近日,联合国教科文组织保护非物质文化遗产政府间委员会在埃塞俄比亚首都亚的斯亚贝巴召开。当地时间11月30日上午,委员会经过评审,正式将中国申报的“二十四节气——中国人通过观察太阳周年运动而形成的时间知识体系及其实践”列入联合国教科文组织人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录。今天正值大雪节气,而昨天,马盛德、罗微、张玲、巴莫曲布嫫、王应德五位参加保护非遗政府间委员会第十一届常会中国政府代表团成员,讲述了此次申报的过程,并对此后的保护工作进行了说明。而说到过程中最令人好奇的英文翻译问题时,巴莫曲布嫫告诉北京晨报记者“这也是我们很头疼的问题!” 过程:熬夜成为关键词 与以往申遗不同,二十四节气的内容显然比单一项目申遗要复杂得多,外联局国际处处长张玲概括起来是两个字——熬夜! “二十四节气”是我国农耕文明的优秀代表,影响力覆盖全国,涉及多个学科,这在我国申报历史上是比较少见的。“鉴于申报材料有明确的专业和技术要求,既要在规定字数、时长及数量(10张申报图片)范围内,全面体现二十四节气博大精深的文化内涵、价值及存续与保护的相关情况,又要符合《保护非物质文化遗产公约》的理念和表述习惯,
