多普勒组织显像对二尖瓣血流频谱假性正常化

【摘要】Objective: to study the doppler tissue imaging of normalization of mitral valve flow spectrum pseudo differential effect; Selection methods: our hospital between January 2012 and January 2013 pulmonary heart palpitations embolism and 45 patients with DCM as pseudo normal group, the other selection from March 2013 to March 2014 were analyzed with the exception of the 45 patients with heart disease as the normal control group; Results: the pseudo normal set of left ventricle and left atrium diameter significantly greater than the normal control group, left ventricular ejection fraction and blood flow velocity significantly lower than the normal control group, difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: plays an important role in evaluation of left ventricular diastolic function.%目的：探讨多普勒组织显像对二尖瓣血流频谱假性正常化的鉴别效果。方法选取我院2013年12月至2014年9月收治的陈旧性心悸梗塞及扩张型心肌病患者45例为假性正常组，另选取我院2013年12月至2014年9月收治的除外心脏疾病患者45例为正常对照组，均行脉冲多普勒及多普勒组织彩色显像技术检测，观察两组患者左室舒张功能参数。结果假性正常组左心室及左心房内径明显大于正常对照组，左室射血分数与血流传播速度明显低于正常对照组，差异具有统计学意义
