1.Purpose and Applicable Scope

目的和适用范围

This procedure rules the operation and process requirementsof heat treatment for offshore mooring chain and accessory. The purpose is to ensure that the process of heat treatment can meet technical requirements and the product property after heat treatment can achieve specified requirements.

本程序规定了系泊链和附件热处理时的作业和程序要求,旨在保证系泊链和附件的热处理符合工艺要求,热处理后的产品性能符合规定要求。

The procedure is applicable for the heat treatment operation of offshore mooring chain and accessory.

本程序适用于系泊链及附件热处理过程的生产作业。

3.Calibration for Heat Treatment Furnace

热处理炉校准

3.1Before the heat treatment, the temperature controlled, monitor and record system of heat treatment

should be confirmed that have been properly calibrated. The actual temperature difference between metal of offshore mooring chain and heat treatment furnace (if exist) cannot surpass ±25℃. The moving speed of offshore mooring chain also need be check to confirm the time parameter.

在热处理开始之前,要确认热处理炉的温度控制、监控和记录系统是在有效的校准下。实际的系泊链金属和热处理炉气氛之间的温度差异(如有)不能超过±25℃。也要检查系泊链的运行速度以确认时间参数。

3.2Uniformity test for furnace temperature

炉温均匀性试验

3.2.1Uniformity test for furnace temperature should be performed for following situation

以下情况应进行炉温均匀性测试

a.New heat treatment into the production for the first time;

新添置的热处理炉首次应用于生产;

b.The heat treatment furnaces of overhaul or technical reform;

经过大修或技术改造的热处理炉;

c.Change the positions of controlling temperature or temperature sensor for recording;

控温或记录温度传感器位置变更时;

d.Temporary or regular uniformity test for furnace temperature

定期或临时需要进行温度均匀性测试时;

e.Method or speed of furnace air flow changes;

炉气流动方式、速度改变;

f.The size, quantity, type or position of burner changes

燃烧器尺寸、数量、类型或位置改变;

g.The temperature controlledconfiguration changes

温度控制配置改变;

h.When the heat treatment specification of current chain and previous chain differ about 15% and

current chain never measured before.

当本次热处理链与上次热处理规格相差15%而从未测量过时。

3.2.2Method and requirements

方法及要求

a.Resistance furnace

电阻炉

Perform furnace temperature uniformity test based on “Testing Procedure for Working

Zone of Heat Treatment Furnace”.

按照《热处理炉有效加热区测定规程》进行炉温均匀性测试。

b.Vertical continuous tempering furnace

立式连续调质炉

The heat treatment furnace is inspected by monitor link. This monitor link is same as product link,

equipped with two thermocouples connecting to recorder; one connects the surface of straight part

and the other one implant in the middle of the straight part. The temperature need be monitored by

a recorder which has sufficient definition to define all aspects such as heating, heat preservation,

cooling process. Make a comparison form between link temperature and furnace temperature. The

form shows thermocouple output time-temperature; if all the thermocouples achieve specified

minimum temperature of link, it should indicate that link temperature can not surpass the

maximum temperature. The heat preservation time should be within the specified range.

热处理炉通过监测环来进行检查,该监测环与产品环相同,且装有连接记录仪的两个热电偶;

一个连接在平直部分的表面上,另一个嵌入在平直部分的中间。温度由分辨率足以明确界定

加热、保温、冷却过程的所有方面的记录仪来检测。把链环的温度记录相对于炉温的记录做

一个比较。显示热电偶输出的时间―温度图表,在所有热电偶达到规定的链环最小温度后,

应表明链环温度决不会超过规定的最大温度。保温时间应在规定范围内。

3.3Controlling instrument

控制仪表

The controlling instrument should be verified by measuring office of Quality department before use and the instrument must be attached measurement qualified certificate issued by quality controlling

department.

