Matlab R2009a安装方法如下：



1) choose "install manually without using the internet"

2) enter the "file installation key"

3) use "license_standalone.dat" when asked for license file

3) if neccessary install "license manager"

4) use "license_server.dat" when asked for license file

具体在安装的过程中还需要授权文件才能够真正安装完成！

授权文件就是“license_server.dat”文件
