摘要

施工图预算是建筑企业和建设单位签订承包合同、实行工程预算包干、拨付工程款和办理工程结算的依据；也是建筑企业编制计划、实行经济核算和考核经营成果的依据。在实行招标承包制的情况下，是建设单位确定标底和建筑企业投标报价的依据。施工图预算是施工图设计阶段确定建设工程项目造价的依据。工程造价指的是建设一项工程预计开支或实际支出的全部固定资产投资费用，工程造价管理是一项技术性、专业性很强的工作。

本文主要对武汉市阳逻开发区长久*御龙新城9#楼进行施工图预算文件编制，在编制过程中工程量全部采用软件算量，材料价格根据武汉市14年建筑工程信息价取定，分部分项工程子目全部采用广联达软件进行组价。最后对人机料进行了综合分析，比较合理的表明了该工程造价的组成等相关内容。

ABSTRACT

The construction drawing budget in the construction enterprises and the construction unit signed a contract, the implementation of engineering budget contract, the allocation of engineering and the basis for the settlement of; construction enterprise is planning, the implementation of the basis of economic accounting and evaluation results of operations. In the implementation of bidding contract system, is to determine the tender and bidding of construction enterprises on the basis of the construction unit. Construction drawing budget is the basis for determining the cost of construction project at the design stage of construction plan. Project cost refers to the construction of a project is expected to spend or the actual expenditure of all fixed assets investment costs, project cost management is a technical, professional and strong work.

In this paper of Wuhan Yangluo Development Zone long * Royal Dragon Town 9# building construction drawing budget documentation, in the process of the preparation of engineering quantity using software calculation, material prices according to Wuhan City 14 years construction engineering information price is fixed, Zimu subentry engineering all the Canton Lianda software to set prices. Finally, a comprehensive analysis of the man-machine material, more reasonable shows that the project cost of the composition and other related content.
