On the Scal^ of Public Bicycle Rental Point Based on Rail Transit Connection Mode

ZHU Congkun，HAN Xiaoyu，HE Chengwei Abstract Public bicycle traffic is an important rail trans-connection mode，whicli is classified as connection and non-connection types for public bicycle users at rail transit station. In this paper，the multinomial Logit model and multiple linear regression model are established respectively to forecast the flow of public bicycle users， a scale measurement method is proposed based on the customers satisfaction and the turnover ratio of bicycle (pile) points. Then，taking some stations on Suzhou rail transit Line 4 as examples，the scale measurement method is calculated. The result shows that this forecast model is reliable，feasible and rational，thus providing a quantitative basis for the planning and construction of public bicycle rental points around rail transit stations.