控制仪表应经过质管部计量室按规定要求校验后才能使用,同时必须贴有质检部门的计量合格证。

4.Technical Requirements

4.1Heat treatment for offshore mooring chain and accessory

系泊链及附件的热处理

4.1.1Heat treatment for offshore mooring chain

系泊链的热处理

a.The heat treatment of offshore mooring chain can only be performed by vertical heat treatment

furnace as set parameter through continuous process;

系泊链的热处理只能在竖式热处理炉中按照设定的参数通过连续过程进行;

b.The test links which will be mechanical property tested and breaking tested should be also

performed heat treatment at same methods.

进行机械性能试验和破断试验的试验链环也要用同样的方法进行热处理;

c.When the offshore mooring chain manufacturing, the test links should be attached the both ends

of offshore mooring chain and need to be identified by steel mark.

在系泊链生产时,试验链环要附在系泊链的两端,并且通过钢印识别;

d.The specification, grade, chain number, furnace number and type need to be checked before heat

treatment.

在热处理之前要检查规格,级别,链号,炉号和类型等。

e.Hardness test:

硬度试验:

For the offshore mooring chain with grade ofR4, R4S and R5 which length is more than 700

meters, every continuous 100m length need hardness inspection. All the links which have been

performed mechanical property test also need hardness inspection.

热处理超过700m长度的NV R4、R4S和R5级系泊链时,每连续处理100米都要进行硬

度检验。进行机械性能的所有链环也应进行硬度检验。

The hardness test will be performed at the same position of link. Normally, inspector need select

five points on the opposite of welding joint for test and then calculate the average value.

硬度试验在链环的同一部位进行,一般在环背处取5个点进行试验,并计算平均值。

The hardness average value of each link which haven’t performed mechanical property test

should achieve less than 15% of the hardness average value for the same batch of heat treatment

links which have been performed mechanical property test. If the result can not meet

requirements, the link with largest deviation should be cut off and then perform mechanical test.

If the mechanical test achieve requirement, no more action is needed. The result of hardness test

should be recorded.

没有进行机械性能试验的每个链环的硬度平均值需要达到同一批进行热处理并且进行过

机械性能试验的链环的硬度平均值的15%以内。如果结果不符合要求,偏差最大的链环应

割下来,并进行机械性能试验。如果机械性能达到要求,不需要进一步采取行动。硬度检

验结果应进行记录。

4.1.2Heat treatment for accessory

附件的热处理

Accessory should be performed heat treatment in the resistance furnace (batch-type furnace and car bottom furnace) as designed parameter and follow below items:

附件应当在电阻加热炉(箱式炉和台车式炉)中按照设计参数进行热处理,并遵循以下:

a.Each batch of heat treatment should include test shackle or test bar which have been performed

mechanical test and breaking test;

每个热处理批次应当包含有进行机械性能试验和破断试验的试验卸扣或样棒;

b.The specification, grade, series number, furnace number and type need to be checked before heat

treatment.

在热处理之前要检查规格,级别,序列号,炉号和类型等。

4.1.3Heat treatment for splice link

连接普环的热处理

Splice link should be performed heat treatment in furnace for single link as designed parameter and follow below items:

连接普环应当在单环热处理炉(电阻加热炉)中按照设计参数进行热处理,并遵循以下:

a.Ensure the cooling water in thermal insulating layer have enough current and unblocked to avoid

the temperature of adjacent links surpass specified temperature;

保证隔热层内冷却水畅通和足够流量,以防相邻环的温度超过规定温度;

b.The test links which correspond with splice link should also be heat treated.

连接环对应的试验链环也应同时热处理;

c.The period that chain carried out of furnace and put in to water should be finished within 90

seconds.

链环从出炉到入水要保证在90秒内完成;

d.The specification, grade, manufacturing number, furnace number, type and marks should be

checked before heat treatment.

在热处理之前要检查规格,级别,生产号,炉号、类型和标识。

4.2Operator

操作人员

The operators should be trained that the technical requirements during heat treatment should be mastered skillfully and the equipment can be operated proficiently.

