容
北京大学企业管理专业博士研究生招生为资格审查加综合考核形式，由笔试+专业面试构成。其中，综合考核内容为:
学院组织所报考专业专家小组对申请人进行综合评议。同时根据招生计划，按照一定的比例择优确定复试名单。初审结果和复试名单将于2019年3月邮件通知。
1、复试时间及方式：一般安排在3月下旬。复试采取笔试加面试的方式进行差额甄选，对学生的学科背景、专业训练和素质、分析和操作技能、外语水平、思维能力、创新能力等各方面进行综合考察。
2、笔试：即基础能力测试，按报考专业分别测试。
（1）对于报考应用经济学专业的学生，第一部分是高级微观经济学；第二部分是高级
宏观经济学和计量经济学；两部分分值各占50%。
（2）对于报考除应用经济学外其他专业的学生，考察内容为各专业（方向）4/6试题，考生按报考专业/方向答题。笔试成绩作为考生是否能进入面试的依据，但不计入复试总成绩。以同等学历身份报考的人员还须加试（笔试）思想政治理论和两门本专业硕士学位主干课程。
3、面试：获得面试资格的考生须向面试组作报告，内容包括个人科研经历和成果介绍、对拟从事研究的领域的了解和看法、本人拟进行的研究工作设想及理由等。面试成绩计入复试总成绩，复试总成绩采用百分制。
4、初取：根据考生的复试总成绩择优确定初取名单，报经研究生院批准后公示10个工作日。
四、申请材料
（1）北京大学2019年攻读博士学位研究生报考登记表：请在我院规定的网上报名时间登陆北京大学研究生招生网（网址：https://https://www.360docs.net/doc/577614232.html,/applications/）进行网上报名，上传相关材料，并打印“北京大学2019年攻读博士学位研究生报考登记表”。
（2）最高学位、学历证书的复印件（应届硕士毕业生报名时须提交所在培养单位研究生院或研究生部的证明信，录取后须补交学历和学位证书，审核通过后方可报到注册；只有学位证书而无毕业证书者，报名时须提交硕士或博士学位证书复印件；持国（境）外学位证书者，报名时须提交由教育部留学服务中心出具的认证报告）。
（3）身份证复印件。
（4）硕士学位论文（应届毕业硕士生可提供论文摘要和目录等）。
（5）毕业（在读）院校的正式课程成绩单原件（提供复印件的同学须在复试时提交原件）。

（8）三年内（即2015年10月15日以后）的英语水平证明（至少其中一项）复印件，复试时携带原件进行确认。

七、考博经验
考博面试中需要注意的穿着问题
面试的衣着在考博过程中是很重要的，对于男生来说，如果你选西装，那么你就要注意
以下几点：
1：袖口的商标一定要剪掉
2：穿西装要注意“三色原理”，什么是三色原理，就是说你身上的颜色不过三，也就是说你身上所有的色加起来不能超过三种色彩。领带最好用好一些的，因为那是你的NO2脸，花纹要是几何图形的。如果你的鞋是黑的，那么你的皮带也要是一样的色。
3：不能穿白袜子，为什么，因为在正规场合，这是禁忌，在国外别人把这样的人说成是驴，那么你的脚就自然是驴脚了。
4：不要夹领带夹，因为领带夹只有VIP与公安等企业事业单位的工作人员用，一般的人就不能夹那个的
如果你选休闲装，就省事多了，如果你选休闲装的话，面试的老师也不会与你计较这些，只要服装大方得体即可。
女生：
1：启道考博辅导班老师建议都选休闲装，因为女人的衣着不是一般人能搞定的
2：如果你的长头发，那么面试时一定一定一定要扎起来，不能披发，可能有的同学觉得自己披发很好看，可是这里可不要那个好看。
3：如果你有体味，可以弄点香水，但要用淡的，也不要用多种香水，最好用一种或同一系列的香水。
4：可以适当地化些淡妆，因为化妆是对别人的尊敬，注意是淡妆
5：一般不建议用口红，不过你要用得注意：口红的色要与你的衬衣色一至，另指油也要一至，不过还是建议不要使用为好
6不能穿带皮的裤子，因为在国外，只有妓女才川皮裙，所以带皮的裤子不要考虑，不管你是不是觉得好看都不要！
