二、考试内容
北京大学管理科学与工程专业博士研究生招生为资格审查加综合考核形式，由笔试+专业面试构成。其中，综合考核内容为:
学院组织所报考专业专家小组对申请人进行综合评议。同时根据招生计划，按照一定的比例择优确定复试名单。初审结果和复试名单将于2019年3月邮件通知。
1、复试时间及方式：一般安排在3月下旬。复试采取笔试加面试的方式进行差额甄选，对学生的学科背景、专业训练和素质、分析和操作技能、外语水平、思维能力、创新能力等各方面进行综合考察。
2、笔试：即基础能力测试，按报考专业分别测试。
（1）对于报考应用经济学专业的学生，第一部分是高级微观经济学；第二部分是高级宏观经济学和计量经济学；两部分分值各占50%。
（2）对于报考除应用经济学外其他专业的学生，考察内容为各专业（方向）4/6试题，考生按报考专业/方向答题。笔试成绩作为考生是否能进入面试的依据，但不计入复试总成绩。以同等学历身份报考的人员还须加试（笔试）思想政治理论和两门本专业硕
士学位主干课程。
3、面试：获得面试资格的考生须向面试组作报告，内容包括个人科研经历和成果介绍、对拟从事研究的领域的了解和看法、本人拟进行的研究工作设想及理由等。面试成绩计入复试总成绩，复试总成绩采用百分制。
4、初取：根据考生的复试总成绩择优确定初取名单，报经研究生院批准后公示10个工作日。
四、申请材料
（1）北京大学2019年攻读博士学位研究生报考登记表：请在我院规定的网上报名时间登陆北京大学研究生招生网（网址：https://https://www.360docs.net/doc/5a8236664.html,/applications/）进行网上报名，上传相关材料，并打印“北京大学2019年攻读博士学位研究生报考登记表”。
（2）最高学位、学历证书的复印件（应届硕士毕业生报名时须提交所在培养单位研究生院或研究生部的证明信，录取后须补交学历和学位证书，审核通过后方可报到注册；只有学位证书而无毕业证书者，报名时须提交硕士或博士学位证书复印件；持国（境）外学位证书者，报名时须提交由教育部留学服务中心出具的认证报告）。
（3）身份证复印件。
（4）硕士学位论文（应届毕业硕士生可提供论文摘要和目录等）。
（5）毕业（在读）院校的正式课程成绩单原件（提供复印件的同学须在复试时提交原件）。

王明进1997年毕业于北京大学数学科学学院，获得理学博士学位，同年来到北京大学光华管理学院任教。现为北京大学光华管理学院商务统计与经济计量系教授、博士生导师，北京大学光华管理学院金融风险管理中心主任，中国现场统计学会理事，中国统计教育学会理事，北京市统计学会理事，《数理统计与管理》杂志副主编等。2000年2月至8月在美国西北大学Kellogg商学院做访问学者。2003年6月至2005年8月在英国伦敦经济与政治学院（LSE）从事博士后研究工作。2002年6月至2008年6月期间曾先后担任光华管理学院商务统计与经济计量系副主任、系主任。
研究兴趣主要在金融市场的计量经济学研究（特别是对金融市场的各种波动率模型的研究）、非线性时间序列模型、教育收益及风险的计量方法、我国房地产市场及住房金融制度研究等。在英国皇家统计学会杂志等国内外权威统计学与经济计量学学术杂志发表论文数十篇。先后获得过两项国家自然科学基金课题资助。
自2000年以来为北京大学光华管理学院EMBA开设“管理决策统计分析”课程；除此之外主要讲授过的课程包括：本科生“市场分析与预测”；研究生“时间序列分析”、“金融时间序列分析”、“数据分析方法”、“复杂系统的非线性方法”等；MBA“商务统计分析”；还曾为高级经理短期培训项目（EDP）开设“市场分析与预测”、“管理决策统计分析”等短期课程。2008年获得北京大学工商银行奖教金。

1、目标明确。

各个学校都有自己的风格。复习时一定要找到该校出题的规律，切不可到书店找一些资料搞题海战术，要知道，一门课程出到卷子上可能只有二道题，如果你有心把该校近五六年考博卷拿出来看一看，再把近几年的研究生的期末考试题拿来研究一下，估计你可以做出题老师了。在这方面，外校学生一般会吃大亏，因为有些课程的题目是该校的特色题，且不谈题目你没看到过，就算是题目提前给你，你翻遍书店可能都找不到答案。如果说考博有什么捷径的话，应该就在于此。
4、导师关系处理恰当，否则你面试、调剂时可能会有麻烦。
一般来说，如果你的技能与导师的项目很对口，或者你在什么核心期刊上发表与导师的研究课题相关的论文，那他肯定会同意你报考。如果你不具备上述条件，那么找导师的熟人介绍一下，导师一般也会要你。还不具备的话，那你就脸皮厚一点，让他明白你为报考他的博士，付出了很多，导师也是人，会有同情心的，不要因为一次拒绝丧失信心。实在不行的话，换一位试试，总有导师会要你的。不过有一点要记住，导师招学生最根本的衡量准则是你的考分，你成绩不靠前，导师也很难帮你。
5、经济上要有一定的支撑。
最好有三到五千元做后盾，包括人际关系费用，找该校的对口复习资料费用，考试费等等，该花的最好不要省，只要是对考博成功有利的。因为这些钱对于博士生出来后的待遇来
说太微不足道了。