操作人员应经过培训,对热处理过程中的技术要求熟练掌握,能熟练操作设备。

4.3Technical requirements for heat treatment furnace

热处理及炉的技术要求

4.3.1Temperature controlled tolerance:

温控允差:

a.Tolerance for resistance furnace: ±10℃;

电阻炉的允差为:±10℃;

b.Tolerance for single link heat treatment furnace:±25℃

单环热处理炉的允差为:±25℃

c.Vertical continuous tempering furnace: tolerance for quenching furnace:±25℃; tolerance for

tempering furnace: ±10℃.

立式连续调质炉:淬火炉的允差为:±25℃;回火炉的允差为:±10℃。

4.3.2Tolerance for vertical continuous tempering rolling speed:

立式连续调质炉转速允差:

The rotating speed tolerance of quenching furnace top can be checkout according to ±2% of technique.

The rotating speed of tempering furnace top should be synchro with the quenching furnace which can be ±2% differed from the technique.

淬火炉炉顶转速的允差按工艺规定的±2%校正,而回火炉炉顶的转速则必须与淬火炉同步,可与工艺值相差±2%。

4.3.3Cooling media should comply with the technical requirements. Except the vertical tempering furnace,

the chain can be move to cooling media as normal speed. For other heat treatment furnace, offshore

mooring chain and accessory should move into cooling media quickly.

冷却介质应符合工艺规定。除立式调质炉按正常走链速度进入冷却介质冷却外,其余热处理炉,系泊链及附件均应迅速进入冷却介质中。

4.3.4The temperature of each controlled point, quenching water temperature, rotating speed of guide wheel

on the top of vertical furnace should be continuously recorded. According to date of treatment, the

grade, specification, length, chain moving speed, heating temperature, water temperature of offshore

mooring chain can be checkout in records. The record sheet of batch-type furnace and single-link heat treatment furnace should be preserved.

立式连续调质炉各控制点的温度及淬火水温,立式炉炉顶导轮转速应进行连续记录,根据处理日期从该记录中应能查出系泊链的级别、规格、链长、走链速度、加热温度、水温等。箱式炉及单环热处理炉保留记录纸。

4.3.5The same chain length of offshore mooring chain can be performed heat treatment not more than twice.

系泊链同一链节最多进行两次热处理。

4.3.6 The requirements of moving into furnace:

热处理进炉要求:

a. When the offshore mooring chain move into vertical tempering furnace, the guide chain is preferred to adopting similar specification

with offshore mooring chain to ensure the small temperature change when offshore mooring chain transit. And the furnace temperature should achieve the technical requirements.

立式调质炉系泊链进炉时,应尽可能采用与系泊链规格相近的引链,以便系泊链过渡时,温度变动尽可能小,并且此时炉温应达到工艺要求。

b. When put the accessory to the furnace, the accessory should be heated uniformly. The D-type shackle should be supported by the methods such as tooling support to avoid deformation in the process of heat treatment (see Figure 1).

附件装炉应保证受热均匀,D 型卸扣应通过工装支撑等方法来防止产品在热处理过程中发生变形(见图1)。

c.When heat treat for splice link, to ensure the cooling water in thermal insulating layer have enough

current and unblocked to avoid the temperature of adjacent links surpass specified temperature

连接环热处理时,保证隔热层内冷却水畅通和足够流量,以防相邻环的温度超过规定温度。

4.3.7The offshore mooring chain and accessory need hardness detection after heat treatment

系泊链及附件热处理后应进行硬度检测。

5.WorkingProcess

作业程序

5.1Heat treatment operation for offshore mooring chain

系泊链的热处理作业

5.1.1To check whether the chain specification, grade, chain number and production plan comply with the

technique.

核实要处理的系泊链的规格、级别、链号与生产安排及工艺规定相符。

5.1.2Check the chain number, test pieces number, quantity and type of test pieces, the products which is not

compliance with the processstipulationcan notbe allowed to put into furnace.

