前言 海天考研进驻山东农业大学南校区时间较短,仅有3年,在学生中还没有得到普遍认可。我们与海天考研南校区负责人协商过后,认为需要对其进行宣传,以提高知名度,达到招生量的增加的最终目的。背景介绍 1.1客观环境 考研热的不断增温,为考研辅导班提供了每年超过10亿元的巨大市场,海天考研、高联考研、新东方、文都考研等大量考研辅导机构都在争取分到这块巨大蛋糕。 1.2面向市场 在校大学生,有考研打算或者在犹豫是否考研但有希望成为考研辅导班潜在客户群的学生。以大三为主,但大一、大二学生也在考虑范围内,因为,一年或两年之后,他们就是考研的主力军。 1.3竞争状况 目前在农大南校附近落户的考研学校就有5家:高联考研资格最老,拥有的生源也最大,还有文都考研、海文考研、海天考研、启航考研。还有新东方等网上辅导课程,竞争十分激烈。 1.4行业概况 考研辅导班大同小异,但收费日趋增高,很多辅导班存在陷阱,收了学费却不兑现原先的承诺,师资力量差。乱收费的现象也普遍存在。虽然这个市场很大,但由于单纯对高利润的追求使得市场上一片混乱。广告铺天盖地,噱头很多,但多是虚无缥缈。
