英语颜色词的翻译策略

【摘要】The color of the objective world is the same, but due to the differences in living environment and viewing Angle of the English and Chinese nations, their feelings of color is also different. Therefore, they give the different connotation of color words. In addition to their basic meanings, many color words have implied meanings. Therefore, the translators can not take the words too literally in translating color words.%客观世界的颜色是一样的，但英汉民族由于生活环境的差异，观察角度的不同，导致他们对色彩的感受也有所不同，因此赋予颜色词的内涵也不同，许多颜色词除了其基本意义外，还有丰富的引申意。因此，在颜色词的翻译中，不可以望文生义。
