Letter 1:电汇付款

Letter5:请求延期信用证

我们确认过昨天的电报,内容如下:

NSW6180号锡板信用证只在今天到达,七月份装运不能分别扩展31/8、15/9的装船有效性。我们相信你方已经收到了以上的电函,并且做了所应该做的。

在S/C 89STX-5491的规定中,倘若你方的信用证不迟于七月15到达就可以进行装运。然而,我们收到你方的仅仅是在昨天,在七月份装运货物对于我们来说已经很明显不可能。

在这种情况下,我们很遗憾的告诉你们关于8月31号和9月15号的装运和谈判,我们在7

月25号收到这些修改后的信用证,否则装运会被更长的延缓。