核查链号、试样号、试样数量及形式,不符合工艺规定的不能进炉。

5.1.3The bundle, place, transfer of offshore mooring chain should be performed as the workshop

management and production plan.

系泊链的打件、堆放、转运按车间定置管理或生产安排要求进行。

5.1.4Before the furnace start, the furnace needs to be reliably inspected and maintained.

开炉前,必须对设备进行可靠的检查和保养。

5.1.5The temperature should be raised gradually for every furnace start. It need at least five hours pre-heat

from fire up to treatment to chain. It also needs at least 30 meters transition chain with similar specification. To ensure the temperature of furnace uniform after the chain move into furnace.

每次开炉必须渐进升温,从点火到开始处理链条至少需要5小时预热。开始热处理前至少需要30米相近规格过渡链条,进炉以保证炉子的温度均匀。

5.1.6The production order of specification is from large to small in principal and the transition chain also

need to be adopted with similar specification. When change specification, it needs at least 50 meters transition chain.

生产顺序原则上规格从大到小,同时应使用规格相近的过渡链条。更换规格时至少需要五十米的过渡链条。

5.1.7The splice link is used in compliance with technical requirements and the welding of splice link must

be stable. The splice link with body welding joint is not allowed to use.

按工艺规定使用连接环,连接环的焊接必须牢固,本体有焊缝的连接环禁止使用。

5.1.8Separate the chain head and chain tail, and the chain head should move to furnace first.

区分链头和链尾,进炉时链头先进炉。

5.1.9For the offshore mooring chain without test pieces, the reasons must be clear. And the chain should be

heat treated after getting the written notice from workshop and technical department.

对无试样环的系泊链,必须弄清原因,并得到车间或技术部门的书面通知后,才可进炉处理。

5.1.10The situation that chain without marks, vague chain number or the chain is not compliance with

technical requirements should be checked by inspectors and catch up the marks. And then the chains can be heat treated in furnace.

链节无号、链号不清或链号与工艺规定不符的链节,应经检验人员查清并补打钢印后,方可进炉处理。

5.1.11Start the heat treatment equipment according to “Safe operation rule for gas tempering furnace” and the

heat treatment equipment begins to work situation.

按《天然气调质炉安全操作规定》启动热处理设备,使热处理设备进入工作状态。

5.1.12Adjust the temperature of each operation area according to heat treatment technical requirements. When

the temperature of furnace air and same as technical temperature, the guide chain will be move to furnace.

按照热处理工艺要求,调整热处理设备各工作区温度。炉气温度稳定且同工艺温度一致时,开始牵引引链进炉。

5.1.13Move the chain into furnace according to Production notice of offshore mooring chain heat treatment

requirements. Bind the iron wire on specified links and the time that the links are moved into furnace and out of furnace should be recorded. This record is to ensure the link position in furnace can be effectively controlled and the correspondence relative between furnace temperature and links can be traced. Meanwhile, to ensure the moving speed of chain can meet technical requirements.

按《系泊链热处理生产通知单》要求的顺序入炉,在特定链环上绑铁丝,该链环进出淬火炉和出回火炉的时间应记录。这样的记录是为了保证链环在炉内的位置能够有效控制,使炉温和链环的对应关系能够追溯。同时包证链条的运行速度符合工艺要求。

5.1.14The temperature of regulating cooling water should meet technical requirements and adjust the volume

of water entry and water out to lower the temperature of cooling water. If the water temperature surpasses technical requirements, this situation should be informed to technicians in time and the

disposal methods are decided by technicians. The water should stay stably to ensure furnace temperature stable.

循环冷却水的水温应满足工艺要求,适当调整进、出水量,降低冷却水温度。如果水温超过工艺要求,要及时通知工艺员,由工艺员确定处置办法。冷却水水面要保持稳定,以保证炉温稳定。

5.1.15To keep the chain speed of technique through measuring the rotating time of quenching and tempering

for every production. Only by the uniformity of wheel transmission, the chain speed of quenching furnace and tempering furnace can be uniform.

