新闻英语 duty report注意事项和最新模板
准备做duty report 的同学必须注意以下事项, 照规定办理： 1．对于选择的完整新闻稿件要做删节，字数在300字左右，不要太长，类似于编写新闻的摘要（summary）。太长会让听众失去兴趣，注意力分散。删节的原则是：去掉一些细节太多的内容，或者难字词太多的段落。保留新闻中最新最重要的内容（新闻的5要素）。 可从新闻的最后几段开始删起，因为不重要的内容总在最后面。新闻中引用别人话的段落不能保留太多，因为会分散听众注意力。只保留最重要核心的引用语。 2．新闻选材原则：内容最新，比较有趣，贴近生活，不要太过于专业化，要能吸引听众。3．幻灯片制作注意事项： a.PPT一般4页就足够了，不能再多。（每一页的具体内容请参照公共邮箱中其他已做过 的同学的ppt文件）。 b.幻灯片中对新闻内容的展示，不能是原新闻内容的简单复制和堆砌（不能把原文大段大 段的句子拷贝到幻灯片），需要对原新闻内容重新整合，按原始段落顺序总结归纳出其主要内容，高度浓缩，挑出新闻中的短句和重要词组，按条目编号，逐条列出来，用一页幻灯片展示就行了（因为读新闻时，不方便同时用手去频繁翻页）。 c.新闻中的生词最好是以词组和意群为单位列出，方便大家更容易理解新闻，也只用一页展示。 d.幻灯片中，可在空白处粘贴网上搜索到的和新闻相关的图片，要适当调整照片的大小，以适应幻灯片的空白区域。 e.注意幻灯片中主要新闻事实编排要美观清晰。运用字号大小颜色和编号来区别各个内容的层次。字体颜色和幻灯片背景的颜色搭配要既协调美观，又清晰。最好整个幻灯片只用一种字体，保持前后一致。 f.幻灯片的背景和颜色不要太花哨，刺眼，以免喧宾夺主，最好能事先了解一些配色和图片设计的基本知识。 g.做好幻灯片后，要试着播放几遍，看看有没有哪里不妥，或者不美观的，再 及时调整修改。 4．读新闻前，先深呼吸一口气，面带微笑，扫视一下下面的听众，给自己足够的自信。读新闻时，一定要读清楚一些难词生词的发音，语音清晰，语速不要太快。对于比较长的句子，要添加一些逗号，读时按照意群和标点符号注意断句停顿。 5．读新闻的开场白和结尾请参照我给出的模板，因为这是很正规规范的发言方式，可以套用到将来其他任何发言的场合的。 6．希望大家能认真做好幻灯片，充满自信地用英文朗读新闻，同时用精美的幻灯片展示你所讲的内容，因为这是将来你们走上职场后必须掌握的基本技能之一。 另：a. 请准备好了幻灯片和新闻稿, 接下来一周就要上台讲的同学，至少提前4天把文件发送到我的个人邮箱（chunyuhu@https://www.360docs.net/doc/7b19287678.html,）中来（发送给我的文件必须包括1. 做好的幻灯片，2. 要朗读的新闻改编稿word文件，3. 网上下载的原始新闻稿word文件3个文件，文件名必须是你的新闻标题名。所有文件必须是office2003版的，因为我的电脑只能打开这个版本的，不能打开高版本的）。我会给你提出详细的修改意见，或者直接帮你改动，直到符合要求。一定不要直到上台前2天才发给我文件，因为这样我就没有足够的时间给你改了。 b. 演讲当天，请提早来到教室，把你的幻灯片拷贝到电脑桌面待用，做好准备。切勿等上场时才急匆匆地拷贝内容。
