[摘要] 目的探究当前妇产科护理中人性化管理以及风险控制的临床应用效果，促进妇产

科护理水准的提升。方法随机选取该院在2015年6月—2016年6月收治的妇产科患者128例作为研究对象，将患者分成观察组及对照组，每组64例患者。对照组采用常规的护理措施，观察组采用常规护理措施并且给予人性化管理和风险控制，对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的总治愈率是95.3%，明显高于对照组患者（81.1%）。观察组患者相应的护理满意率是98.5%，明显高于对照组的84.2%，比较差异有统计学意义（P

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical application effect of risk control and humanistic management in the nursing in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics thus promoting the improvement of nursing level in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics. Methods 128 cases of patients in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics in our hospital from Juen 2015 to June 2016 were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 64 cases in each，the control group adopted the routine nursing measures， while the observation group adopted the routine nursing measures and humanistic management and risk control， and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The total cure rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（95.3% vs 81.1%）， and the nursing satisfactory rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（98.5% vs

全球社会经济水平的不断提升以及全球医疗科学技术水平的不断提高为我国医疗事业的发展带来了很大的机遇，我国的卫生服务机构也得到了一定的完善，同时我国医疗机构的医疗水平也在不断提升。因此，对于护理的技术水平和医疗效果都产生了更高更严格的要求，所以医院需要持续提升护理技术和水平，进而提高患者的满意率，最大程度上缓解当前紧张的医患关系，有效降低医疗纠纷事故的发生率。而一定医院的妇产科作为一家医院重要的科室之一，承担着很多的孕产妇的生产以及接生任务，妇产科疾病患者的治疗及护理任务。可是，各个医院的妇产科的护理中或多或少的存在着一些风险因素，这些风险因素对患者的治疗以及康复极为不利。该院妇产科通过加强人性化管理以及风险控制，获得了良好的效果，现报道如下。