每次生产时通过测量淬火、回火链轮周转的时间,保持热处理工艺链速,只有链轮的变速器数字一致,才能使淬火、回火炉链速保持同步。

5.1.16The feeder condition should be often checked during production process and the furnace temperature

should be recorded every hour.

生产过程中应经常检查燃嘴的工作状况,每小时记录一次实际炉温。

5.1.17The hardness of each chain which moves out of water after tempering should be detected. The hardness

requirements can be found in techniques.

每一条链回火后出水面时应立即测试硬度。具体硬度要求详见生产工艺。

5.1.18If tempering hardness average value of six continuous links are higher than tempering hardness

required value, the temperature should adjust higher at once: the temperature of area 9,10 is 8℃. The hardness should be detected one hour later. If the hardness is still not meet requirements, the second adjustment for tempering temperature can not surpass 5℃. On the contrary, if the tempering hardness is lower than tempering required value, the temperature of tempering furnace should be lower: the temperature of area 9, 10 is 8℃. Adjusting method is all the same. If the temperature adjustment surpass 20℃than technical temperature, it should be get the engineer’s approval.

如果连续六环的回火硬度平均值高于回火硬度值,应立即调高回火炉:9、10区温度8℃。并过一小时后,再次测量回火硬度。如果还是不能满足要求,第二次调回火温度每次不能超过5℃。

反之,当回火硬度低于回火硬度值,应调低回火炉:9、10区温度8℃,调整方式一样。如果温度调整超过工艺温度20℃以上需要请示工艺工程师。

5.1.19If the quenching furnace stops more than one minute at any time, it will damage the products quality

seriously. All the stopping situations should be recorded including the time of stop and start.

任何时候淬火炉停炉一分钟以上,将会严重危害产品质量,所有的停炉必须登记停、开的时间。

5.1.20The abnormal situations should be detailed recorded in shift records during production.

应将生产中出现的不正常现象在交接班记录中作详细说明。

If some faults happen during production such as equipment damage or power cut which cause the

production can not proceed or can not ensure the technical requirements, the number and position of the chain which stay in the furnace should be recorded and inform relative staff to deal with.

运行过程中如果发生设备损坏、停电等故障,导致生产无法进行或不能保证工艺要求时,停留在炉内的链条的链号及位置应记录,并及时汇报相关部门和人员进行处置。

5.1.21Before the furnace start, there should be operators besides the controlled cabinet, entry of the furnace,

exit of the furnace, especially that there must be one operator for cabinet area; observe and detect the furnace temperature and measure the tempering hardness. Record the entry time and exit time of the chain.

每次开炉时、热处理时控制柜前、入链塔、岀链塔三个区域必须有操作工,特别是控制柜区域任何时候必须有一名操作工在现场;观测炉温和测量回火硬度。记录链条入炉时间和出炉时间。

5.1.22The whole process should be detected, controlled and record continuously by computer system. Manual

record should be performed hourly.

整个过程应通过计算机系统连续地监测、控制和记录。手动记录也应每小时进行一次。

5.1.23If the offshore mooring chain needs the second tempering process for special case, the test links and

links for breaking test should be handled together or as technical requirements. But there should only be twice heat treatment for one chain at most.

系泊链因故需进行第二次调质处理时,必须带入原试样环及破断环一同处理或按工艺要求带样。

但同一链节最多只能进行两次热处理。

5.1.24Input the products specification, grade, chain number, heat treatment type, operators accurately in time,

according to computer recording requirements.

按电脑记录要求及时、准确地输入产品规格、级别、链号、热处理类别、操作工等。

5.1.25The person in charge of heat treatment should make backups of the chain heat treatment records last

month and preserve in reference room.

