11月11日星期四晚7：00（演讲比赛）地点：广播站（录音选拔）2楼报告厅（演讲比赛）
5）比赛环节
比赛分为两个环节：录音选拔及演讲比赛。
6）录音选拔：
录音选拔出英语发音纯正、有英语演讲才能的人，其前12名参加演讲比赛。
7）演讲比赛：

比赛由二部分组成：一，先进行命题演讲（限时3分钟），命题演
讲结束后，评委提问1
—2个问题，选手回答限时1分钟。二，即兴演讲（选手准备30秒，回答限时2分钟）；其
中命题演讲是参赛者围绕我们的主题在比赛前选好文章进行演讲。
即兴演(转载于:英语演讲
稿50秒)讲是现场抽题现场回答。评委们用英语提问，可以是与主
题有关的或是演讲者在演
讲过程中涉及的问题或是评委感兴趣的问题，参赛者用英文回答，
这考察了选手们的应变能
力和对英语的运用能力。

去掉最高分与最低分，取平均分为选手比赛成绩，按成绩排名分别

台风奖和最受欢迎奖由评委票选得出（如票数相同则得分高者获奖） 8）奖项设立:
一等奖1名（同时获英语之星称号）二等奖2名三等奖3名鼓励奖
若干名同时在此比赛中设立最佳台风奖，最受欢迎奖各一名。（此

9）颁奖：比赛结束后，颁发获奖证书和奖品
