全国大学英语四六级口语考试考点建设方案
一、新增考场系统组成：
（一）考场系统：
监考教室前端主要负责视频图像的采集和对摄像机、拾音器、音箱等设备管理，将采集的音视频信息进行MPEG4/H.264压缩编码，通过网络传输到监控中心新增NVR 上进行存储并同时解码上电视墙实时巡视。
前端摄像机采用（IP）网络摄像机，输出高清网络数字信号，通过网线直接传输至楼栋网络汇聚点，经过光纤回到监控中心，接入原有系统平台。本次新增4间标准化考场共8台1080P高清球机，拾音器8个。教室前后各安装一台高清球机和拾音器，实现无死角监控。为满足录像存储6个月要求，新增磁盘阵列扩容。
（二）服务器系统
根据考点建设要求，服务器作为考试内容的储存设备，务必单独购置一台备用，且交换机能够满足同时上传多人考试内容，确保上传过程中考试内容不丢失、不延迟。
（三）录放音系统
通过耳麦播放和录入考生答题内容。
