大型铸钢件裂纹的修复工艺

【摘要】Through theoretical analysis and practice conclusion, the authors put forward the Repair Technology of "thin layer inlaying". With advantages of good effect, simple utility and low repair cost, the technology effectively solved the problem of repairing crack of large-scale casing steel and reused condemned equipments.%通过理论分析和实践总结，提出了“薄层嵌补法”的修复工艺。该工艺方法效果较好，简单实用，其修复部位结构强度等于或大于原材料强度，有效地解决了大型中碳钢的铸造钢件裂纹修复的问题，使本来已报废的设备重新得以利用，修复成本十分低廉。