每月由热处理负责人对上一个月的系泊链热处理控制记录进行一次备份,送资料室保存。

5.1.26The modification of techniques can only be performed by technical designer. After the techniques

modify, the operators should make adjustments according to technical requirement and record accordingly.

工艺的修改只能由工艺员进行,工艺修改后,操作工应及时按工艺进行调整,并做相应记录。

5.1.27The chain out of furnace should be bound or placed at required place and check if the chain marks are

correct.

出炉链节按要求打件或者摆放在规定位置,并核对链节标识是否清晰和正确。

5.2Heat treatment for accessory

附件的热处理作业

5.2.1Check the specification, grade, production number, furnace number and type of accessory before heat

treatment.

热处理之前检查附件的规格、级别、生产号、炉号和类型等。

5.2.2The place and transfer of accessory should be in compliance with workshop management or production

arrangement.

附件的堆放、转运按车间定置管理或生产安排要求进行。

5.2.3Heat as technical requirements and check the instruments performance

按工艺要求升温,并检查仪表的性能。

5.2.4Feed the furnace as required volume and properly place the accessory to ensure uniform heating.

Besides, the convenience of accessory entry or exit also needs to be considered.

按规定的装炉量装炉,合理摆放工件,保证受热均匀,同时应考虑工件的进、出炉方便。

5.2.5When the accessories have to be heat treated by batches because of large quantity, the accessory heat

treated from each furnace should be marked separately for same specification and type products.

同一规格、形式的产品,数量较多分批处理时,对每炉处理的附件应分别标识。

5.2.6Check test accessory and test bars included from each batch of heat treatment used for mechanical

property test and breaking test. For the accessory without test specimen, the reason must be clear and the accessory can be put into furnace after get the written notice from workshop or technical department.

检查每个热处理批次应当包含的机械性能试验和破断试验的试验附件或样棒。对无试样的附件,必须弄清原因,并得到车间或技术部门的书面通知后,才可进炉处理。

5.2.7The D-type shackle should be supported by the methods such as tooling support to avoid deformation

in the process of heat treatment (see the appended drawing).

附件装炉应保证受热均匀,D 型卸扣应通过工装支撑等方法来防止产品在热处理过程中发生变形(见图1)。

5.2.8When accessory are out of furnace after quenching, they should be put into cooling media rapidly. The

period from furnace door opening and putting into water should be in compliance with requirement.

附件淬火出炉时,迅速进入冷却介质中。从炉门打开到工件入水的时间,应符合规定。

5.2.9When the quenched accessories are put into water, the cooling water should be compulsory circulating.

The accessory should move at all directions to be cooled rapidly.

淬火工件入水时,冷却水应强制循环。且附件冷却时应在水中上下左右移动,使附件均匀快速冷却。

5.2.10Mark the products name, specification, type, production date, time clearly on the instrument recording

sheet.

在仪表记录纸上标注清楚产品的名称、规格、型号及生产日期、时间等。

5.2.11Perform the hardness test as requirements and the test results should be delivered to technical

department for analysis.

按要求进行硬度试验,试验结果及时报技术部门进行分析。

5.3Heat treatment for single link

单环热处理作业

5.3.1Check and ensure the specification, grade, type and production arrangement of splice link and test link

are in compliance with technical requirements. Confirm the marks of splice link before heat treatment.

核实要处理热处理连接环及试验环的规格、级别、类型与生产安排及工艺规定相符。确认热处理连接环的标识号。

5.3.2The test link corresponded with splice link should also be performed heat treatment.

连接环对应的试验链环也应同样热处理。

5.3.3The links of both ends should be heat insulated and operated as Technique of single link heat treatment.

The links should be added proper stull to ensure the uniform heat. Besides, the temperature difference for any adjacent links can not surpass 250℃.

对两端链环进行隔热保护,按《单环炉热处理工艺》进行操作,链环应进行适当的支撑,以确保热处理链环受热均匀,同时保证邻近链环任何处的温度不能超过250℃。

5.3.4Heat as technical requirements and check the instrument performance.

