上午10:30,国权路新东方,优能中学英语教师面试。

一男的带我和另一位女同学上2楼一间教室。先是一张1小时的试卷,我的试卷难度在6级以上。答案竟然叫我们写在自己所携带的简历背面,真是小气。

我和那女的恐怕是后来的缘故,先来已经有4个人了,他们做完卷子马上试讲,而我当时正好写到作文。我记得其中一个男的说这已经是他第三次应聘新东方英语老师了。

轮到我上了,我简单的英语自我介绍后,开始讲解xx试卷SECTION A,自我感觉良好。HR问了我一些关于我在博通的一些经验,还有离职的原因。最后那女的,跟我一起来一起走的,竟然就是我们专业上届保送复旦的。

整个面试一个半小时,集体面试,一起结束。

我沿着国权路一直走,终于寻到了国权路10号线地铁站。乘坐10号线到四平路换乘8号线到达人民广场。我在全家买了我最爱的关东煮填饱肚子,之后就去黄埔图书馆17楼的乐宁教育面试了。

一共6个人群面。

先是分别上去用英语做3分钟自我介绍。这一环节主要看大家口音。面试我们的Cathy说了,一个环节后就会有人被淘汰。

这一关大家都过了。第二环节是demo,先是针对3-8岁幼儿的试讲,后是新概念2册的试讲。

Demo1:Greeting,Warm-up,Presentation,Game,Review,2 min、我是最后一个上的。前面的人讲的都太好了,我觉得自己全英授课的时候有点紧张,而且行为自己都觉得做作。

Demo2:新概念英语2第一课,一个单词,一个语法点。我讲的是PLAY,语法点讲的是一般过去时的时间状语。感觉良好。

在第一轮试讲后就有人淘汰了。

全部试讲完毕后,我们要做一张笔试卷子,15min,等候另一位面试老师。

她对我们一个一个商谈。我是倒数第二个。和我说了选点的问题,我选择了中山公园校区。

回家路上,乐宁通知我10/7到中山公园校区复试,之后就是培训了。新东方通知我明天下午二面。