按工艺要求升温,并检查仪表的性能。

5.3.5The temperature measurement should detect the adjacent temperature of common link connection and

two adjacent links and record.

温度测量应监测连接普环以及两相邻环的相邻部的温度,同时进行记录。

5.3.6When accessories are out of the furnace, they should put into circulating cooling water. When the

period from the quenched accessories out of furnace to put into water is more than 90 seconds, the accessories need to be re-heated to required temperature in the furnace as technical required and then

put into water for quenching.

出炉时,迅速进入循环的冷却水。淬火工件出炉时,从炉门打开到工件入水,未能在90秒内完成的,需重新进炉按工艺要求再加热到规定工艺温度后,再入水淬火。

5.3.7This operation should be guided and monitored by technical department and quality department on

spot.

该项操作应有技术部门和质量部门的现场指导和监督。

5.3.8Mark the specification, grade, production number, production date, time of splice link on instrument

recording sheet clearly.

在仪表记录纸上标注清楚连接环的规格、级别、生产号及生产日期、时间等。

6.Inspection and marks

检验和标识

6.1Inspection

检验

6.1.1Check the color of chain and accessory after heat treatment and the color should be uniform. If the

color are obviously difference, the link with different color should be performed hardness test and record.

检查链条及附件热处理后的颜色,颜色应基本一致,如果颜色有明显不同,则要对颜色不同的链环进行硬度检查并记录。

6.1.2The operator should perform surface inspection to offshore mooring chain after heat treatment, such as

surface cracks, geometrical deformation. If abnormal situation are found, they should be informed to manager, technical designer or relative department

操作人员应对热处理后的系泊链进行外观检查,如表面裂纹、几何形状变化等。发现异常及时向工段长、工艺员或相关部门汇报。

正火、淬火和回火;2、表面热处理:表面淬火、化学热处理;3、其他热处理:真空热处理、变形热处理、控制气氛热处理、激光热处理等。 随后,师傅为我们介绍了上海工具厂的热处理设备。在上海工具厂,有四台真空炉。热处理真空炉是具有高压(压力0.6-1.0MPa)气冷功能的真空热处理设备,适用于高速钢、高合金工模具钢、不锈钢等精密零件的真空气淬、退火、钎焊以及磁性材料的烧结及快速冷却等。在机床厂这四台真空炉中,有三台是91年从波兰引进的、美国技术制造的高压气淬真空炉,它由5bar的氮气进行冷却;有效零件炉塞尺寸为600×600×900mm、可承受最大重量为500kg;加热方式为高频辐射加热;真空度达到50~100pa(大气压为1×1000000pa。而另外一台真空炉是IPSEN的12bar高温气淬真空炉,这台设备属于国际领先技术,由着名的德国IPSEN公司生产。其特点有:1、低温对流循环加热,温度范围是150~850℃;循环加热对于型号大的模具便能达到均匀处理的效果。2、分级等温冷却,可以减少工件的变形和开裂;3、冷却风机可以在真空状态下启动,以达到快书冷却的目的。(普通的风机要在冲气0.4bar以后才能启动);4、功率因数高,普通炉在升温时功率因数0.85、保温时0.5而IPSEN在升温时功率因数也是0.85而保温的功率因数可以达到0.83;5、IPSEN的水冷风机可以超载250%,正常装机容量为115kw在最大超载状态下可以达到287.5kw。IPSEN公司是国际上知名的工业炉制造公司,总部设在德国Kleve,在欧洲、美洲、亚洲多个国家设有制造厂,在我国上海也设有制造厂,在北京设有办事处。IPSEN的主要产品有密封箱式多用炉、推杆式连

热处理实习报告范文 昨天参观了工具加工的车削、磨、铣的精加工车间,今天我们开始了,热处理的学习。到底在精加工和刃磨角度之前或者在冷拔、冲压之前,工具经过了怎样的热处理呢?今天工具厂的老厂长,为我们做了详细的介绍。 热处理是指将钢在固态下加热、保温和冷却,以改变钢的组织结构,从而获得所需要性能的一种工艺。世界工业发展表明,制造技术的先进性是产品竞争能力的保证,而热处理技术的先进程度,则是保证机械产品质量的关键性因素。老师提到了美国历经数年形成并制订的“美国热处理2020年技术发展路线图”,这是目前国际上最先进的热处理技术发展路线,资料显示,美国对于热处理技术设想目标是能源消耗减少80%,工艺周期缩短50%,生产成本降低75%,热处理实现零畸变和最低的质量分散度,加热炉使用提高到原先的10倍(增加9倍),加热炉价格降低50%,实现生产零污染。而我国的热处理相对于制造业发达的美国仍然存在20年的差距。 在上工具厂,主要的产品有:齿轮刀具、螺纹刀具、拉销刀具、孔加工刀具、硬质合金刀具、铣刀、铰刀类刀具、量具类刀具、非标准特殊刀具。而每一种产品在加工过程中都要依据其材料及工艺要求的不同接受不同方式的热处理。根据加热、冷却的方式及钢组织性能的变化特点不同,热处理可以分为以下几种:1、普通热处理:退火、正火、淬火和回火;2、表面热处理:表面淬火、化学热处理;3、其他热处理:真空热处理、变形热处理、控制气氛热处理、激光热处理等。 随后,师傅为我们介绍了上海工具厂的热处理设备。在上海工具厂,有四台真空炉。热处理真空炉是具有高压(压力0.6-1.0MPa)气冷功能的真空热处理设备,适用于高速钢、高合金工模具钢、不锈钢等精密零件的真空气淬、退火、钎焊以及磁性材料的烧结及快速冷却等。在机床厂这四台真空炉中,有三台是91年从波兰引进的、美国技术制造的高压气淬真空炉,它由5bar的氮气进行冷却;有效零件炉塞尺寸为600×600×900mm、可承受最大重量为500kg;加热方式为高频辐射加热;真空度达到50~100pa(大气压为1×1000000pa。而另外一台真空炉是IPSEN的12bar高温气淬真空炉,这台设备属于国际领先技术,由着名的德国IPSEN公司生产。其特点有:1、低温对流循环加热,温度范围是150~850℃;循环加热对于型号大的模具便能达到均匀处理的效果。2、分级等温冷却,可以减少工件的变形和开裂;3、冷却风机可以在真空状态下启动,以达到快书冷却的目的。(普通的风机要在冲气0.4bar以后才能启动);4、功率因数高,普通炉在升温时功率因数0.85、保温时0.5而IPSEN在升温时功率因数也是0.85而保温的功率因数可以达到0.83;5、IPSEN的水冷风机可以超载250%,正常装机容量为115kw在最大超载状态下可以达到287.5kw。IPSEN公司是国际上知名的工业炉制造公司,总部设在德国Kleve,在欧洲、美洲、亚洲多个国家设有制造厂,在我国上海也设有制造厂,在北京设有办事处。IPSEN的主要产品有密封箱式多用炉、推杆式连续渗碳炉、高压气淬炉、真空渗碳装置、真空钎焊炉、各类传感器及控制装置等,其中Supercab超级渗碳技术、AvaC低压渗碳技术、Carb-o-Prof碳势控制系统、HydroNit氢探头等项技术在我国热处理行业具有较高的知名度。除了真空炉以外,机床厂还有盐熔炉。盐熔炉是传统的模具热处理设备,它污染严重,热效率在30~35%,而且排除的废渣都是有毒物质。所以,盐熔炉的发展在各国都处于被禁状态,不过在制造业仍然保佑一定比例的盐熔加工厂,因为部分工件的加工必须用盐熔炉进行热处理,没有设备可以取代。盐熔炉整套设备包括四个炉子,前
